Their attention to detail and expertise in the installation process were truly impressive. The sales department is amazing. Scott is very conscientious and paid attention to all the details for the anticipated install of my kitchen appliances which required some cabinetry finessing. He brought perspective to the purchases that Home Depot or Lowes never even considered. After a family recommendation from the SHills store, happy to see a location in the northern suburbs. So glad we went here. We purchased 3 major appliances. Their customer service, delivery and installation were top notch. I would advise all to head to Daniels to see the awesome difference in price compared to those big boxed stores. Plus, the attention to detail in all of the othee areas above too. Thanks to Bruce on the sales floor and Tom for the dishwasher install. Super nice and knowledgeable. Kudos to the gentlemen/installers who handled the washer and dryer too. These were all Daniel’s staff and not contracted out….. another win win in my eyes.

Ed helped us pick out a washer and dryer. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to explain various features and how they compared to other models. This was a night and day experience compared to Home Depot and Lowe’s. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for appliances check this place out and speak with Ed!

Love this place. I’ve always struggled replanting patches of grass in my yard. Bought some from Daniel’s last spring and the seed grew with minimal effort on my part. Exceeded my expectations. I also bought a fridge from them a couple years ago. Great sales, service and delivery made the process a breeze!

I have shopped at the Hampton Daniel’s a few times in the last year. I was able to find what I was needing. The popcorn is a nice touch. In my experience, the staff has an indifferent attitude toward the customer. On a recent trip there, three different employees were on their mobile phones while I was approaching them for information. All three took a little while to acknowledge me.

All good!!!Just replaced our dishwasher. Im not very knowledgeable about these things but got all the help and recommendations needed at Daniel’s to make a selection that suited our kitchen, design and size etc. They also installed it for us and the installer was prompt and courteous and quickly got the job done, properly. It’s beautiful, and quiet and we are very pleased with the entire experience.Also appreciate that we are supporting a locally owned business vs a big box.

Our experience was spectacular from start to finish. We needed a new refrigerator, and their prices and selection on the scratch and dent items are great. Our fridge has barely a mark on it but was discounted substantially. The delivery people were friendly, helpful, and professional. The store is very clean and the staff knowledgable and nice.

We have used both Daniel’s locations and we couldn’t be happier! We have a washer, dryer, microwave, and dish washer all bought from and installed by Daniel’s. The people in the stores are very knowledgeable, the service is prompt, and the installers have been amazing. (Shoutout to Tommy! Super helpful, great tips, and even engaged so patiently with my toddler who desperately wanted to “help” with his own tools!) The prices are great and they run good sales as well, along with a fabulous warranty program. Truly can’t say enough great things about Daniel’s!

Our washer, dryer, and oven all broke within a two week span. Ed Jacquel sent a tech out to us and gave us options of repairing our units or purchasing replacements. We ended up getting a new washer and dryer and repairing our oven. Ed was able to email us various options since we were unable to stop in the store to make our decision much easier.
