Generally like WaWa as a store. However this location for trucker amenities gets 1 star. Situated right next to industrial area (what part of Allentown area isn’t really) it is always busy. Been stopping here for years but in the last 10 pretty well cannot find parking. Sign says no overnight parking. The whole length of the lot is bobtails backed in. Cars saving spots on the trailer side. Local fleets have multiple trucks parked there. Dropped trailers. Wawa would do better if more drivers could access the store. And don’t park out on the street to wait for a parking spot to open. Local yokels will be right there to write a ticket. These towns want what they want but can’t provide us with basics needs aka side street parking

Asked about my order and one of the crew members snapped at me for simply asking if my order was completed after waiting for close to 45 minutes. Numerous people that ordered after me were getting their orders despite me ordering 1 item that wasn’t difficult to make. When I got the order, the crew member said “oh yeah, we have been calling it for awhile” despite me standing there the entire time. I visit this location a lot as it’s the closest one to me and time again and again, the service is slow, food is inconsistent, and numerous times I had to ask for drinks to be remade. I don’t understand how someone can look at a drink that clearly isn’t made right and serve it. I ordered a Frozen Chai and what I got was brown ice in a cup with a faint Chai flavor. When I asked about remaking it, the girl gave me a dirty look. These were two different instances that occurred a matter of a couple months apart. This location needs to work on its customer service as it’s gone very downhill.

I like coming to this wawa. There’s a lot of choices on food drinks and coffee. They have a lot of creamers you can choose to put in your coffee as well. They also have truck parking. But that can get a little hectic in the lot. It’s fast to get in and out of the wawa.

Best spot for travelers and truckers to get food and drinks. They also have a few TRUCK parking in the back for your convenience while you are in the store. For Tea lovers, this is a must stop location! Their Chai Tea is the best! Real taste of tea! Bathrooms are nicely kept. This store is located half a mile off I-78, EXIT 49A Allentown PA, US 100, and Schantz Road junction. Stop by, Truckers, check this place out. Their selling prices are fairly good. Truck Drivers

For a trucker this is heaven. Great food.Truck parking lot gets filled up quickly but a lot of drivers do their 30 and leave.Only issue is the bathroom: it's too dirty.

What what? I was able to park in this ultra popular place! However, there are numerous truckers he thinks have even had! Wow, I can't believe for lunch that I'm able to eat your great burgers because sometimes there were too many PERMANENT RESIDENTS!

Be careful truckers cops patrol the this parking lot in the morning around 6-7am and if you're parked in a no parking zone they will ticket you. Edit: The truck in the picture with the ticket in his window is not my truck.

It's good . Confusing to travelers especially coming off Turnpikes not familiar with area. Telsa covered charging spots cover was comical to me especially on a rainy day. Construction in area needs to be noted on site to avoid tension to drivers. Must be unsafe to use Telsa charges when it raining out.

This is a truck stop.Nice and clean.they got about 30 truck parking there.don't park on the street behind this place.i saw police ticket a truck driver last time i was here. There are sign on the street but people didn't care.until they got ticket.

I love this place,I've been a regular literally every day for months, it's close to my job,super awesome people, great treatment,clean inside and outside all around,the food is always on point and so as the drinks made by them,amazing work from all the employees starting with the manager that never stops running.I recommend this WAWA 100%.Thank you all for the outstanding work you all do every day, blessings to you and your families as well always.

Was in earlier and told woman at register there was no soap in the bathroom. She said she knew and the whole store was out of soap. That is a health hazard. Even if the sandwich makers had sanitizer in the back (I did not see any) it is unacceptable

My issue isn't with the store or the service but with the managerial practices. Since when is it okay to write up an employee for being in the emergency room? Since when is it okay to write up an employee for having a family emergency room? Apparently this is common practice at Wawa. Someone close to me has been written up as an attendance issue for emergencies. Said employee was in the ER and then moved to ICU for a condition warranting emergency surgery and got a reprimand for not finding coverage. This company that preaches family has no compassion or sympathy for issue that arise in the real world.

Dont order extra cheese.....i go there often so i know the usual portions .....if your new do not waste your money ...the ONLY wawa that does so far is the one on red lion rd by grant ave in philly ....What a way to spend my lunch LOL. Im here again !! And just had a PERFECT Iced Latte !!! I the barista she is the BEST ....

Each time I order custom salad they forget at least 2 ingredients! They always forget the bacon that you have to pay extra for or onions. It’s like nobody even the reads whet we are ordering, put whatever they want in! I have to open the salad and check before iLeave!!!
