We won a goldfish at a state fair which did not live very long, just long enough for my kids to get attached to fish and the cat to love watching the fish. We promptly replaced the gold fish with some platy's from pet supplies plus they were very helpful.in finding the right kind of fish for our tank. When we did unfortunately lose two they ran a water test for us and helped us pick out new ones. We have three very happy thriving fish and a baby snail now. We would come back here any time over other pet stores because they staff is always so helpful and very friendly!

This is the best little home town store. They are helpful carrying heavy items to the car. And have great sales all the time.

I was having difficulty making an online order, so I contacted the store and spoke to Vicki( spelling). She was so helpful and when we had gotten to the store (which is about a 1/2 hour from our home), we were greeted by such a friendly staff. All were offering help and their personalities were so upbeat. That is why we are repeat customers. Great Job everyone and thank you! 🙂

This location is great! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are fairly comparable to the area. Maybe a tiny bit more expensive with some stuff, but they do run deals and I often have coupons. I also am able to find different flavors of wet cat food here I can't always find elsewhere.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff here. This location is about 45 minutes from my home, but I will travel here because of the selection and knowledgeable staff. Store seems clean and very well stocked also. Nice extra effort on the hand written notes for online orders. I am very impressed with this location and will be back often. Tropical fish folks are great ! Jackie and the young gentleman (I didn't get his name) really know their stuff ! It's so great to talk with them and actually get correct and accurate information about fish keeping! Great service !

Great place the pet store just got some fish and small animals a week or so ago. Not a big selection but better than petco that closed at 6 pm. I didnt get any animals except a fish.

Michelle is an excellent groomer & does a fantastic job even though my dog will try everything in her power to get out of blow drying & nail trimming! As soon as I set foot in the store with Ali everyone comes to fuss over her & she just melts!Michelle continously talks sweetly to her and tells her what a good girl she is being & calms her down. Ali loves Michelle & everyone that works there! 😍

I go here for the DIY Dog WashEmployees are super-friendly and the wash is very convenient. With steps for your pet to climb up, good choices of 2-3 shampoos and conditioner, clean towels and a decent speed dryer

It's not so much the store, but the employees. Every single time I go in I'm greeted by happy, smiling people. If I'm walking the aisles browsing (and they seem to have anything one might need for their pet) someone always asks me if I need help or if I'm finding everything I need. Love this place.

I really like this Pet Supply plus.They have great dog wash/ ceramic tile , hip level tubs to wash the dogs.Steps on the side, shampoo, etc.Staff are helpful and friendly.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! They know my pup by name. They know how to approach him (hand out) and don’t get him overwhelmed like other places. They walk with you through the store to make sure you are able to find everything you possibly need!! They always offer a treat when we come to the register which is great that they don’t automatically feed it to your pup (I’m trying to stay away from grains). The groomer there also is very helpful and noticed my pup was having some ear issues. I stop by almost once a week!! See you all soon :)

Called 5 weeks ago to set up an appointment for my lab to get de- shedded still waiting. I called every week to see if they got my information and they said they did and she would call within a day or two. Still waiting. Don’t deal with this place.

This place recently opened up in my area and I'm seriously impressed. We were getting our first dog and was given so much great advice from the gentleman in this store. He recommended food and other important things in regards to owning a pet. What's most impressive about this place is that every employee seems like they genuinely care about pets. Friendly service, great prices, advice, and clean store. This is the only pet store I will be doing business with in the future. My jackaranian ayatolla loves it.

This store is very small but adorable! The employees are friendly, even ask if you need help. Their store is fully stocked, organized and has lots of selection. Would definitely shop here again!

Definitely digging this store. Love that it's different than petsmart and petco, almost like a "small town" kind of feel, and I mean that as a positive. Also great prices on cat supplies. We will be getting a puppy to add to the family in the near future, so guess where we'll be shopping afterwards! 😉 2 thumbs up! 👍👍

This place is usually great warm and welcoming but recently I’ve had some bad experiences one example is they got new shampoo that doesn’t clean the dog and compared to the last one has no suds so I felt like I was wasting my time and money there was no conditioner like there usually is and the shampoo appeared as water and as a owner of a undercoat large dog it didn’t feel affective. Lastly, they were claiming that there was a dog that was in line for a wash, even though there were two open baths. I know that multiple pet owners are permitted to wash at the same time, so knowing that, I don’t understand why I was forced to leave so the other dog owner could clean their dog. I left with a semi-clean, dripping wet dog because of this store.
