Took Thor to the groomer for the first time in awhile and I am so amazed with how they did. He looks a few years younger. I love the work Fabulous Fido did. They gave him a cute tie at the end. I wish I could give this review more stars. If you are looking for a good groomer this place is it.

We are beyond happy with fabulous fidos. Cristie and her staff are absolutely amazing. We would not go anywhere but here for daycare/boarding/grooming . We know that when we leave our girls there that they are in excellent hands . Our lyndy and Sophie sure do love the entire staff at fabulous fidos . And I know in my they love them to.heart h

I highly recommend Fabulous Fido if you need to board your dog! They went above and beyond to take care of our baby! He is 16, blind and deaf, so he needs a lot of care and attention. They took very, very good care of him! Your furbabies will be well taken care of here!!

I have been taking my dogs here for over a year. This most recent time, I scheduled about a month ago for my dog to have a puppy cut. My dog was abused as a puppy so I have to stand there with him while they groom him. I walked into my appt today and they said “we don’t have time to stop and groom your dog” “we don’t offer puppy cuts anymore” news to me because I scheduled this a month ago and it was scheduled as a puppy cut for the time they chose. I’ll never go back due to the rudeness and lack of communication.

Today was my cat’s first time at the groomers. Kind of like how moms feel on their child’s first day of school…I was nervous…I thought he’d misbehave! Come to pick him up and found out that he was SUCH a good boy! They said he got so relaxed, and comfortable hanging out with the crew! After getting him home and taking him out of the carrier, he looked so clean and freshened up in his new bow tie. He smelled so good and was purring up a storm…I liked to think he thanked me for a fun day out of the house! :)

I've thought a lot about posting this, but I told myself I'd review every service during our vacation. We booked our pup with Fab Fid back in October for her boarding this week. We messaged a week prior to confirm. Confirmed. Emailed shot and license information. Showed up 10 minutes early and stayed 30 minutes past our drop off time. No lights on. No one there. I called. I left voice mails. I tried the doors. I sent messages via FB... NOTHING. Then over an hour from her drop off time a message came from the grooming part of the business. 1. Asking if I was in the right place. 2. Saying an employee was there per their cameras. 3. Saying the worker would now be going in at 1045. I heard nothing from the boarding side of the business until 1230. We were confirmed 0900 drop off. They had a story about a worker having a family member in the hospital. I understand things happen, but why not cover that employee or ask us to come earlier for drop off? We needed to catch a flight to Disney. We have made emergency arrangements for our pup and inconvenienced a few people to do so. We're out $50 for a crate and paying over $100 more than alloted for this service this week. In the future we'll spend more elsewhere for dependability and honesty to avoid dealing with this business. You don't blame the customer and more importantly don't LIE. I sat there 0850-0930 right out front of the door..even drove around back. So unless someone scaled into the business from the ceiling.. no one was there. My pup wasn't impressed...

This is the absolute BEST place to take your dog, big, small, doesn't matter what size. I don't have just one favorite groomer there, they are ALL absolutely amazing! I know that my baby princess is 100% safe and treated with the absolute most respect that your loved pet can receive. I can't ask for more of an amazing peeve for my dog to get her"spa day" she always comes out so beautiful.

I took my two dogs for a needed bath and nail trimming. The place was clean and inviting. Staff was very friendly and knew how to handle dogs gently. They were done quick and my dogs smell amazing! Nails were trimmed and they looked so happy! I will definitely bring my dogs next time they need a nail trim !!!! Would recommend A++

Wasn’t a bad experience overall, I took my 4 cats for a full grooming session and everything was great except 2 of my cats had their front paws not clipped properly

I’ve taken both of my dogs to this Awesome Place for both bathing/ grooming & the ladies do an amazing job. They treat your furry family like they are their own, very courteous, gentle, loving folks . Prices are awesome, I won’t go any where else !!!

Farrah is absolutely amazing with my dog. She sure has a way with animals and a deep love for everyone's pets. I have also bored my dog at fab fido and he loved it and practically drug me in the door the next time we went. 10/10 recommend

I took my dog there twice and even though I had an appointment both times they had my dog for over 5 hours! The last time I went in to see how much longer they were going to be and it looked like they just started cutting after 4 hours. Both times they charged me $100 even though my dog just needed a trim. They were very rude when I asked them about the price and told me it’s always different. I will not be taking my dog back to this place.

I have been using Fabulous Fido for my Bischon's for a few years now. When my dog goes there we know she isn't just a bath and a cut to the wonderful owner and our dog's personal groomer Farah! Every cut is show quality and every hug they give my dog is an honest hug of love for my little Amy! The owner is an amazing woman with a heart of gold and not only cares about your dog but the owners are treated with respect and also treated special.If your the type of person that can't wait a few minutes at the register to listen to the customer ahead of you and the owner or the groomers talk about how special their dog is then this isn't the place for you. They will give you every courtesy and yes even hold up the customer next in line to make sure you and your pet come in and leave with a smile on your face! Absolutely the best groomer around and the best customer care and service. Thank you Fabulous Fido for all the love for my dog and the way I feel so special and happy when I see you.

The cut was good, but I called in advance to see if they were backed up as I don't like for my dog to have to sit in a cage. When I called after 2.5 hours, they said he would be done in 15 to 20 mins. I have a yorkie which is a very small dog. When I asked what took so long they said that is normal time for all dogs. I will not be going back.

We absolutely LOVE Fabulous Fido's!Not only does our pug love it there but we love it there! We trust no one but Cristie and the girls with our furbabies and their boarding is awesome!I never have to worry about anything and it's like a fun summer camp when Jed goes to stay for a few days. They will come through for you all of the time-a must for businesses now! Customer service is key-and they have an abundance of that here! ♥️🐶😻😻😻😻

Fabulous Fido's is the only place I will take my Old English Sheepdog for grooming. My pooch is an excitable floof full of love and the staff always handles her with full understanding. The people here genuinely care about each pet and it shows. The grooming they perform is always quick yet thorough, and of exceptional quality. I've tried other groomers in the area, but this is the place to go!
