Awful experience. Manager was apathetic, store was dirty and disorganized. I could barely find anything on the shelves. The shelves were not straightened up at all! Loose product all over the place. Also the sale prices were all wrong. Had to keep putting stuff back over and over. This store needs an overhaul. I knew the company filed for bankruptcy, now I know why.

The pharmacists are not only knowledgeable, but friendly. They take their time to learn their clients names and families. We always feel welcome, and they are always quick with an answer to all of our questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this branch to friends, family, and strangers.

I love this pharmacy. The TM system to notify when prescriptions are ready is so useful. The staff is tremendously helpful. So grateful I picked Rite Aid as my pharmacy of choice.

The Duncan Manor Rite Aid is awesome. The staff and pharmacy staff is outstanding. Very helpful, friendly and efficient. Even when the store/pharmacy is busy they work hard to accommodate your needs and respect your time. The pharmacy goes the extra mile.

This is a pharmacy I would travel far to patronize, but I don't have to because it is under 2 miles from my home.

Most professional and kind pharmacy staff around. The pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and always go the extra mile. Tech and staff are always friendly. They fill your prescriptions in 15 min or less when other pharmacies make you wait 30-45min. I will never go anywhere else for my family’s prescriptions!

This Rite aid Pharmacy is OUTSTANDING. Katie & Jesse make this Rite Aid far and away the best local pharmacy I've ever frequented (and I've been a regular at many different pharmacies over the years.) When I 1st moved to Shaler 5 years ago & started using this Rite Aid, it just completely blew my mind that they knew my name by my face when I came in...and it wasn't just me, both Katie & Jessie seem to know every customer that walks into their store! It's unbelievable considering how many people they must work with. If I need to call in, I just say my name and they immediately know who I am and know the medications I take. They also have great communication, and clearly know what they're doing. If you live in the Hampton / Ross / Shaler / McCandless area, do yourself a favor and make this your Pharmacy!

I want to thank Evan in the pharmacy for being a great employee! I called multiple locations in the area to see if they had a particular vitamin in stock, when I called this location, Evan found it and kept it on hold for me until I could come get it. On top of Evan's great customer service, the store was well stocked and very clean. I highly recommend this location! Thank you again, Evan! 😊

If you need a Covid vaccine go to Rite Aid on Duncan Avenue. Their Pharmacy is the best. They are very friendly & made me feel comfortable.
