The last time I visited this location. The heat must have been broke. It was super cold in the store. I hope they get that fixed quickly. I feel bad for the employees. Some of the aisles were pretty disorganized and a mess.Regardless you can’t beat the prices at a dollar tree. I can always count on this store for needing to just grab something quick.

My elderly mother checked out with cash and received a taped up dollar back, I asked the girl who was very nice if I could have a different one she called the manager to open the drawer. She started yelling from her one way mirror cubicle that “they don’t do that”and she has to take what she gets! I said to the girl I will pay with cash so it can be replaced. This manager kept going on and on said they are not a bank and banks don’t even do that! I was actually shocked! The girl checking us out was very sweet.

At this dollar store, most products cost $1.25. I occasionally shop here to purchase holiday decorations, cleaning supplies, hygiene products, office supplies, and snack foods. I feel satisfied with the quality of most of the products, especially those that are a name brand. I think that the cashiers could be slightly more attentive, but they have always spoken nicely to me and accurately rung up my purchases.

The dollar tree in Monroeville pa is always one of the best in the area. Shelves are almost always stocked and neat. The store doesn't have products spilled and scattered all over the floor like other locations. The managers and workers at this location should be proud and recognized for providing a productive and pleasurable shopping experience.

Every single food item in this store is months out of date, I contacted the health department about it, absolutely foul disgusting place and the manager basically kicked me out for showing him out of date food

We had a very nice dinner here. A very pleasant young fellow named Brian waited on us. He knew the menu very well and made great suggestions. We loved the back room with the big windows looking out into the woods of Sample Hollow. One of the owners came out to check on us and chat. Prices were very reasonable. Portions were more than adequate. Overall it is a very nice, low-key, neighborhood spot to grab dinner and a beer.

Great store with tons of selections. My cat loves the new cat balls they have, so much I went and bought more packs as well as treats. I love all the different flavors of drinks to chose from as well. The only thing that I had a problem with was the fact that they only had one employee doing everything, she told us she was the only one scheduled, not only did we have to wait in a long line I also find that to be very dangerous!!

Store is great when it's actually open. Second time I've gone there on a Sunday and the doors were locked but lights were on. Nothing posted on door about why or when the doors will be opened so people can shop. If the store isn't open when it says it's open there should at least be a note on the door so customers know when they can shop.

I would give this place a zero if I could.. not because of the store, but because of the employees today.. I got to the counter put my stuff on the belt, waited for her to come over, when she did, she checked her phone first, didn't even acknowledge me or even say a word the whole transaction.. I run a business, staffing problems or not, she would of been gone.. if you don't have customers you don't have a business.. ill never be back... and she needs to be retrained in customer service.. immediately..

Nice clean store but what makes my experience good there is the friendly staff especially Lisa who is always helpful and friendly with customers when they check out.

I bought a lot of mugs for a project that I am working on and they were very accommodating. They were in the middle of stocking shelves and emptied a few boxes for me to put them in so they wouldn't break. I thought it was nice.

Ok, this dollar tree...is awesome. Very well organized and they always have great seasonal things, balloons, and stuff like toothbrushes that you would spend way too much money anywhere else but can get for a mere dollar here. And it's not dollar general...everything is actually JUST 1 DOLLAR, so no guess work needed. Don't knock the dollar store until you try it...I'd live here but I think they have laws against that.

I'm not trying to say that the Dollar tree is a great place to get items like lightbulbs or anything, but everything they have is a great deal for 1 Dollar. Items like candy and plastic cups are ideal to purchase from this store. Dollar tree had amazing prices on the items they have.

Update your hours so people don't waste their time driving to your store to try to give you business. All it makes people want to do that is never give you any business

Don't know what that guy is talking about they do have frozen and refrigerated food and this is the nicest store in the area!
