Pleasantly surprised by the breakfast wrap I ordered. And very unpleasantly surprised got the $1.00 I was charged, (without warning) for a cup of water. I get it, cups, lids, straws are expensive, but seriously? That is the kind of short-sighted business decision that makes me take my business elsewhere. A hint, $1.00 = far less than what my future revenue was worth.

Another good Dunkin' location. the staff is very friendly and helpful.. and patient with customers who need more time to get their order in.. which was nice to see... however the food was not the best .. the mini bagels stuffed with cream cheese are good for nothing. you are better off getting a full bagel with cream cheese.

I go here a lot because it’s close. There are literally no times I can say where they haven’t messed up my order. Worst DD and I’ve been to a lot in different states. I’ve been overcharged, given the wrong food, told they are always out of common items. This place literally sucks. I don’t know how it’s even still operating. I just ordered 25 assorted munchkins and got stale glazed and chocolate only, and the munchkins are barely glazed. Also got an iced match latte and didn’t realize until I sipped it that they never sweetened it or made it wrong bc it tastes like ICED MILK, not matcha. I never complain because I never feel like going back in, so I’m just not spending money here any more.

Me and my friend went to dunkin on Monday morning. My friend ordered a large Carmel iced latte and I ordered a medium vanilla frozen latte with sugar and cream. It took 10 minutes for us to get our two drinks (they were not particularly busy at the time) and when we got them, our orders were wrong. The worker wasnt very friendly and just handed us our drinks. My friend received a small Carmel iced latte, instead of a large, and I was given a small iced caramel latte, instead of my frozen vanilla. I am very discouraged and unhappy to say that I won’t be returning to dunkin after that fiasco. Save your time and effort and go to a local shop like green bean. If you want dunkin, run across the boulevard and get Starbucks for a better experience. Smh.

Went to dunkin today chk 4889.First when we was ordering our items ashley who took the order was rushing instead of listen to what was said. When we got to the window I watched young man pull bunch of napkins n throw them in the bag. Two of the napkins was dirty. When we got our bagels there was egg on the wrapper even tho we just got plan roasted with cream cheese. Not happy at all.

Went through the Drive-Thru & ordered a bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese for my kids go home to find that they put mayonnaise on the bagel. When I call them in they say they don’t even have mayo, so I drive over to them with the Bagel and they say they have mayonnaise but it’s only out of the mayonnaise packets so please tell me how and I got Mayo on my bagel. I asked around to see if anybody there made a mistake and they all said it wasn’t them but that’s kind of weird since that only happened 15 minutes prior.That is not an accident was also told by an employee there which I will not name that they purposely do things to people if they feel you are being rude in the drive-through line.

The lady was rude my drink was made wrong then I got talked down to when I asked to get it remade. I asked for light ice and she gave me this and said just so you know it’s not going to be full…. For a six dollar drink I will never come back here terrible service.

The stars do not go low enough for this business! They made the wrong order and when I advised them the employees became rude using them bomb to a customer, arguing with us. It took over 5 minutes of me asking for my money back for the manager to come out. On top of it all, the employee who used the f bomb, rinsed out the cup she was going to give me and put it back with all the unused cups! Health code violation!

I am rating Dunkin’ Donuts as a five star establishment. However, this location would not even receive one star from me if it was possible. Your order will be messed up 90% of the time in someway shape or form. Whether it’s them not ordering enough product… They are always out of things, or not having everything in the bag when they give it to you and you have to go back after you already get home.

Great coffee! I can’t remember the last time a DD got my simple order of “light and sweet” right, but they did! I ordered 4 coffees and everyone said the same thing- Delicious! Was just stopping through in the way back to my part of the state and was pleasantly surprised! Service was excellent, place seemed clean and coffee was AMAZING! Definitely worth the 5 stars in my experience..

Love me a Dunkn’ Run! I um probably drink way too much coffee but it’s delicious and I just can’t help myself right now at this stage of my life! Dunkn is my go to, they have great rewards if you download the app and order ahead… just sayn… 😜Vegetarian options: There are quite a few options that could be a vegetarian option, but they do have meat products. With that said, I am not sure the employees at the Dunkn’ Donuts really cares whether you are a vegetarian or not so I would not count on the minimum wage employees not to possibly cross contaminate you le vegetarian delight with a bunch of meat juice.Dietary restrictions: I would say if you had any dietary restrictions, I would just not eat at the establishment. If it is some type of food allergy, best bet is to be safe and don’t eat here. If it’s you can’t have sugar it must be artificial sugar, this is where I stick with my opinion and say, I would opt for something different due to the idea that most of these workers are minimum wage workers, they really don’t care about your restricted dietary needs.Parking: Not very many spots but enough for the area and location. Most people visiting that location are using the drive through anyway. If needed, there are enough other businesses around it that you could utilize their parking spaces if need be.Kid-friendliness: I mean what kid doesn’t like a donut or two with some sprinkles and frosting, maybe wash it down with some white or chocolate milk!! Other than that, it might be hard to find your kiddo something eat or drink. Also, like any other restaurant, it’s boring, not like a playground or anything like that….Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking out front as well as a wheelchair entrance. There are also designated tables that are of a natural height to be comfortable for someone who is confined to a wheelchair.

When I stopped it was very busy but the employees were all friendly and polite. They made sure I knew how long the wait would be and were quick to get my food and drink despite the busyness. Seemed like a great team.
