I have been a customer for over 20 years and my mother before me over 30+ years. I bought my sebo vacuum about 6 months ago. I am so happy with it and it was well worth the money. The time spent with me, showing and explaining everything to me was wonderful!!I started quilting and will come to Frye's sweeper and sewing center for my future quilting machine

Took my Janome 500e embroidery machine to get serviced, I asked if they could rush it and they had it done within a day. The issue came back so I took the machine back again and they fixed it immediately and didn't charge me extra. Very happy with my experience all things considered and would absolutely recommend, the front desk lady is very nice and patient.

They rewired my 1939 singer model 66 singer sewing machine and put a new light on, tested, oiled, when I picked up the sewing machine , two female employees, gave me a lot of helpful information on the sewing machine. Greatly appreciated, fast service excellent experience. Highly recommend.

I was looking for several months for a place to get my fabric only scissors sharpened. Someone at Hobby Lobby said Frye's might. Took them in on Tuesday and they were ready to be picked up on Friday and they are definitely sharp. They had a small dull spot that they were able to sharpen out and they are as good as new. I will definitely be back.

Called to see if they carried a fan belt in stock for my vacuum. I don't know anything about vacuums but the guy on the other end was amazingly friendly and very patient even though It took me forever to find the model number. His friendliness made my day.

I have taken and bought sewing machine, customer service is excellent. I had taken my machine for repair. The problem was my operator error. They were patience with me and respectful when they explained my problem. It us also so convenient for sewing supplies.

1 1/2 hr drive and couldnt use restroom. Really. Had to leave my repaired machine and items i was getting to drive down to Sheetz. Then back for my purchases. I have used Fryes my mom used Fryes never have i run into this before. Later a customer went in and used restroom. I guess selective customers can use. Thank you for SHEETZ. FYI stop at SHEETZ and use restroom before shopping at Fryes in Altoona PA.

Largest and best vacuum and sewing machine repair in central PA. Friendly well knowledgeable staff. Quick turn around time with vacuum repairs at resonable rates. They also have every part and filter available for various vacuums, central vacuums and more. Also stock a nice selection of preowned and new vacuums. Would highly recommend.

Always take my Dyson here to be cleaned and repaired if needed. The people are nice and they definitely know sweepers!! I wouldn't trust my sweeper anywhere else.

They should also advertise more for their sewing/quilting part of the business. Not a huge fabric business but enough that they should let people know about it. I did a google search and it basically said sweepers and sewing machines. I took a chance and stopped in. So glad I did!! I found several nice pieces of discounted fabrics and some pretty fat-quarters. Well worth the visit.

Purchased a vacuum and had regular maintenance done in a different vacuum. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Repairs were timely and reasonably priced.They have may related products and accessories available here as well.

I've been a customer for decades and can tell you that they are professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I bought a Janome sewing machine there over 7 years ago. I was told it was a good machine and would work well for me . After almost 8 years of frequent use and (unlike previous machines) no problems, no repairs, I'm still in love with my Janome Sewist! Don't hesitate to trust this store and the products they sell. They won't let you down.
