It is used to be affordable to shop there but not so much anymore. They're starting to have prices on par with Wegmans but lack the quality for their prices. Also, the whole expansion of self check out is disgusting! Their self check outs are extremely sensitive to the point where I'd rather wait in line for an actual human than get frustrated with their garage system. Get it together, Martin's/ Giant. No one wants self check out as much as you think!

Absolutely love this store! It is always clean, and on occasions there will be longer lines to wait in, but they seem to move pretty quick..Now there's the employees -- I think a review on customer service and how to show it would be of some help, however there is one lady pretty sure she's at customer service might be an assistant IDK but she is always friendly makes people laugh has a smile always #Annette thanks for being so awesome! And there is a gentleman in dairy ( it seems like Every time I see him, he's restocking Gallagher's milk lol) and he's always nice and helpful and thanks you for shopping at Martin's and for buying Gallagher's. And their 30 some years I've been here and Altoona I have never had to take anything back because it was out of date or spoiled rotten the flowers are always so fresh and beautiful their prices are in a little higher than Walmart but I feel like the quality of food is better and I live closer to Martin's than Walmart LOL so it's win-win for me!

I really like shopping in Martins in Indiana, PA for special things like the goods from the bakery, flowers, and some other variety of fruits and vegetables, oils, etc. The store is always very neat and clean, well organized and the staff is very helpful.

I do gig work and martins are probably one of the worst stores to shop at seeing as they don't have aisle locations for products in app. Giant does and they are owned by the same people. Not to mention their self checkouts don't scan your barcodes on your phone, neither the gun nor the one you scan the items on. Item availability was horrible thos time. Shopped for 13 brand name items and had to replace half of them. I hope with these remodels comes other updates too.

Pharmacy Manager Betty Abraham and her staff were very helpful resolving complex issues involving 2 hospital discharges & multiple drug prescriptions. Excellent customer service by all, including David & Vanessa.

This location consistently has a foul smell to it; almost like a sewage smell. They cut way back on the deals that they'd have on things though. Otherwise, Martin's is probably one of my top choices to go shop.

Has food most places don't carry, I go there for siggies plant based yogurt I love the mixed berry flavored one. And they have natural organic flavored sparkling water I like. And Reeds natural gingerale.

Clean place. Individual departments seem in order and I usually see at least one employee around if I need help. Prices are where they are so you figure that out but overall place is nice.

This location's staff is very friendly and willing to assist customers. The shelves are consistently well-stocked and tidy, making it simple to find what you need quickly.

Very clean. Super friendly people working in the aisles. Prices were good and everything I needed was in stock. Also a cute little Starbucks in there. Service here was even better than the bigger Starbucks down the street. I can pull up in the morning, get out of my car, place my order and get out quicker than staying in the drive through.

walk in the door and see a sign advertising asparagus for $1.47. however,in tiny fine print that is next to impossible to see, it says that it's $1.47 only if you purchase $25 or more. i wouldn't have any issues with that " promotion " if it was clearly advertised instead of in fine print! that " deception" to gain $2 is abhorrent imo

I use Martin's for their florist and occasionally their pharmacy. You can find a few groceries here that you won't find other local places. I hate their touchy self checkout machines.

I've been going here for a while couple years maybe longer, they're consistently clean, friendly with a good selection of products, I like their deli and bakery too; normally I don't buy my meals from deli selections or bakery from other stores either because they're unappealing or I have gotten them and felt I wasted my money. This Martins though stands out from the rest.

We stopped for Starbucks and to use the bathroom. The employees were super friendly. The bathrooms were clean. They had a robot that spots spills called Martin. A good stop.

Martin's Foods is doing awesome things. It's my go to grocery store. Employees are kind, food is fresh and my daughter loves going in and getting fresh fruit from the produce section where they have fresh fruit free for kids!!!

Not very happy with their products. All my produce products that I purchased went bad within a few days, lettuce, cucumber, red onion. Their prices are a bit pricey. I used to shop in Martin's in York PA for years and never had any issues with anything I bought or their prices. I'm very disappointed as I have been a faithful customer of Martin's for years. Will I visit this store again, not very likely..

Overall this store at 1000 Logan Blvd. has a wide selection of items often ones that I couldn't find at other grocery stores in the area.The reason I gave it only a score of 3 are the cashiers. While not rude, a majority of them just don't seem friendly. I don't expect happy happy fake friendliness. A smile, hello, and a thank you is enough to make the shopping experience a positive one.For now I'll make my weekly trip to Wegmans in State College. I would be more willing to go to your store more often but the cashiers attitudes is preventing me to do so.

This store has a pretty good environment and selection of stuff. One employee in particular doesn't seem to like his job, will walk right past people who need help out of pure laziness. Other than that, the rest of the staff is spectacular!

The one in Hollidaysburg has a better selection, but the service here is just as good, so if it's more convenient, and you don't need some esoteric item, this is an excellent choice for groceries

Martin stores, in general, have a great selection of products in every department. Their only drawback, for me, is the fact that if you need something as it gets near their closing time, it is that they only allow exiting the store through one door. If you have parked on the opposite side, you have to schlep through the entire parking lot to get to your car. Ugh.

Love coming here. Great deals and great selection/variety. Fresh food is always great! Some of the cashiers/baggers could be a little friendlier and take more care bagging up the groceries though.
