As you can see I guess it's acceptable to block product when they remodel. And you guessed it the juice I needed was behind those. I'm a gig worker and do lots of shopping. Unfortunately martins is one of the worst stores to do shopping as they don't have aisle locations in app like Giant does even though they are the same company. Spent 5 mins going up and down an aisle looking for a product that was marked as being in that aisle. Thought I was loosing my mind but went to the next aisle and there it was. Let's see how long it takes them to figure it out if they even care.

Wide selection of products from grocery, hot and cold food, seafood, beer and wine, medicine, baked good and more. Staff is friendly. Not too crowded. They also carry wide variety of exotic fruits. They also have organic section. Flowers and balloons. Lottery and money services. Fresh seafood and sushi made in the house.

Too big change in short time and have to spend more time looking for items and leave store without some things. Higher price change with in a few weeks n digital coupons we don't understand and ask store clerks how to use phone to recive bonus buys and they don't know or don't have time to show or explain how they work. Very unfriendly people working there only few older ladies at cash out lines are courteous and nice. They need some traning how to greet customers to pack food and give help with digital things. Good luck with all that. We are friendly people and appreciate when people working there can try to be same. Even though we go shopping every two weeks we spend over $280 to $325 or more there each time.

I do all of my grocery shopping here. The app and pickup is great. Just choose not to have substitutions. Those are a little off. Gas points are awesome!

Pre-made foods are amazing. Also have fresh made tortilla chips in large bags at a great price. Better than any prepackaged chips.

This store would have gotten a fourth star, however the women's bathroom needs a good cleaning, the stainless steel stalls are quite dirty and it doesn't smell clean in there. Besides that, a decent place to shop,and there is usually good items on clearance {check by the salad bar and by the restrooms}. The beer and wine selection is good, with a rotating stock of seasonal beers.

Good location to grab Beatboxes (which are my fav). Their alcohol is separate, so you go in, grab what you need, checkout right there and you’re on your way!

I have found that some items that another local store told me that it was no longer available that I could find at Martin's. They have good sales as well.

Everything is usually out of stock or inflated x5. The store is always crazy when we are there, but the flowers were perfect for one day. Not my preferred flower shop but they were sufficient for the Juniata Bridge Memorial.

I’ve had two bad experiences at checkout in the past month. First, 2 weeks ago, was a very young white girl who ignored my request at beginning, to handle my bread & bakery items carefully so I could carry it myself to ensure no damage,. When I asked her where my bakery items were after bagging she said, “I don’t know. Laughing”, second was a black woman around 45, at checkout who couldn’t seem to scan another bakery item & she squeezed, shook upside down , waved it in the air, smashed & shook up my things, and terribly mishandled my groceries. On top of that, she was rude when I asked her to please be careful with my cupcakes & breads. She scoffed & threw them in the bag. . I only want to be sure that you speak with your checkers & baggers to be more careful, as food costs a fortune & I can’t afford to come home with damaged food. Thank you.

Grocery store is fine. Try to find sale items. Some prices are a little high, not terrible but not always great either. Selection is decent....but seriously does all tea have to be sweet tea? Any tea pre-made for those that don't want 40g of sugar per serving.

They have many of the items you need. However you have to be careful with the frozen food they have. I saw all the frozen food thawed and they displays it next to the meat department. I even touched all the frozen items to verify if it was frozen or not. Frozen item should be kept frozen until you cook and eat it. Not thaw and then refreeze. So if you buy a frozen item and think it is still good since the expiration date is not up, you could be in for a surprise when you have upset stomach after eating it, if not food poisoning.

Everything was great about the store. I was followed for 10 miles while driving there, because I was talking photos of my old house, and the new owners followed me.They also had really amazing vegan options.I am not keto, but they had a lot of keto options. They had a lot of health foods and fresh fruits.

definitely one of the cheapest places to get meat. me and my partner are addicted to their sushi and chicken. which both can be bought on foodstamps, chicken needs to be cold tho.anyways i highly reccomend.also sushi is down to 5 dollars for the most part on wednesday.

Their sale prices are good, however you have to watch when checking out because 8 out of 10 times they don't take the discounts off and I have to go back to c.s. and get money back. **update: they've hiked their prices up so much I barely go there anymore. The shelves are practically bare for the sales items and so I don't even end up with what I came for.

clean store, bathrooms need a little more attention. Most of the cashiers are friendly and there to help. Down fall for that department. There are 2 very rude cashiers that look down on people. These 2 act like they are better then anyone that walks the earth. 1 will stand behind you while the other is off to the side or across from the other one making you feel like your 2 inches tall and robbing them blind, Now grant it I know there are people out there that will steal anything and everything they can.they make you feel like you need to hurry and get out of there way so they can continue to stand there and talk. You interrupted them your nothing but trash to them. But Your not loss preventions. You 2 are just A$$. last time I had to deal with them. I had to hurry and check out. Wasn't going to be a good out come if i didn't.Hate getting to the store and see that its this to working.The one cashiers seems like if they didn't work together they wouldn't act that way.Never had a problem at that store until i came across these 2..Update : one of the previous spoken about cashier is much nicer.Update: both now are nice

Generally good service at this location, except for the closing team. I walked in to the store for one item at 11:50 PM and was told immediately that they closed in 5 mintues by a shorter brunette lady with a stern face. I am aware you close in 10 min, I shop here every day. I was walking to my car at 11:53. Other nights, (I get off work at 11PM) they make announcements over the intercom every 5 min for the last 30 min of the night. Just makes me feel unwelcome and want to spend my money somewhere else. Sorry I work late. Change your hours to state 11:50PM close....or educate your employees on the customer experience

I recently moved to the area and like the store itself. Employees are always nice. My issue is with their website and app. I previously had a giant rewards card which I can use my linked phone number in store at Martin's to collect rewards. I can NOT link the existing rewards account to my online Martin's account without an error message telling me to reach out to support. I reached out to the email provided, and they replied it was the wrong department. I tried the Martin's live chat, and the person (or bot) tried to reset my martins online account password, and now I am totally locked out of my account.

The two lady's that worked the bakery this morning on 1/27/2022 were absolutely wonderful and helpful. I didn't get there names but they were so very nice! Thank you again! It's so nice to deal with such friendly staff! My daughter also complemented how nice you two ladies were also. I'm sure your a valuable asset to the store! 💞

Bought a birthday cake on 4/23/2023 that was ordered the day before. It was so dry and tasteless called to complain and was told to bring back. Well cake was already in trash can. Always ordered our cakes here but not anymore
