Hadn't been to primos in a while and was craving an old Italian and a diablo. The "old Italian" doesn't technically come in the diablo style but the guy said it was no problem and added the special spices to a regular old Italian so I got exactly what I wanted. It was Tuesday night so the place was a ghost town - got in and out in less than 5 minutes.Only thing I wondered - I thought the "primo" size was a foot long, not "8-9 inches". I could have eaten 2 of those. Will be back and probably get the "whole" size next time.Honestly - I vastly prefer primo to jersey Mike. The quality of the meat and the roll is fantasticThanks - bill

Decided to treat myself, mom and sister for lunch. We got 2 hoagies, rice pudding and potato salad. The hoagies themselves we're not bad tasting but they were skimp as hell. Little to no meat and cheese and the rolls were smaller than normal. I've had good primos and worked at one before trust me. The rice pudding was watery and there was only like a bite of potato salad. I would not order from here again. $50 wasted right there

The Turkey Diablo is one of my favorite all time subs, and it’s not just the ingredients, it’s how it’s made. I like the long hots on the sub, and the young man who crafted my sub was an expert. The meats and cheese were layered properly with the toppings added in a nicely balanced harmony of flavors. The wrapper wasn’t tucked into the sandwhich like most places, it was snug but thoughtful. This is a good Primos spot.

Not sure about some of these negative "reviews". One person even comes across as a disgruntled former employee who doesn't think they got paid enough. Anyway, this was my first time ordering from here in years, and the food was as great, if not better, than I remember. Lots of fresh meat on both of my samiches, and the bread is the best quality of any other hoagie place out there in the LV. These are grown-up hoagies for sure, and they're so good, the prices will be an afterthought!

They got rid of the only sandwiches worth buying here. This place will be out of business before you know it.

Usually our favorite hoagies but not Friday night. Ordered 3 primos size. An Audi with mayo , yellow mustard on a Big T and a Sharp Italian. I received oil and vinegar on all. Maybe not a big issue for some but for us, we order them different for a reason. I was really surprised because there were 4 employees making sandwiches and Primo wasn’t busy at the time of my order. Unfortunately until we were able to enjoy our hoagie, Primo was closed so I couldn’t take them back and have them remade. Hopefully we’ll have our hoagies made correctly next time.Update - promptly heard from the owner who made everything perfect - kudos!!

When I first walked inside, I thought "hospital".Very clean; well lit; lots of space. The menu above the counter was easy to read; prices were spelled out clearly.Ordered the turkey and cheese (small).Crispy bread, fresh deli meat and provolone. The order was hand delivered from the prep area behind the front counter !!! The sandwich maker came around to the entrance area, called my name and placed it in my hand !!!It was my first visit; much better than I imagined. Will return.

Placed a pickup order at around 6pm, said it would be done by 6:45. Got there at 7pm and our order wasn’t even started. There was literally nobody there we were the only customers. They were playing around the whole time my husband sat in the store and waited for it to be done. Forgot all of our sides and humiliated my husband. Never again. If you’re gonna let a group of kids work in the store alone maybe you should make sure they’re doing their jobs. Waste of 40 dollars.

Delicious sandwiches and variety of options for those wanting to try something new on their sandwich, a little remix with some delicious ingredients!Didn’t care for the macaroni salad. However, this won’t stop me from coming here! Always worth a visit every now and again!

I'm not sure who is giving this place 4 and 5 star reviews because I ordered 3 Italian hoagies last week and their was so little meat on them I actually thought they forgot the meat. I called and they told me that's how it's made. So if you don't mind paying a premium price for a roll and condiments go for it. I learned my lesson and will never go back.

Always good and so tasty. Corn beef Shwartzie is my go-to. Bring back pastrami! 😊. But a tad pricy, but what isn't anymore.Manager/operator is a wonderful person...Seems another change... No more sopressata on the menu... Was a favorite along with the pastrami...While this may be a corporate issue, I can't ding the local shop for this...Is just disappointing that they keep paring down the menu here and there of everything that's good...Still in the registers but not on the menu it seems...

Excellent sandwiches. They also will sell loaves of their sandwich bread which is often hot out of the oven when you get it. The only thing would be an improvement in my opinion is to let the bread bake just 2 or 3 minutes longer so it's a little more brown and crispy on the outside. Old school style sandwiches that are delicious. You won't be dissatisfied.

The sandwiches are decent. Two times I paid over the phone and when I showed up and told them, they literally had me stand there for 20 some minutes before I asked what was going on. My hoagies were sitting at the register and they just forgot to give them to me, TWICE. The second time I just assumed they were busy, but after 2 other people came in and ordered and got their food, o flipped. Tonight I pulled into their parking lot at 7:43 they were open until 8. I wasn’t going in, I just stopped to use my phone for something. A girl came up to the window, looked out, and made a quick attempt to turn off the “open” sign, which was already turned off, so she turned it on and then off again. Wonder when they act Actually closed the shop. Sad all around. Primos is a great chain shop but I stopped going here long ago. A Capriottis is opening up soon and maybe that will be decent.

I've boycotted and widely spread the fact of your LOW wage at Primo and your other business next door before. I went in today to see what starting wage is now and still appalled. Nobody can afford to pay rent in Allentown at 11.00.

Stopped in here today and got a tuna sub. Asked for it plain w/ mayo (no lettuce or tomato etc..) Got home and they put dry tuna on a roll. Luckily I had some mayo at home to put on it. Normally we like their subs a lot, but this was disappointing. $11.49 for something that I had to tear apart and fix up myself, worse, I was sharing this with someone, so two people had their lunch ruined. And no, I didn't forget to ask for mayo, it's right on the receipt "tuna, mix w/mayo".Won't go back, too expensive to waste money and get the wrong thing.

I love all the options and the fact that you can pick and choose the toppings. This would have been 5 stars had they actually only put on the toppings i asked for. Prices are reasonable for amount of food provided. Highly recommend the mozzarella balls and rice pudding.
