I placed an order with Jenny's and was out of town when it arrived. Was very surprised by the size of the box, my order was small. Definitely not what I ordered. Called them spoke with Mike and he already new all about the mix up. I told him I needed the gift within 4 days. He said he would make it happen. I received the correct order in 3 days OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.They emailed me twice told me to keep the gift basket as there apology for the mistake.Hard to find CS as top notch as this outfit. Definitely will order again.Tim

I have used Jenny's Gift Baskets several times and they are wonderful! Extremely responsive and they respond quickly to my questions. They have also been able to deliver same day or the next day, which is great (most other places take days or weeks). Baskets are always beautiful and they work with me to get exactly what I want. I placed an order Saturday night and it was delivered today. They went out their way to get exactly what I wanted for the basket. Great company, will definitely keep using them! HIGHLY recommend! i used jenny's gift baskets to surprise my friends with a champagne basket who had just gotten engaged. i had called other places who said they wouldn't be able to deliver until days later so i was ready to give up but then i found jenny's who saved the day!!! they were extremely helpful and the basket they created was just beautiful, classy, and customized to my liking. delivery was so quick and they even texted me with updates. my friends loved it! to say the least, five stars isn't enough. amazing service, awesome baskets for any occasion, and amazing owners.

I was searching for a replacement Eagles Super Bowl glass with the roster to replace the one I broke. NO ONE had this glass in stock except Jenny's Gift Basket. I ordered online and the glass arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Since this is only the 3rd time the Eagles made it to the Super Bowl in my lifetime and the only time they've won it, this glass was an important keepsake for me. Thank you so much!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Our Grandson has been very ill and fighting for life but he will be ok eventually. I have ordered several baskets when he was admitted to Lehigh Valley Hospital and one at home. They went above and beyond to deliver their baskets even when they were closed. I also called baskets in and they took the time to tell me what they had and they were all gorgeous and themed very well for a 4yr old. His face lights up and unwraps them. Thank you very much to the owners and staff! You all are my heros to bring a big smile to all of us!!

I never found a place that do same delivery (fast!) I placed two orders in the past for the first time and it caught me by surprise when it was delivered less than an hour, I believe. I placed another order today and Mike was nice enough to do for me again. Highly recommend if anyone is not just only looking for a gift for someone but also like a last minute gift. They have beautiful selections for the perfect occasion. Thank you again.

This morning my friends mother passed away. I knew when she returned home that she would need a "strong" condolence gift basket. I called several locations who told me that they could deliver in several days and that the receiver needed to be home. This did not work for the situation. I called Jenny's. Her establishment was local to the area; did not require home attendance and she was able to make a a suggestion of wine selections. Bottom line...A beautiful basket was created; delivered to a family in bereavement within hours of my call and they sent me a picture too. Thank you to Jenny's and KUDOS for a job well done!!!!!!!!!

It was delivered on time and the recipient let me know that the basket made their day! I would have loved to go to the physical store and take a look around, everything looks great.

Aloha! I made the decision to use a local business instead of a big chain company and it was the best decision I could of made. Ordering from Hawai'i to an address in Pennsylvania online was very scary because I wasn't sure if my order was received. I had called after business hours (6 hr time difference) and decided I'll just wait til the next day and not leave a message. I was so surprised to get a call saying they saw they received a missed call, wanted to know when I'd like the gift basket to be delivered (whoa you want my opinion 😳), I was able to ask if I could get back to them back and find out exactly when mom would be home, they said you can call or text us and let us know. I was so surprised on one of the most busy weekends you're going to answer text messages and they do respond quickly. I've never received so much Aloha from a business that goes out of their way to make sure their customers needs are met and happy. My mother was so happy, she loved the basket and all the different items I was able to apply to the basket, I just kept clicking add item, size was not an issue lol. You are amazing and will definitely be my go to for making sure my ohana on the east coast is taken care of for holidays and occasions.
