Prices that made it very easy to switch from Martin's. European style shopping which takes a lil for me to get used to. The cashier I spoke to seemed actively excited that it was my 2nd time there and was very helpful and friendly. This is now where I'd like to start my grocery shopping every time.You won't find every label or brand here. That's why for me I'll start my shopping here and go somewhere else if I want specific brands. Still highly recommend for anyone in the area.

Friendly staff. I had heard they were going to be more plant-based items in the store however that is not true. Produce is fresh. Only one plant-based cheese in stock and floor staff did not know of any other. Love the brand of hummus they carry. Just as good as homemade.

Love this store. It's clean, cheaper and they offer so many choices even many gluten free items. You must bring your own bags and bag your own groceries which is great because I can organize my groceries for easy put away at home. Bring a quarter if you need a cart, you will get it returned when you put your cart away. The employees are nice. Check out was super fast. Sometimes, the store is very busy

Horrible for grocery pick up. Hour later, than expected time slot and half the stuff I ordered I did not receive or was replaced. The point of pick up is to save time.

Check out is so much quicker with the new self check out stations. Cashiers are always very fast; however, when you only have a few items, it is great to have the self check out option.

The clerk was great! I live 20 minutes away and left something on the counter after I paid. I can't reach Aldis by phone to see if they have it. Not good customers relations

Always top notch. Most of the "off brands" they carry are lower priced and are of great quality. They have the best frozen stuffed chicken breasts and the deli section rocks both of my socks.

The company keeps their store phone numbers unlisted & the customer service 800 number tells you to contact them via web. I don't want to wait 5-7 business days for someone working in Kalamazoo to tell me if my wallet was found in the Altoona store.

Aldi has the best selection of gluten free products I have seen. The gluten free bread is so good and soft. It's twice the size(at the same or cheaper price) of the brand they sell at other chain grocers in the area. Also the gluten free snacks are delicious and also prices low.
