It’s a good store, period. Some selections are sparse. The jewelry counter was bare, except for some token goods. Macy’s, at least, makes a better effort at decorating for Christmas, but it’s still sparse compared to ‘back when’

Nice and neat inside the store. Not much merchandise that used to be. I just shop on Macy's online. There's a lot of selections online than the store.

So disappointing. I love to shop at Macy's. My friend and I were in the Altoona area and decided to stop. Friend had worked at Macy's in another town.It was actually painful to walk through here. Looked like they were already out of business. Not many employees, little merchandise. Very sad.

Not my type of clothing but seems real nice, alil expensive for my taste. huge area big signs amoung store so I knew which section I was in liked that, the store is layed out your goin in a circle completely around begining to end exit rite to parking , easy to get to ur car not far at all to walk either anyone wanting to shop for grandma or grandpa would be a good place to take them pricing reasonable, parking not far to walk for them. only thing might be a problem huge area to walk around in BUT VERY NICE LAYOUT.

To be honest, I was not impressed. The store was almost empty, the selection was minimal, the prices were extremely high, and they weren't offering any good sales. It was nothing like the Macy's I used to love to shop at and get such great bargains while doing so. I will say the lady who helped my mother at the Estee Lauder counter was very nice and extremely helpful.

Always Love going to Macy's. We purchased ornaments and they had no boxes. When we checked out she went to get some boxes for all our ornaments. Excellent customer service and love the ornaments as well. Always enjoy Macy's selection of clothes and even their toys. Thanks for a great experience!

Well, at least it's a Macy's kind of. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, there is very limited clothing. Unfortunately, malls are becoming a thing of the past in many smaller cities.

I understand that covid and online ordering has stores doing less sales. But the store was rather empty of merchandise especially being the holidays. I remember the store having a lot more products on the sales floor.

It is Macy's, everyone loves Macy's. Selection seemed very limited but likely due to the location. Shopping is not a mountain thing. I do wish Macy's would carry YSL. Seriously, WHY!?!?! No Dior cosmetics, simply fragrance.

Cant go wrong with Macy's we stopped in to see the new toys r us addition to the store it is small for bow but there is a cute Jeffrey the giraffe statue to get pictures with your kids beside!!

Already decorating for the upcoming holidays. Lots of good sales. Friendly workers all greeted me and offered assistance, even amid setting up displays and decorating. Nice to feel welcomed and wanted.

Macy's is not the same as I once remembered. The stock is really sparse.They currently sell a strange brand of jeans that I never heard of. I picked up a T-shirt that I wanted until I seen the price tag, which was 45.00. I had to put it back

Terrible selection low stock was looking for plus size for my mom, they don't have a plus size dept. Store looks like it us going out of business

Always loved this store and just started shopping there again. Has everything I need plus all the clerks are friendly and very helpful. Has everything I need to rebuild my kitchen the way I am accustomed to. Looking forward to shopping there.

Good selection of products. Clean and well organized. Can get great prices on sales if you have their Macys Credit (American Ezpress) Card. Can sometimes have trouble finding Sales Personnel. Plenty of parking and easy access into store from parking. Watch traffic when exiting parking lots to store No Crosswalk Markings.

I find my best buys at Macy's. The sales people are friendly and helpful. Purchased a sweater today that would have cost $70 today, but by doing a hold for tomorrow cost a little over 35. Awesome!

This store had a great selection of Patricia Nash style purses, handbags and wallets. We have looked online and several stores in Virginia.,finally found something at this location, with 30 percent off, a great deal.
