The technician was timely, fantastic in his explanation of what was wrong and what he was going to do to correct the problem. We were given a 2 hour window for his visit which is better than the sometimes 4 hour window that utilities give and he called a few moments prior to arrival. 100% satisfied!!

If I could give less than a star, I would. You are always Atlantic Broadband, no matter what you wish to call yourself. And that means lousy experience and customer service. We had a perfectly serviceable way to pay our bill online. But no, now we need an email address with you, or to jump through hoops to make a payment. I don't want or need an email address, I don't want or need you to do anything except provide internet and give me a quick way to pay. Pretty simple. And you managed to make the second part worse. Congrats, Atlantic Broadband. And please don't bother to have your AI answer the review. It's insulting.

We needed a lot of work because of "fixes" from 10 or more years ago that had become out of date. The head man and his crew did an excellent job, tested what wiring was "irrelevant" and removed it and updated the outside connections. I was very pleased with their work.

Sent old equipment. I pay for the fastest strongest wireless package and the internet barely works if you have more than 1 TV on. Tried to charge me for services when all I had was questions. The lady was rude. Service is awful. If we had other options in our area I never would have signed a contract with breezeline. They're rude and unprofessional and do not care about their customers. As long as they can rip you off and get they're money at the end of the day it doesn't matter if your product is actually working. Horrible company. Horrible employees. Horrible products and services. The list continues

I called about my bill increase. The promotion had run out. Ann transferred me to the Customer Loyalty Department. Shawn/Sean was able to reduce my bill and I was able to add an additional 20 channels plus NFL network for only a few dollars more than my original bill.

I appreciate the service you provide because the where my house is located. I would probably only be able to get the Altoona station. However I spent many years of my adult like in Pittsburgh and watched Pittsburgh news as my source of local news. You have taken that access away an I am. Disappointed that you no longer carry that coverage

**POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE**Terrible customer service, junk equipment, outrageously priced, and overall poor product. Please consider alternative content providers. This company is egregiously bad. They try to scam you anywhere they can. Until customers leave for other providers and speak up they will continue their same old business practices.

Worst ISP to exist and they have a monopoly on the central PA area. My internet goes down completely regularly for hours almost every night sometimes 10pm-4am which is when I’m using the internet the most due to my shift hours. Called in about it was promised a time lost credit that was never received. I’m paying $90 for 200 mbps and it definitely doesn’t run at that speed. Can’t even keep up with discord calls when screen sharing, ridiculous. The plan says up to 6 devices when the max people using it at a time is just 3 not even everyone streaming just being on a mobile phone.

I’m not going to repeat most of the other negative reviews because I’ve experienced all the same complaints. I will no doubt be looking to change Internet providers if there are any other choices in my area. Very disappointed in this company and their service.

I visited My brother Jes at 7 Emerson St. in Uniontown PA for Thanksgiving. His cable is OUT and Breezeline scheduled a tech for 9 days later who came and got the TV working after about 45 minutes.Then the cable started acting up again and 3 days later (NOW) the cable is NOT working Again and he is waiting 11 days for another tech. This is ridiculous as he is injured and cannot work and has NO CABLE AGAIN UNTIL DEC.11.Follow-Up -- The Breezeline Owner responded to me to contact Customer Support who was NOT able to get a tech to fix this problem and wait 11 days. So the Breezeline Owner was NOT even able to help get a tech to my brother's house to fix this cable problem so far.

Television went out Chritmas day. Called and they said I needed to update my Tivo boxes. Also they said someone would call me the next day around 10:00 am to set up a appointment..Nobody called so I called them and no one can come out till January 4. When I had problems before they came out the next day. Needless to say I am not happy! The person I talked to was not friendly at all. I have been with Atlantic Broad band before the switch to breezeline for 17 years. This is the first I have had this trouble. Recently I had to replace my box in the livining room. Why didn't someone tell me then I needed to update it then? Went to support page for breezeline and they just said the same thing I was told on the phone. It was worthless!

Pay for 200mps .just checked speed was only 54mps.constantly says connected no internet.or it sits and buffers every few minutes.have had several technical house calls.proplem never fixed.They won't replace equipment.give new.wont admit maybe it's their system.ready to switch to t mobile home internet.

I called about my bill increase since I’m a college student they said “they would call back in 5-10 minutes” they never called back. They also said “they would call the next day” they never did that either. My wifi isn’t working and neither are my cable boxes. if I could leave a 0 star review I would. I’m not happy with the service at all.

I paid my bill of $200 and for some reason they couldn't find it so they turned off my internet and once I realized it was off I called and made a $300 payment they turn my service on back and low and behold the same day the $200 payment appeared so they refunded my $300 payment I'm extremely grateful for their HONESTY . They also made me aware of a program I have been eligible for for years and now I have no bill at all because of the program. So I say THANK YOU BREEZELINE for the AMAZING SERVICE you're providing me.... #1 Internet Provider

Fast internet with very few problems. Fast customer service. My recent customer service phone call for internet issues was answered within 30 seconds. After determining that they could not fix our problem over the phone they offered to schedule a technician to come out to the house. They scheduled for the next morning. The technician was prompt in his arrival time, was friendly and knowledgable. He replaced all of the lines from the pole to my house and replaced our modem with a new one and stayed until he was sure our problem was resolved. Very Happy.
