Bright, clean store. Always a good experience. Update July 2022- always great finds and unique items. A fun store to shop for gifts. Another update for October 2022. Still some Halloween decor left. Christmas stuff is out too! Adorable earrings and pajamas. Only 3 checkouts open and the lines were longer than I expected.

I have been to multiple Targets in 12 states across the USA and this continues to be the best Target. The cleanest, brightest and most organized Target I have been to! The staff is also the friendliest and most helpful. No other target can compare.

I went To target on cedar crest boulevard in allentown, pennsylvania three times in three days to grab the same toy that is evidently malfunctioned. I spoke to management and they told me that they were not responsible. And it was my responsibility as a consumer to reach out to the company that produces these toys that they put on their shelves and sell to us. Which I think is unbelievable.When it comes to customer service. Be careful buying toys this year from target. They're selling anything. And I was told on the phone by the manager herself that that's pretty much the case...shame on them. They will GET NO MORE OF MY MONEY

Good store, not sure how it competes with the store on Krocks road though. Lots of deals and a decent selection of clothes and groceries. The electronic section is a bit sparse.

Writing this to bring awareness to the dangers of being alone at this store. I was leaving the store and a man followed me to my car, tried talking to me through my window then was moving his arms as if he was going to try and open my door. If you’re young & especially female, don’t go here alone. This isn’t the first time this has happened, I know many others who have had experiences similar here. Always have someone walk you to your car.

What can I say? It's Target! It's a great store to shop at and I've been going there for years. I can pretty much always find what I want their and the prices aren't too outrageous. Especially when they have sales.

I went to Target for a couple items and left with neither. The store was a mess. I had to move racks to get down aisles as employees watched. Such a disappointment.I changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars! Target has been looking great the last few times that I've gone. The only downside was that their grocery carts were so backed up outside that cars could not even go down one of the aisles to park. Managers were not up to par that day. 🤷‍♀️I still like Target however. Good store!

Pretty good with pick up orders, usually have everything done in less than an hour. Starbucks always is banging! Overall your average target experience. Clean bathrooms which is a plus!

Possibly the work Target I've been to in terms of stalking for christmas, the spare shells made me feel like I was in a Zombie Apocalypse movie and not my local target, good going on failing to stock this season.

Have you been to Target lately? They have upped their game & set themselves apart in the retail game. The store is beautiful and clean and quiet. The variety is great the customer service is on point. No negatives. Its a bookstore, a grocery, a pharmacy. There's a Starbucks & a Pizza Hut. You can comfortably spend hours there. Shop at Target.

The return clerk did a very friendly, competent, professional job inaccepting this 1 of the 2 bottles of mix we bought. Since we opened and tasted 1 I guess we keep it. Not bad just surprisingly boring. Chose to return other bottle. We learned, they learned! A productive time for all. Thank you Target and return guy!!!!

If you've been to one target you've been to all of them. Nothing especially bad about this one except these completely unnecessary bars in the middle of their benches to stop people from sleeping on them. Absolutely appalling.

I usually go a little later in the evening and prefer the self-checkouts as I work with people all day. This evening they decided to close them around 30 minutes before the close of the store in contrast to the last 7 months where they were open until the close of the store.

Target drive up pick up is a Moms best friend. It gives me peace of mind to know that if I need a big order or even a small order for infant Tylenol or baby wipes asap that I can order online and have curbside pick up ready promptly without dragging 3 small children into a store.

This specific Target I avoid by choice I will drive to Airport Road Target. The climate in the store is unwelcoming to me as a African American. The are slow to help you but quick to follow you around the store. This is no surprise they only have two people of color working there. If I go in see a person of color the next week they are gone. Target should do better I'm not saying their employees are racist I'm saying the store is not welcoming. Why should I have to feel like there is an employee in every isle fixing shelves that do not need fixing when I am shopping.

if i could give zero i would. dont ever lose a reciept that is over 100. even if its 107 dollars because they will not let you return it for something else. terrible service. this is why i dont shop at target. walmart would have given me a gift card no problem with my id. thanks target for nothing!

Quickness and convenience! Targets Drive Up service was amazing! It was already late, had a very long exhausting day of errands, when I realized I completely forgot to buy diapers. I was still in the middle of doing my laundry So I ordered it via phone using the Target app. I didn't see myself having time to go in with my kid at such a late time. When I saw Drive Up service as an option, I chose it instantly. It was so easy to do. Within 6 minutes of me placing my order it was ready. I finished my laundry and headed down. Fantastic customer service! Definitely would come to this store to get my shopping done. Employee that attended me was so friendly and professional.

The retail clerk at the self check out was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly and went above and beyond to add to our customer experience. However unfortunately the target optical representative was not helpful and was extremely unknowable very poor customer service, she did not appear to want to help answer any questions almost as if we, the consumer was an overall nuisance. Overall we will continue to share our customer experience with all our our neighbors. Thank you lissette at the self check out for being a great customer service representative. We had a great experience because of your quality of work ethic.

Very friendly and prompt service. I use the Target curbside delivery as it is very convenient for me since I have little ones that I don't like dragging into the store (they ask for everything and anything). Even before the COVID pandemic, I enjoyed (and still do) curbside delivery.One less star since they stopped selling Shea Moisture Low Porosity Shampoo and Conditioners at the store.

Your store is always clean, most of your employees will look you in the eye and greet you. Erin in the electronics department was particularly helpful. She went above and beyond. She really knows her stuff, she listened to my concerns and addressed them promptly. If you have not given her a raise recently she certainly deserves one.

I was scared to shop today but I chose target because I thought it would be less busy then Wegmans. I walked in very scared but I was greeted by a wonderful woman who was providing already sanitized carts. The store was stocked as best it could be at this time. I got everything I needed for the most part and everyone I came in contact stayed he proper distance away and was very friendly and kind. In the times we were living in it was a great experience.

I was just helped by one of your wonderful self checkout employees. My bank froze my credit card for making a large purchase earlier today and would not let me complete the total purchase. Your employee gave me five dollars of her own credit card to help me complete my purchase.Please make sure she knows that I sincerely thank her and I hope that she is helped out as well from helping me.
