Becky is outstanding. We've been to many groomers, and I have to say we've never been happier with her service. We have a collie, and some have shaved him to look like a coyote. When he leaves Groomingdales he looks like a show dog!

I love Groomingdale’s! I have Westies and it can be difficult to get a good Westie cut. Becky does a wonderful job and is very good with my dogs. I always gets a lot of compliments when she grooms them. She’s also very kind and accommodating. Always a very good experience !

Our standard poodles' appearance has always evoked compliments due to Groomingdales. Even though the journey there is now longer for my family, we willingly make the trip due to the great results. No other groomer has come close to making our dogs look so good. We refer other dog parents there and all have been most happy with the services rendered.

I brought in my extremely difficult cat, and he is a large Ragdoll, so definitely not easy to control. I was beyond impressed with how beautiful he looked and they actually finished the job! The last 2 groomers left him half done and told me that I needed to take him elsewhere. My poor baby was sin pain from the matting and I finally found someone to help him. He is actually happy and playing for the first time in a long time. Thank you so much, you have no idea!

Well, the comment above is very unfortunate. I’m pretty sure that person is more upset over the $10 charge. !!! I worked for Becky for 15 years and she is by far the best groomer around. She’s so patient with the dogs. Truly like a dog whisperer. If it wasn’t for you I wouldn’t have such a successful business myself. Thank you for teaching me so well. Truly a grooming genius. Every time I finish a dog I think what would Becky do.

Been coming here for at least a year because I obviously liked her work. Then she recently hired a receptionist who messed up 2 of my fur baby’s appointment! So when I arrived services couldn’t be done and I travel 30mins one way And and she hung the phone up on me when I asked to speak to the owner I believe her name was Zoey I do not take unprofessionalism well. I am no longer a customer especially if staff is not trained to answer customers call with professionalism I pay way to much money as a customer to deal with that.

It has been unbelievably hard to find a cat groomer during these COVID times... I live in the North hills and Groomingdales is only 15 minutes away and my first experience was a fantastic one... Plus the fact that they will also possibly be the individuals that board my two cats when needed... Staff was very friendly and I was very pleased with the grooming of both my male cats... I would recommend them if you have cats and need to find a groomer.. very satisfied !!!

Groomingdale's does a good job bathing and blowing my Akita's hair out. She is older and they take extra care in getting her on and off the table. Thank you very much!

Great local groomer. Always very accomodating. I have an older Yorkie with health issues and feel very comfortable leaving him with them. When I pick him up, he looks and feels great!

The grooming job wasn't good...a weird look on top, and crooked. You also charged $10 more than our favorite place that happens to be just too far away...and when he was done you called my phone literally every 2 minutes for 15 times...a text would have sufficed
