Great prices and variety. Special note to try loaf bread and Corn bread from "Lusitania Bakery" ....bet ya' like it!!!! Toast either one and add a little vegetable oil butter spread and you will go back for more!!! Please respond what you think........when you enter ,go right to the special bread isle.Cornbread is opposite ,by chicken and in an island for sale, so good!!!Enjoy!

For the most part, the food is not fresh. The select is very limited. Their store brand items are not very good, but it's all they have. Meat selection: Where do I start. A health inspector needs to come in and inspect the place. The only reason why I go there is to buy odds and end.

Discount food store that charges you 10 cents for grocery bag and a quarter to rent a shopping cart..I'm really not trying to be judgemental but, the owner looks and acts like a real bean counter.. Oh yea, don't try talk to him cause he will only act like he to busy to talk to you... He should look around... take inventory on the community he serves!!

Trashy store and they treat their customers like it. Some of the cashiers are really nice, but some of them will go out of the way to be spiteful and difficult, from them it's the worst customer service anywhere in the valley. They also charge for carts which is fine except that most of the carts don't work and so you got broken carts hooked to the front of the stack so that you can't get one out! If you are going to charge for shopping carts they had better work! This store is rundown and the customer service shows you how they really feel about their customers. I get that it's a low-cost grocery store but it's still owned by ShopRite there should be some level of respect and decency.

Only one register was open😡. The woman was very nice. Everything else was self-checkout. There were plenty of those but if you don't have under 25 you can't use it. So I wait in line☹️

I just came from there I bought a gallon of milk and the milk is messed up and the expiration date says January 20,2024 and I called to speak to someone and they hung up on me that was very rude

They make people pay for their bags, which is fine, but they never have anyone waiting to hand you the bags at self-checkout. You always have to go around and look to get the person's attention who should be giving out the bags. I went there on April 22nd at 7:30 pm and paid at self-checkout. No one was there to hand me my bag. I then saw a woman, unsure if she was the manager or not, and she was not wearing a name tag, but she was shorter and heavy-set. She seemed to be the one who was supposed to give me the bags, and she saw me but didn't make an attempt to come to know if I needed a bag she waited there, staring at me. After I realized she was not going to attempt to see If I needed a bag, I went up to her and said, "Excuse me, are you the one giving out the bags"? With an attitude, she replied, "How many do you need" as if I was bothering her.

It's my favorite dumpy discount grocery store but you can tell how unkept it is just by looking at the parking lot. Just above a box store. Do not expect pristine shelves. Do not expect variety. But... The produce is reasonably priced and it lasts once you get it home. Someone... Or two... Are always parked in the fire lane.

Has definitely improved over the past years. And I'm really looking forward to see how much better they can be. The setup of the store sometimes gets a little confusing and it's not always easy to find everything. I do appreciate the fact that they are expanding with more options as far as balanced diet in Better Health choices

When this place first opened it was unique. Now with Aldi, groceroutlet and even a lidl. It can't compete with the rest. Selection is smaller, prices are higher. So items the regular price was the same of higher than weis and giant.

Isles are way TOO tight for 2 people to pass,and at the registers. Alot of the shelves were empty in the morning already. Some prices were good and some weren't. Suggestion: Get a bigger store for more room and more items. (Like the empty K-mart store)

So today I was there and just my luck they were resetting the Grocery Dept.That's okay I got to play treasure hunt.Folks doing the resetting were very helpful.Lots of Bowl and Basket (shop-rite brand).I go to there once a month when I stop a Humane society.Nice place, nice people.Can you good folks at Wakefern put a Price Rite in the old KMART building in Walnutport and give Giant a run for their money?Please ♥️
