I really love Hobby Lobby overall - great craft supplies, home decor, gifts, excellent yarn selection. But this location especially always has such a long line to checkout! I don't usually factor that into my expected time in a store - most places are really fast anymore. But just expect there's a good 10 minutes of line waiting here.

It is pretty big, no it's huge. I went wandering in looking for fuse beads storage and see what else they had. I've never been in one before but the people were really nice and greeted me as I walked in. I went along the wall and found storage and then asked someone who was super helpful in finding beads. My daughter tagged along with me and she saw some stuff to pick up. We actually look forward to doing it again, so many things and ideas I have from one trip! You should definitely check it out.

Hobby Lobby has great selections in every department. I think it’s a must visit especially in spring and when shopping for holiday decorations.We also shop in spring for silk flowers to freshen up our seasonal door wreaths .I’ve gotten phenomenal customer service in every department every time we’ve been there, and we’ve been there a lot.I highly recommend this place!

Well stocked store, very clean and mostly friendly, had one employee less than friendly at the framing counter when I inquired about a dry mounting. Told me she didn't want to turn on the machine the morning of my visit

Fantastic as always. So much to see and look at. I only ever get to see maybe 1/4 to half of their store when I go in there. This time I found a nutcracker that is meant to be painted...can wait to make my own nautical lyrics themed nutcracker for my mom.

A little high in prices but have anything in craft and already finished home decor you would be surprised how much you can spend there in a small time larg store my wife and kids were enjoying the 3 times never got out of there without spending over 150$the last trip over 600$

Love it! Wish I had one closer to me but have to drive over an hour to visit. My daughters and I enjoy it especially when the fall and Christmas decorations are out!

Barely any light in the yarn aisles. How are you supposed to see/compare colors under those conditions. Also the aisles are very cramped, if someone stops to look at items, other customers cannot go around them.

Store is so big that we still have yet to see all they have to offer!! We just got married and bought some items for our Christian ceremony... our sand unity. We definitely recommend Altoona Hobby Lobby!! Not only do they have an extensive selection but they have the best clearance section and sales I have ever seen!!! Must go and check it out for yourself... AMAZING STORE! A+++

Great experience. Plenty of variety, I could get lost in that place for hours. The employees were kind and friendly. One lady found out I was getting married and helped me find some things last minute and even gave me some kind advice. Above average employees.
