Got the puffco peak prov2, 3DXL chamber and a couple THCA diamonds tonight. The staff was very helpful and knew the products well. This store was always one of our favorites.

I travel from State College to Altoona Herbal to the coils i need for my Yocan pen. Its one of the only 4 coil pens on the market, and i used to have no problem getting them in State College. For some reason, i all of a sudden couldn't find them, but sure enough, Altoona Herbal always has what i need in stock. WARNING, you have to know how to speak when in there, let me explain. Say you needed to pass a drug test for a job or whatever and you go into ask for a product that will help you pass, you will berated in the store the owner will get extremely offended will get real loud so everyone in the store hears him yelling at you. Most of us have no idea that some things are taboo to say. I know it just happened to me. I went in looking for something, and when i asked incorrectly about why i needed it, he got real loud and basically kicked me out, and i just didn't even think that it was an issue. He doesnt have to act that way i have been in that situation in kther places and they just simply tell you that they arent allowed to help you with that and they leave it at that but the owner of Altoona Herbal acts like a real blankety-blank if you do something unwittingly on accident he will tell you off but as far as the products hes got just about anything you could need or want just wish je didnt have to act that way. Now, when i go in, i have anxiety to even speak to anyone. In case i say the wrong thing, i shouldn't feel intimidated to go into a store, but that's the way it is there. So that's my experience. i hope it helps. They sell a variety of products, not just for marijuana. It is one of the best places around for finding things that you might have to order online if it wasn't for that store.

I dont mind paying extra for customer service and it was top notch service but 3 times the price for the vape and 1 coil for $9 seems excessive. I honestly would have returned this, but I see NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGES NO REFUNDS on my receipt. So it looks like i will be the one not returning. I would give the prices 1 star and the service 5 stars if I could.

Returned an item and they sold it to me partially used and they said I used it. The owners wife yelled at me and told me to leave her store. Then her worker confronted me and placed his hand on his hips to show me that he had a gun. Stood in front of me as to intimidate me and threaten me like he was willing to shoot me. I will never go there again and I advise anyone else not to go for fear of being shot.

The owners are very knowledgeable about each product they carry and how they help in different ways. They carry a variety of cbd products, they make homemade bathbombs, chapsticks, they carry herbal teas, honey sticks, cbd infused coffee, dog and cat treats, beautiful glass pipes, cbd gummies , along with a variety of other things. If you are looking for a quality cbd item they are the place to go! Highly recommend stopping in to see them! They will get you fixed right up!!!

Yet again I bought an item that doesn't function properly. This time it was a $35 glass bowl for concentrate with a " masher"! After a $35 purchase of concrentrate my total loss came out to $76! No refunds/no exchanges so don't expect to made whole after being upsold to totally useless products!

These guys are great. They always have something I need when I go in there. Super friendly staff, knowledgeable and down to earth. I’m able to ask questions without feeling stupid. I recommend them to everyone I know. Really cool place also the prices are fair and they have a wide range to fit any budget.

Absolutely love! They were super friendly and helpful! They didn't rush me, and dealt with my indecisiveness, they even help me find a piece that was within my budget. 10 out of 10 would recommend. They definitely know their pieces and the artists oh, and they definitely help me pick a unique piece that no one really has which is exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be coming back when I have more money to buy more.

The owners, Walt and Nichole, are welcoming, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have been in their shop many times and have seen many types of people there. Another reviewer has mentioned being denied service due to being an individual with a disability who uses a service dog. Personally, I have never witnessed discrimination of any kind from either owner. I have to wonder if this person was following the clearly posted rules of the shop. I have also been in the shop when the owners have had to politely remind a few customers about the rules. The owners require adhering to the rules of the shop, if you are going to make purchases there. It has been and continues to be a pleasure doing business with the owners. The people that work here are nice. Both gentleman that helped me with my selection were knowledgeable and easy to talk with. My only critique is that the selection of Flower is limited to what the daily special is. By demand or supply I would like to see a broader selection and higher strength thc or thca. Both for medicinal reasons and return selection. Even so I still give them 5 stars because of how great my experience has been so far.

Prices are inflated, as is expected from a brick and mortar, but they are reasonable for the area. Products are of good quality and there's a solid selection, and the staff is always friendly. One of my favorite shops in the area, wish they'd hire me.

Friendly staff and the place has plenty to offer. I only have wrist pain from work. They suggested a topical cream that helped wonderfully.Prices are right. They seem high if you're use to being a cheapskate like me and buying aspirin. I'll happily save up and buy from them many more times in the future.
