I bought my first hot tub recently at Bill Wertz & Sons. While I found their prices to be very fair, I was particularly blown away by their customer service and professionalism. The entire staff, from the showroom floor associates to the delivery & installation technicians, were top notch. They were extremely helpful in planning out this project as there were many details to iron out (placement, electical, ground prep, etc...).Give them a try, they'll earn your business.

Top Notch family owned business. Everything they do, they do extremely well. Extremely knowledgeable regarding everything you need to know about your pool water, pool construction, your spa. They have always gone above and beyond and when there is a problem they go out of their way to fix it.

I really liked the people there and the pool filter I purchased from them was the best deal in town. However I couldn’t get my filter to work correctly, my pool was green afterwards. I never had that with my DE filter and I take really good care of our pool. I called twice asking if I could have possibly had something wrong with my filter, like getting air in the system. I asked if they could send a tech out and take a look. They lady played it off as my fault and just kept ignoring my request a tech. Apparently you have to spend more than $600 to get support from them. I will never go back and it’s a shame bc I did like getting stuff from them and the people.

I go here EVERYTIME I have anything that needs a knowledgeable answer and for the every so often needed water check, the staff is kind and knows their stuff. And Grace is the best door greater! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! We just bought a house with a pool. I have never owned a pool before and I didn't know the first thing about it. I took in a sample of our water as directed to Wertz Pools and the woman at the counter took about an hour to explain everything to me with detailed directions with what to do to get started. I am extremely satisfied and thankful for their help.

The people there are knowledgeable and nice. I like taking water samples there for an analysis. It's possibly more then online but you get expert advice and l like to support my local economy.
