The girl that helped us in the aquatics department was extremely kind and helpful. She was also very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. It's refreshing really caring about what they're doing and what they're selling to a customer. She answered every question that we had and was extremely helpful I can't say enough good things about her. I just hope that other locations follow her lead and have the same dedication as she has. Even the cashier was super kind. This location is definitely a win-win. The staff is on the younger side but they really care about what they're doing and are extremely knowledgeable. Good job PetSmart on your hiring capabilities!

I called and spoke to a little girl and had the audacity that I can’t take my dog to they’re store because he tries to bite them when they are cutting their nails and they can’t accept him!OH AND THE GIRL ALSO SAID BECAUSE I WROTE A NEGATIVE REVIEW I CANT BE ACCEPTED AT THEYRE STORE OR ANY STORE FOR THAT MATTER!SO YOU MEAN TO TELL ME BECAUSE I WROTE MY HONEST OPINION IM BANNED AND SHE REPLIED YES !!!AND THATS BASICALLY IT, MIND YOU I SEE THE WAY THAT THEY ACT WHEN I GO THERE IVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR THE PAST 2 years and the way the look at me even after I tip them every time when they only spend 20 minutes bathing my dog and literally don’t even clean his ears properly nor manage to do anything with his nails is bizarre to me, I STRONGLY FEEL LIKE THEY PROFILE YOU AND ARE RACIST THEY NEED TO FIRE THAT ENTIRE TEAM AND BRING IN PEOPLE THAT ARE OPEN MINDED AND NOT RACIST AND PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK BECAUSE THE WAY THAT THEY ACT IS FOR UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I TAKE MORE OFFENSE BECAUSE ITS NOT MY DOG FAULT. He’s innocent in all of this I hope SHANNON REALIZES AND THE ASSISTANT MANAGER WITH OTHER REVIEWS THAT THEY HAVE THAT THEY ARE THE PROBLEM!

The first time, we took our dog there for a nail trim. They did a nice job. $29 for nail trim, they trimmed the hair around his feet and pads. Cleaned his ears, brushed his teeth, and provided a bandana. The second time, we got just his nails trimmed $20. But no trimming of the fur around his feet and paws. Plus, the girl seemed to be in a hurry and was a little rough. Hmmmm. Don't think we will be going back there.

If I could give 0 stars for the grooming I would. This is the second time I've gone to this place and the first time I went she was groomed fine (1st picture), I brought my dog back last week and this is what she came back looking like. There's a literal buzzed line down her arm of a mess up. After calling and the grooming manager saying she looked fine and calling us liars we got a refund from the store manager. After looking at the lower ratings and seeing pictures I would never take my dog back here for grooming. I cannot believe they were comfortable handing her off to me like this. When I got called for pick up the lady even said they had cancellations and we're able to do Chloe sooner. If they had cancellations why does this look rushed and like a new hire did it?

I highly recommend Pet Smart. This Cs br your local favourite Petstore. You can find dog and at Food, accessories, cleaning products for your furry friend. PetSmart has a grooming area available as well. Fresh & salt water fish available for sale as well. Staff is very useful and polite. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

First time ever getting my pup groomed and I am so happy! I was so nervous, but Stacy did a great job with him. He usually doesn’t like to leave my side, but she took the time to make sure he was okay. When I picked him up, he looked so handsome and was soooo happy!!! I will definitely be back. All of the girls in the salon were sooo nice as well.

This store is small so they don’t have that much but the animals look clean and healthy. The staff is miserable though. I hate going into this store because the employees there are just rude. The people working the pet department always seem annoyed and have an attitude when you ask them for something. They never have crickets pre-bagged like the other locations so I have no choice but to ask for assistance. This last visit, the cashier said nothing when I approached the register. She was bent over messing with her belongings and did not look at me once. When she finally did speak to me it was so low I couldn’t tell if she was talking to me. She was extremely unprofessional. I used to work at PetSmart years ago and I never once treated a customer like this. The only person that has been nice or helpful in that store was the Blue Buffalo rep.

One of the female employees at this location had the audacity to smack a 6 year old child’s hand that was touching the dog treats. Hopefully charges are pressed and this employee is terminated. I purchase fish supplies weekly but will NEVER EVER patronize another lousy Petsmart location until a public apology is made. Absolutely disgusting, if this happened to my child your employee would be eating out of a straw in the ICU. Do better.

A large pet store with mostly dog and cat food and accessories. A lot of different brands of cat and dog food to choose from like Merrick. They also sell fish, hamsters and various small birds, and offer grooming services.

This remains a pretty decent store. Mostly clean and a good variety of high-end pet food. There is a cat adoption area for those interested. They have a decent but not large selection of fish and there is a small selection of reptiles (see my pictures) available on the back wall. Don't forget to bring you pet when you visit.

We find this place to be hit more miss. Some of the staff are super friendly and helpful, other are much less so. They have a policy of letting you return a fish if it’s dead under two weeks. The person we got gave us a hard time on doing this, suggesting we don’t do it because it will likely happen again - even though we have many other fish that are thriving. Meanwhile, the first time we went to the store, they had a bag full of dead fish from their own tanks - which gave us pause in getting fish there. So it’s not just us….they seem to have their own challenges.

I have used many pet groomers over the years and the grooming staff are some of the best we’ve ever used. They are kind and friendly to your pet. Alert you of any issues they uncover. They complete the cut exactly as requested! I love them!❤️⭐️👏🏼

My dog has been coming here for grooming since they opened this location. I have always had great experiences there! Last night he had Sara as his groomer and she was excellent! She did an awesome job and was so sweet. I highly recommend!

Workers are very courteous and helpful. They have a great selection of toys and accessories.We bought a new harness and leash for our 4 month old Golden. Would recommend a visit if you want fun stuff.

My grandma came and took her puppy here and we booked a normal wash and cut online. The price was listed there and I made sure to tell my grandmother ahead of time. She goes to take the dog in and they shaved the puppy clean in the dead of winter! My grandmother only wanted a trim as she specified. They continued to tell her what the dog “needs” and then added an additional $20 top dog package and overcharged her. We paid $80 for them to shave her clean. They ruined her coat and completely ruined the puppy’s look. And the puppy now needs a sweater because she has no hair to keep her warm! This stuff is ridiculous what kind of bozos work here?

Called manager for a complaint. She would giggle at me like a little school girl. I asked what was so funny and how is that professional. She responded with if your gonna act like this then I will need to hang up. I guess that’s why she stuck at a pet store and can’t get a real job. Just Lost me as a customer. Too much competition to be acting like that to customers.

I took Wasabi to the grooming salon and Jasmine took great care of her! She looked so pretty after her appointment and Jasmine was so sweet. Wasabi is a shiba and a lot of groomers can’t get passed the “shiba scream” but they were accepting of her and made sure she looked great.

It's an average experience in here. They have been out of my top 2 choices of kitty litter for a few months. No one seems to know if it's on order or being taken off the shelves.The employees asked i wanted to make a donation for some kind of stuffed animal drive they were having. I said yes to making a donation, and the cashier immediately called to her co-worker that she sold one of the stuffed animals for the donation drive, rubbing it in to him that she was going to win their competition. I don't mind donating to help animals, but it felt kinda gross to feel like I was being used to help someone win a contest. It's a pet store..it should be about the pets and feel like it's about the pets.

Sara C is absolutely the best! She has been grooming our two dogs for some time and my dogs get excited to see her! She is quick to read notes when booking online and responds quickly to answer questions or accommodate requests. Outside of the grooming, we are always greeted when entering this location. All the employees are very knowledgeable and caring about animals.

This is our Shelby after a great grooming at pet smart. Everyone has their own favorite. Shelbys is Sarah c. Shelby is 10 years old, and has arthritis. Sarah is very good with her, im sure all the groomers are, but we like Sarah. Shelby always comes back looking and smelling great.
