I like the place but as far as pricing they are more of a high end hardware store. When u compare them to like a lowes or home depot. Good customer service every time i go in but prices are terrible.

I had a very good experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Multiple employees helped me with the products I was looking for, who were very knowledgeable. Also, the rental experience was great and I got exactly what was needed for the project. Highly recommend!

I had never been here before, so we walked all through the store to look around. The staff was nice, eager to help us find what we were looking for. Walking through the aisles felt a bit squeezed. Not sure how you fit a shopping cart through the tight spaces. They did have a great variety of things for sale, but it was obvious that some items were on the shelves for years. One employee told me that they remodeled the store 7 years ago. Some boxes must have been sitting on the same spot in the aisles since then. (When the color of the package is faded to the point that you can barely read what is in the box it's time for it to be tossed. Ever heard of clearance sale?) ... Don't use their restroom - that must have been overlooked in the remodel. Better go to a gas station. ...Overall, though it's not a place you want to "hang out" at, I would say they're competitively priced and carry the basic things you would need from a hardware store.

I don't give everyone a 5 star review but Tom and his employees are kind, friendly, knowledgeable and they keep the place well stocked. Prices are sometimes slightly higher for some things but compared to a big store that sells junk for cheaper, I myself will pay the little extra for Fiores wide array of hardware (and they have some real weird hardware that can be hard to find) and better quality of Fiores stuff. I recently rented a stump grinder from them and the rate was as good as anywhere else, the machine ran good and did what it was supposed to do and they even delivered and picked it up for a minimal extra charge. It is always a pleasure to do business at Fiore True Value and Rentals and I recommend taking your business to Fiores at any chance possible. Thank you

Wow, what really super-superb folks nicely staff this store, truly so! Was just there early afternoon of Xmas Eve 3017 and what superbly kind and helpful good folks galore were so very helpful as this ole critter searched for a bathroom sink drain plug. My husband and son just left there to buy grass seed. While my husband was scooping the seed into a bag, a salesperson came and ripped the $4.29 per pound price tag off and replaced it with a $5.27 tag and would not give it to them for the price that it was previously marked as. He then poured it back into the bin and she asked, "Don't you want it now?" Uh, NO!

NICE to see a place that services what they sell! My pellet stove that I recently purchased was in need of repair (an issue from the factory) and Bill came to my home from Clearfield and fixed it alot better than when I purchased it new! Bill was very down to earth and extremely professional! He didn't leave until I knew fully how to operate my stove and understood all of its settings! Thank you Bill and Fiore true Value! Rented a trencher to be picked up Saturday morning and I'm there at 8 and they tell me they rented it out Friday night. Why make a reservation if that how it works. They seem to think it's no big deal but I'm the one that pays as now I can't get my job done. I have never posted on any site before but this place is a joke, if your people can't follow instructions then get new ones. I will be sure to tell everyone I know NOT to ever use them.

(This is just the rental portion of the business) So. 1. Tent was really dirty 2. They didn’t come prepared to actually set up the tent, they had to ask for zip ties 3. Didn’t properly set up tent, my hands are bruised and I have blood blisters from tightening the panels 4. Wrong tables 5. Just got off the phone with them, mentioned the zip ties trying to be helpful, and all I got in response was “mhmm.” Super. We have a party every year, and will be glad to send my $700 else where, I would have preferred to speak with someone at the rental company, and not do this publicly. But “mhmm” and no follow up just doesn’t seem quite appropriate. We made the best of it for sure, but I was very disappointed unfortunately.

They go out of their way to provide Superior customer service. My father was wheelchair bound and called about hooking up a new gas container to the grill. He was having trouble with it. Tom came to our home to attach the grill.

I’m a little disappointed. I rented a bounce house for my sons party, had to go out and pick it up. When he got it home to set it up, one of the blowers didn’t work. I called the store and let them know & the guy told me that it would be okay, so I believed him. We had 1 kid get on & the sides collapsed. So my husband had to run out at the beginning of his sons first birthday to get another blower. There were holes all through the bounce house. Definitely not worth the money I paid to rent it along with her customer service.

The best place to go for most rental needs. If you have a problem or questions they are more than willing to help you. They also carry hardware also but a little more expensive than bigger stores.
