Clean, organized and friendly, smiling employees. This was even though the cashier stations were being moved to another section of the store. Also there was an employee directing shoppers that were in line to checkout which helped with quick exit. Five cashiers were available as well which was great!

Store layout tends to be confusing. Wife likes it. What’s with the carts all being ready for toddlers. Checkout process could. Use some improvement

The Altoona PA Kohls store was nice to visit. They always have a large selection of plus size women’s clothing. The end of season prices are really good. Store associates very friendly and helpful. Clean store.

I'm in a wheelchair and getting around the clothing in the big and tall section of the store is almost impossible!!!!!!Good place to shop. You can sign into their wifi and get an additional 15% off. On the bad part of my visit was I was unable to buy things and get them shipped to my house FREE. The associate told me to go to my app, put these items in my cart and I would get free shipping. It never works and they just gave me a 1-800 number to call and I never did get the item's in my cart.

Went to buy clothes for share the warmth for kids. Had trouble finding enough for 3 kids. very little selection and sizes were either small or XL

For over a year now, when I go in here, there's these 2 lady's (ugly red head with glasses and taller blond middle age lady, straight hair, they're friends) that if they're working, and almost always are; they constantly follow me around the entire store accusing me and whoever I'm with of stealing basically or at least going to or what not. The one red head ignorant ugly literally took it as far as to follow me out the doors, shouting obscenities to me and threatening to call the police and just being extra. This has gotten outta hand and basically at this point is harassment and illegal. If ever happens again there will be problems. Neither her or the store itself are going to like the outcome. They both need fired at minimum and a surprise visit at closing time one day in the future. Somebody gonna have a reality check.

This store is always tidy and I can always find whatever brand or variety of sizes that I am looking for. Now that they have put in the self checkouts, it is so much easier and quicker to check out as well.

I like the store, but they make you go through practically the whole store to check out. Also, the carts are dangerous for people with disabilities, using canes for instance. Unless they're full they tip backwards easily, especially the one with the very short handlbar.

Had a very unpleasant experience with Jennifer who i guess helped my cashier do her job at the counter, Was extremely rude and even rolled her eyes whilst walking away. Very unfriendly. Will just hold off on going back thats for sure!! Very unpleasant.
