Waiting in line for 10 minutes and finally pull up to the drive through window to only have the curtain pulled closed on me! Pushed the button and someone slid a sign up in front of the curtain that said they are on break from 1:30 till 2:00. Guess it ok now to say FU to a waiting customer!!! Horrible customer service!!!! We came back at 2 to get the prescription I take for migraines only to be told that even though I received a text message that it was ready to pick up, they didn’t have it. It was out of stock. They made many excuses and told me I could get it, maybe, on Monday. I hope they don’t suffer from migraines. Extremely unsatisfied with this pharmacy!!

Called in prescription renewal 11/25 or 26. Accepted order aa "being filled" " no insuranve". Had refilled previously without insurance. Went to pickup today 11/29 at 4pm. Not filled. No explanation. Choice of waiting 20-25 minutes or coming back. Chose to come back.Transferring to Walmart.

This place is something. Got a text from the automated system saying they were contacting my doctor for “clarification” about the medication. I call and see what’s up. They tell me the med isn’t approved by my insurance. I was on the phone with my insurance company triple checking this would be covered and got multiple verifications it would be. Woman on the phone at CVS tells me it wasn’t, then says “it doesn’t matter, we’re probably never getting that medication in again.” What the hall kind of answer is this, Amateur hour unprofessionalism.

Terrible pharmacy, I am pregnant & need progesterone injections every day. I travel for work so I have been using cvs during this process so my baby is safe. This cvs charged my insurance for a month of medication & only gave me a week worth. Wouldn’t even submit the syringes used to inject the daily dose to my insurance, simply refused, told me if I wanted them I would have to buy them. This cvs needs to be investigated for fraud.

They always have what you need. Although prices tend to be more unless of course you use the app or coupons. They're definitely reliable in a hurry!

The store itself is really dirty looking and just gives me the ick. Every time I've been in there I've had to actively search for someone to help me this last time I was even waiting in line at the pharmacy just to ask if there was anyone up front that could help me as I had been waiting and looked all through the store to find help. If they can have 9 people in the pharmacy they can have more than one front person.honestly I only used this place because Walgreens is horrid but now it's rite aid only for me

Didn’t bother giving another chance when i ordered a refill at 12 pm and on the next day at 8am when i went to pick up, i was told it wasn’t ready and they didn’t even have the refill order… Lol i called my doctor in the parking lot and switched pharmacies immediately, especially with how the store looked, not very sanitary or organized. Proceed at your own risk lol

I am rating the services of the store NOT the pharmacy. The pharmacy is 5 starts all the way. If you offer a service such as Money Gram your register should be stocked and ready for any amount needed. Being told that you haven't made enough money in so far is unprofessional and a failure as a store. All services should be stocked and ready for consumer usage. This is a complete disappointment and should drop Money Gram if you can not comply with the standards of Money Gram at 10 AM.

Lady that answers the phone in pharmacy is very ignorant and rude. A minor miss communication with my doctor and the pharmacy. Been with them for years and that is how you get treated. You always get a smart answer and attitude. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This used to be a great but the last couple of prescriptions weren't charged to my insurance even though they said they tried and it was not covered. I KNOW it's covered! The lady was rude and would not retry. I called the insurance company and they didn't even try to bill the insurance! We need these medications and can't pay for them. Not bothering with getting my prescriptions here anymore.

Got my 2 doses COVID vaccines here but remembered the wrong day for the second dose. I felt sorry for the inconvenience but everyone was welcoming and friendly. A lot of thanks to the nurses and staffs at CVS!!

They never contact you when your script is ready to pick up. They are rude and smart with you every time you pick up or drop off. Today, I found out that they've known for 5 days that I was out of refills for a necessary medication, but neglected to inform me that I'll be out of medication until they contact my doctor. I've had enough.

Lost my heart HEART MEDS after my Dr died of covid. Asked if i could get a refill which i had 4 of and was told by the actual pharmacist "I'd better get a doctor or im gonna die" and LAUGHED and hung up. Jokes on him he already filled 4 scripts from a dead Dr. PRETTY SURE THATS ILLEGAL. GUESS THE STATE BOARD OF HEALTH NEEDS A CALL. AVOID!!

My boyfriend went in to pick up money gram as he asked an employee a question another employee who is off that day arrives and cuts in line in front of my boyfriend and her and the cashier made fun of him and they both joked about it. Then the cashier informs the other employee that he was behind her. No respect at all. When will the people in this world grow up and stop their childish games. Act your age not your shoe size.

I went to cvs in Altoona on plank road Aug 7 2021 the hours outside said closing 9 pm it was 5:55 and they were closing the doors so much for following a schedule and customer service is out the window

Not handicap friendly. They have ramp in a parking spot if car is parked there you can not use ramp.
