I thought there might be a law against receiving the extraordinary service I received from the manager of the store. He greeted me and helped me through each piece of my purchase. I needed an air compressor. Voltage was critical. He was absolutely amazing and gave me great advice. I will drive back to Altoona, well out of my way to make any more harbor, freight purchases.

This was the only time we've been here, but it was a great experience. We live over an hour away, but the stores closer to us were out of stock on what we needed. So we called, and they had one left. We asked them if they could put us back for us until we could get there, & they did. We had a couple different options to use as far as discounts, & they took the time to figure out which would give us the better amount. And they were insanely busy at that time, but they didn't make us feel rushed or like we were a bother. My husband is disabled, so one of the guys who worked there helped me load it into our vehicle. I'll def go back here if I have the chance.

You can find everything you need here and probably a kitchen sink! Great quality, great price. The coupons make it a fun trip too as you can get a ton of free stuff for a 1$ purchase. Go. Enjoy. What wonders!

I was at the Altoona store yesterday. There were 5 or 6 workers standing around talking, but there was only 1 person on the register. I went to check out, but she let someone cut in front of me. She then started rambling about extended warranties. I left the store and if I don't get an apology, I won't be back.

I like this place. Good tools for not too high of prices. MAC, Cornwell and Snap-On hand tools are good tools but way overpriced and I don't know how someone that had a brain would pay thousands of dollars for a toolbox when you can get one at HFreight for 1/10 the price. Thanks and I'll shop for tools at HFreight for rest of my life for sure.

They have every tool that u can think of & there tools r Lifetime Guarantee Warranty & when u join the ITC Inside Track Club is where u save all ur money u pay for the membership but it's where u get all the savings. Membership is $30.00 for one year or $45.00 for two years that's what I do which I said that I got renew my membership on the 23rd of this month

The prices in this place are amazing. And, there was stuff on their clearance table that I could actually use! Double bonus. Anyway, I went there to get a drill press and walked out with a drill press and half a dozen other tools I "needed". So... great store for getting tools.

Me and my dad went to buy a Shop fan for our garage. It was about 130$ but works AMAZING. We also bought a Titanium Welder and it is AMAZING as well. The prices are very good for what u get. The quality is amazing as well! They even helped us load our stuff into our Jeep. Overall an amazing place!

Giving this place 3 stars just because they have a decent selection of items and prices aren't too terrible. The employees there don't care, they barely speak to you, and usually can't answer your questions. Also the male employees make me, as a woman, very uncomfortable. I will not go in here unless my husband is with me.

This is such an awesome store. Whether you are there for a specific item or you go in to look around, there is so much to Harbor Freight at a fraction of the cost as big box stores. There is usually a coupon that can be found in the mail for 20% off an item or for a free item with a purchase. Employees were very helpful when I was there. One helped find the right size tarp and the checkout employee was super nice. I highly recommend Harbor Freight.

They are very respectful salesmen. I have had an amazing experience at harbor freight. The salesman were very delightful to have to talk to. Salesman Brady was amazing and very helpful. This was a great time I had there and would love to come back again. Thank you for everything.

The employees are always helpful. The only problem I have is with this one location. I have to wait until I make a trip out of town to stop at another store. I've been trying to buy a couple power tools and they never have them in stock. If they have a display model you would think in 3 months they would get them in stock at some point. They said the items they get in are computer generated. I think they need to update their system. I guess I will have to make time to stop at another store to get what I want.

Love this place!!! Remodeling my house after a fire, and I’ve been able to find pretty much everything I need, and if something doesn’t work or breaks, they allow returns for 90 days without giving any issues. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻one of my favorite places!

Typical Harbor Freight Tools. Good Selection and prices, just make sure you use your coupons. I always just google the coupons and bring them up on my phone and the cashier scans them right from my phone. Be sure to check out the return and damaged area. Sometimes you can find some good deals
