Absolutely disgusting, rent for my locker has raised almost quadruple in the three years I've been there. And for what? Some new paint? What has been added to the facility that warrants such a price increase. Also very little staff, and zero property management during weather. The door on my locker has broken on numerous occasions, and they claim they've fixed it, but it still does not operate properly. I do not recommend this location, they will get you in with their low price to latch you in, and then continuously raise the price. Absolute vultures.

I recently used Simply Self Storage and it was great! They had a variety of unit sizes to choose from and the staff was super helpful. Stacy helped answer all my questions and made the experience super easy and stress free. The facility was clean and secure, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of storage space.

I have rented storage units at Simply Self Storage in Allentown/Orefield, PA, for many years because of its convenient location, different size and type of units available, and initially because of price. The price has continued to go up every year - which I found annoying - but the service from their latest property manager, Trisha, has been the best of all my years as a customer. I hope she stays! If you are looking for convenient storage in the Allentown area, then I encourage you to call Trisha - she will do her best to satisfy your storage needs with a pleasant and professional demeanor and a can do attitude. They have small, medium, and large units and both outside and inside access, with some temperature controlled units available for items that cannot withstand severe temperatures or changes in temperature such as fine furniture or art. If you do call or stop in, then please tell Trisha I sent you.

Trisha was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful and knowledgeable on the units and prices And answered all my questions. I didn’t know exactly what size I needed and told her what I all had to put in it and she told me exactly what I need. The hours are great and it’s always nice when I stop by and get greeted nicely with a happy Smiling face.

From the time i walked in the door Stacy was nothing but helpful. She is professional and courteous, she goes the extra to help you. She helped me to operate the main gate with my pass code. Walking me onto the property i couldnt help but notice how clean everything was. I also noticed how safe and secure it was. I would strongly recommend this facility for all your storage needs. My experience at Simply Self Storage is Simply the best!!! I have had the privilege to work with them during a time of upheaval in my life, and their process made me feel very reassured. Not only is the staff very reasonable and accommodating, but also knowledgeable in their recommendations and quick to respond to messages and calls. Stacey, the Grounds Manager, has the gift customer service and always greets you with positivity! The Grounds at the 309 location in Allentown is immaculate and secure. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to store their "worldly possessions" there. During a time of difficulty I can say that SSS really gave me peace of mind and I continue to trust their service! So far simply not ok - After 3 months the Outdoor storage obviously isn't climate controlled. On the other hand If you want to recommend someone for simply self storage, you will also receive a small percentage deducted from your next bill payment. however, the facility I am renting has succumbed to mice droppings and I never had mice nor any at my place. this is gross and respectfully I demand an explanation. I called SimplyselfStorage 3 times about the mouse droppings and extra $3.00 charge, one time I hung up since they never picked up, second attempt I left a message since the machine indicated a call back, 3rd attempt same issue. (ANGRY) I don't recommend this storage and I will be moving my things out ASAP. I will be sending photos as soon as I can. Have a Blessed one!

A few weeks ago, i decided that I was going to look for a self storage place that better suited my size needs and my financial needs After looking at a few self storage companies in the area, I came across Simply Self Storage.
