2nd visit not so good 5/2/24 at 103am.Ordered pastromi special again I think he made it with roast beef. Rye barely toasted if at all. Didn't know this placed had new business. So far just as good as old Windsor

New and improved! I decided on a burger and fries today and I'm so glad I did. YUM!!!! The burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were crinkle cut and delicious. I'll be back for some homemade soups next time!

Food is decent. Customer service is awful. The middle aged woman at the counter humiliated me in front of customers and accused me of being pregnant, which I’m not. It is extremely rude and unprofessional to comment on another persons body. Will never return here again due to this interaction.

Food is good, pricing is average/a bit high. It would be wonderful if they had a website and posted which homemade soups were being offered that day. I might be apt to visit more often if I knew that (without having to call and ask).

Great lunch deli. I work close to the deli and it has become a favorite lunch spot. There is a large selection of sandwiches and all are well made and taste good. I particularly like the Queen and Princess Windsor sandwiches. The only downside is that the place gets backed up during the lunch rush and it takes a while to get your food.

Horrible service. My greeting was 20x more enthusiastic than the girl at reception. She didn’t even greet me and spoke inaudibly when she finally said something. I asked for hot water for my portable coffee mug and then the other lady said “nope, you gotta buy our coffee first”. Too bad, I was gonna get a sandwich too but now that they’ve shown me how cheap they are, I just walked out. That’s how you lose a customer folks. 👌

The worst thing you can do to me as a business owner is :1. Not acknowledge me when I walk into your business.2. Not say thank you when I patronize your business and3. Charge me $15 and change for a mediocre cheese steak and lemonade.Because of the above, I give you 2 stars and not returning to your deli.

Be prepared to pay for bread. There is another half not pictured but wow. Where’s the meat?! $12 for a piece of bread and a slice of cheese basically. Won’t be coming here again.

Service is horrible, but cheesesteak was good. The girl at counter was the opposite of friendly, threw our food at us, and walked away. I've frequented the establishment several times, but this was my last.
