Been coming here for years, drop and hook. 9/10 times takes over a hour to get in and out. Also have 3 trailers there with smashed electrical boxes from their jockeys backing trailers into them.

Driver checking in waiting 45 minutes and counting to get through the gate. Cars, employees, mail deliveries all on one line with trucks. ten minutes to check a vehicle in. guy probably had an interview. why is he on the same line with truck drivers? unbelievable this place suck

Showed up at 1530 for a 1600 live load,put right into a door.. Finally got loaded by 2130.Will not be back here anytime to load.Good people from the Guard shack to the Shipping Office, but to long to load a trailer for my standards.

The load wasn't picked when we got here for our appointment. Took 2 hours to get through the line into the facility and the line at the shipping office. Then they say you're late and a work-in now. They didn't care about their delays, broker refuses to pay detention, then they are picking the load as they go, it wasn't ready to be shipped. 6 hours later the truck is only half loaded. Making them unload and leaving empty, this place needs to be investigated for using ok site delays to make ppl work ins and avoid paying detention.

Since so many people posted negative reviews, and people only want to post a review when they have a negative experience; I wanted to make sure that I posted my positive experience. Anyway, I got no complaints. The guard shack was professional and courteous. Got right in and right out. Office staff was phenomenal. All in all, I didn't have any complaints. Hell, even the yard jockeys were very cool.

They have a 1.9 review rating for a reason. I read the reviews before arriving here and thought that maybe I would be lucky and not have to wait as long to get loaded. I was dead wrong. I’ve been here 14 and a half hours and still not loaded yet. Make sure that you have enough diesel, and food. You might as well just go in the sleeper and get some rest. They will make me late for this current delivery. They will make me late for my next pickup. So they’ve completely ruined my whole weekend because I will have to reschedule this load and cancel the next. If you can avoid this place at all, please do so. I’m begging you. Do you know the level of patience required to expect something to be done in a timely matter and 14 hours later nothing has been accomplished. Even the drop n hooks are having to wait. How can they possibly stay in business with this type of performance?

I would've gave this place zero/negative stars if that was an option. My appointment was at 2pm, I finally got a door at 530pm but they didn't start loading until 730pm. It is now 1030pm, I still have a 6 hour drive and they're still not done loading. This is the absolute worst place so do yourself a favor and DO NOT book a load from here.

I wish I could give them 0 star. The worst facility I have seen in my lifetime. This facility and management is joke. No body care here for the value of time and everybody is arrogant here. It took them 8 hours to load me even I checked in 30 mins before my appointment time.

Guards are OK. Office personnel are rude, disrespectful, condescending and get off on hassling drivers anyway they can. You will be here for hours getting a live load, don't ask or you will be here longer. Office smart, truckers dumb is the general philosophy. Follow all rules or else they will lecture you. If you call out their disrespect they blame all the truckers before you that interrupted their cell phone time with actually making them do their job. Less than 2 stars for a reason, they EARN the hate.

All negative reviews are true, google need to add 0 star for reviews. Arrived 13:00 for 14:00 appointment. Received door at 15:00, now 19:00, only 7 pallets of 24 inside in my trailer. Super lazy people working here, they don’t care about your log. Already late for my 5:00am delivery, and still not loaded yet. If you waiting for the miracle, that’s not gonna happen. This place not for the trackers. Avoid!!!!!

This is a note to myself: If I ever come back here for a third time as a live load (you have been here hundreds of times years ago for drop n hook, which isn’t ideal either) I deserve everything I get. Checked in 0530 for 0600 appt. Not loaded til 1100. They don’t pick the order til you show up. Missed my delivery appt and load the next day. NEVER AGAIN

The only reason they get one star is because Google won’t leave zero stars. This place is absolutely horrible. Showed up at 12 noon and got turned away because I had a 4 PM appointment come back at 3 PM and finally given a door at 5 PM. 8 PM still not loaded.

If you want to pick up load at this location you have to bring breakfast lunch and dinner with you because they won’t let you go easily . At least 10 hours wait very bad place to pick load

Never had a problem here, but I also drop and hook on the tanker side. My dog likes the little grassy area next to were we drop the tankers at. She gets treats and pets from the guards all the time.

Yes - 5 Stars!People usually only leave reviews when they're unhappy. This facility did everything as expected. I can't find one issue to complain about.I had a 13:00 appointment, got to the gate at noon and the guard was professional.Checked-in a little early (30 minutes prior to appointment is proper here), receiving a dock assignment straight away. Bumped the dock, disconnected. Was loaded and leaving in under two hours w/ BOL in hand.You can scale out just before exiting the facility - how nice is that!

This company is hit or miss. Depends on product your delivering. Don’t arrive more than 15 minutes from appointment time or they’ll turn u around. Got checked in at 0945 for a 1000 appointment was in and out in 45 mins. Make sure u slide tandems to the rear disconnect and pull up. Safety vest and hard hat required along with the damn face mask.

2 OF MY DRIVERS WENT IN TO PICK UP A LOAD AT THIS SHIPPER THEY HAD THEM THERE SINCE 10 AM THEY SAID 4 HOURS WAITING TIME AND AFTER 4 PM THEY CAME BACK AND SAID 6 MORE HOURS AND THEY WANTED THIS TO BE DELIVERD ON TIME ONE OF THE MOST RIDICOULOUS SHIPPERS IN THIS INDUSTRY.

I've been here 6 hours, showed up an hour early, still not even locked in to be loaded yet. Shipping office will not answer their phone, very rude at the window when you ask questions, and just plain lazy. Is this what a nation wide company expects out its employees?

We arrived at 9:00Am here it is 2:04pm and we finally got to a door. Unreal Purina NO wonder drivers dont want to come here. Between slow load/unload and the hateful lady in shipping/recieving I'll do my best not to come back REFUSE TO BE ABUSED BY PURINA and MORNING/AFTERNOON STAFF. The lady in the office has forgotten if it wasn't for us she WOULD NOT BE NEEDED! 1st shift terrible ppl skills..2nd shift we will c ?????
