There is an older Spanish lady who works the fish department for the most part. Very unpleasant. Whenever she is working I refuse to purchase anything from that department. She definitely needs addressed on her customer service skills.

In addition to being a well stocked pet store, Petco offers training sessions, grooming and limited veterinary services. Staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

I was looking for kitter food for my babies n I was unable to ascertain ingredients on the royal canin n I asked the older woman from blue if she could help me n she could not find them either n we got to chatting n needless to say I made an acquaintance who very well could become a friend so it was all good n I got some kitter food for my lil guy he is having issues with his tummy n digestion so it is what it is the girl at the checkout was pleasant n nice as well it was jus a good experience the whole way around

As soon as anyone walks in the store you notice they greet everyone. Whether it's "Hi, how are you?" ; To "Good morning!", or just a simple "Hello" is very welcoming. You can always find someone cleaning around the store which means they care what their store looks like. Animals are cleary taken care of. Employees are super friendly, they try their hardest to ring you as fast as they can when there's a line buildup and always call for backup. This store is definitely the best Pet Store in the area!

Very very unpleasant grooming experience. The groomer was late to show up to to work. Then I picked my dog up and she has 3 cuts on each of her ears. A cut on her stomach, and a cut on her leg. She looked really bad and when I picked her up I could tell that she was not cared for properly.

Dave helped me pick out a crate for my car. He carried it outside and even set it up! I was so grateful. Unfortunately, I realized on the way home that I could’t see, and the crate was wedged inside so tightly that I couldn’t move it.Dave graciously dissembled the crate and refunded my money. He is wonderful!

I went to this Petco for the first time and it was the nicest pet store I’ve ever been to. The animals were well taken care of and the store was well organized. I also found what I was looking for very quickly and just walked around because the store was so nice.

Nice store, because it's close. But end up going elsewhere because their shelves are empty. Either they're not getting their orders in, or not enough staff to stock the shelves with what people NEED for their furbabies. Otherwise, it is a very clean place. The different animal sections are clearly marked. The staff is very sincerely pleasant, and concerned (was impressed). I will be back-for things I know they have stocked. Can always order online for what I (you may) need delivered to this location for p/u or delivery.

Petco I'd an awesome Pet store! They not only have animals, such as lizards, snakes, turtles, fish of all kinds ( freshwater & Saltwater), Guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, etc. They also have a section by the front that holds rescue cats and kittens; to adopt.T hey also hold adoption days where they bring other rescues that are fostered. They have a grooming center. There are also puppy classes and other training available. Come check it out and see the beautiful potential pets.

I called ahead to ask if they had the fish i wanted. I told them i was on my way from 40 minutes away and confirmed that they're open until 7. When i got there at 6:33, they refused to sell me fish because they were closing in 30 minutes. I'll never go to this store again.

So bad experience today , first the lady in front call me an hour before with attitude that she can’t take my dog bc I never confirm the appt and I’m say her I did it then the excuse was that she has to reschedule because she can’t shave the back part of my dog I said her ok don’t worry I only want to bath him . When I got there for my appointment, as soon as she saw us , she said that she can’t take my dog because he supposedly had knot , which is a lie because my dog was there 3 weeks ago. Apparently she wasn’t in the mood to work today . All she wanted to do was cancelled my appointment, because she tried 3 different excuses . People with that attitude shouldn’t work with pets. The only reason why I came back was because I was super satisfied the first time , but the lady ( Peigi) wasn’t available .

The vet was not good. She yelled at me and seemed like she had no clue what she was doing. She was very unkind to myself and my dog. I am very disappointed and very unsatisfied. She reprimanded me because my dog is nervous and she did not respect him or his space.

I brought my daughter here as a birthday brunch surprise and our waitress Tara was amazing and wonderful with my girl and made her feel so happy. We had to wait a little because it was busy but that was fine and the food was fresh and hot. 😊😌
