I brought my senior cat to Jessa for his first groom ever after Reading all the great reviews. And she was just as good as everyone said. She deserves five stars. She’s a very kind person. My cat was an angel with her.

I had a dog groomers that I usually use but know I have found a much better one and I will give them a great big 10. They are so very nice and did an excellent job on my dog. My dog was very calm and relaxed there. I will be recommending them to other people that would be looking for a dog groomer.

This review is long overdue. I can't say enough about how fortunate I feel that I found Jessa. Not only does she do an exceptional job grooming my dog Chloe, but she is also the most caring, kind, and thoughtful person that I have encountered as a groomer. She goes above and beyond to care for my dog. For example, she always asks me if I am happy with the cut or if I would like her to do something more. I really can’t say enough. She is truly the best. Oh and Chloe is always happy too. Look at that smile :)

Tried calling several times. The number listed in Google dropped when I called it. I drove past the address for Jessa's. No sign or markings that there is a dog grooming business. Not sure she is in business. If she is not, she should shut down her business listing in Google.

I'm so thrilled to have found Jessa. My Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier needs regular grooming, I was taking him to Pet Smart and although the groomers there were friendly and did a good job, Murphy was terrified, he started shaking the minute we would pull into the parking lot. I searched for someone that would be as gentle and caring with him as I would and have been SOOO fortunate to find Jessa. She is so good with him, and knows he's a big baby and takes the time to try to calm him. In addition the fact that he is the only dog there at any given time helps because he gets highly stressed by other dogs. He still doesn't like his grooming, but at least I know he is being well cared for and I'm welcome to stay if I so choose, instead of dropping him off and they take him into a back room where god knows what happens. Thanks Jessa for caring about me and my Murph. The name of this business says it all.

Jessa clearly loves her job. She is compassionate and caring with the animals and she takes pride in her work. She was so sweet to my Mainecoon cat, Theo and to myself. We met with her last winter, when I was very pregnant at the time. After Theo’s kitty spa treatment was complete, Jessa carried the cat carrier and held my arm as she escorted us back to the car. She gave me a hug and wished to see us back again soon. Theo looked fabulous and smelled great! Will be back again soon.

Jessa groomed my 10 month old bobtail cat, Camilo. She did AN AMAZING JOB. My cat came out looking super clean and absolutely adorable. Jessa was really kind and easy to work with. Definitely coming back here!!!!!!! I recommend this place 100%!

Jess’s was awesome! I took my daughter’s Golden Doodle while I was dog sitting and had no idea what the cut should look like. Jenna did a terrific job, her price was reasonable, and she’s great with people and pooch!

Jessa is amazing! She did a great job with my dog, Isla.The last groomer I took her to refused to use clippers on her even though I wanted her to due to her double coat. Her coat grew out much to quickly and she began having behavioral changes due to overheating and overall discomfort.Fast forward to today - Jessa gave Isla the best haircut she has ever had. She’s never looked so good. Perfect length and de-shedding. Isla was also super comfortable at the “spa”. The best part yet: the first thing she did when we got home was cuddle with my dad on the couch - her first real cuddle in months.Jessa is also very kind and personable. It was so easy to chat with her while she worked on Isla. I scheduled an appointment for my other 3 dogs.I highly recommend Jessa’s Gentle Grooming.

Dogs look great but the owners attitude is horrible. Try’s to make snippy comments in a professional way but fails to do so. Just comes off super rude. Won’t be coming back :)
