It was late at night and I did not have a reservation. I came upon the Comfort Inn located in Lehigh Valley West. I went to the front desk and had the absolute privilege and honor to meet Sophia. She got me a room at a reasonable price and told me that she likes helping people. She certainly proved that to me. What a delight she was. She understood the importance of finding a room after a long day and at a price point that matched my budget. Because of my extremely favorable encounter with Sophia I will be looking at Comfort Inn when I travel again. What a great representative she is for Comfort Inn. I hope that her superiors read this and treat her with the due consideration that she well deserves. I stayed there only 17 days ago and had to write this review so others, including her superiors recognize and appreciate the compassionate and friendly manner in which she treated me. Thank you Sophia !

WOW. What a horrible experience. I waited 15 minutes at the front desk for ANYONE to show up. I stood there with no one at the entire front desk area. Finally when a person showed up, she was upset for some reason. I told her how disappointed I was and said I just want to check in. She refused. So - after 15 minutes of waiting - and one comment expressing my frustration - I was not allowed the room I prepaid.I will talk with managers later but this person was wrong and I got stuck because her company only had her on shift. NOT MY ISSUE. Don't yell at me because your company only had you that night.HORRIBLE. Will escalate this

I was pleasantly surprised with everything. The rooms were very clean.. the beds were big. There was a fridge and microwave. Plenty of towels. Ice and vending was close. And the service was great. When I went to leave that morning there was breakfast and the nice lady went out of her way to get me foil for my sandwich to go when she didn't have to. The price was reasonable and I would definitely stay again.

If you're going to have a bar/food. Stop with the "cash only" with some bartenders. It's really irritating that only a few will go the extra mile to ring up my food and drinks at the front counter. While other lazy people won't. Sure do miss the old days when it didn't matter. Now I only eat and drink at your "full service " bar when certain tenders are working. May as well just stay abroad the street, I can walk to 5 different places in less than 50 yards.

We came to Pennsylvania to visit Dorney Park and Hershey park. We had a great time. This hotel was absolutely amazing. It was very clean and the room looked very nice. Overall it was simply well kept. The staff was outstanding. Breakfast was really good as well. No complaints here. If you come to visit Dorney Park or Hershey Park, consider checking this hotel out.

Great hotel it is either recently remodeled, built or maintained well. Dog friendly (with fee) Rooms clean beds and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was awesome, bacon, potatoes ,eggs, waffles. Hot coffee, bagels juice great service at desk , breakfast attendant is a Rock star.. she never stopped moving. Kept all full. Our only concern was the cooling system seemed to struggle in rooms my family got 3 rooms all said same thing. Rooms really Never got cool. But I will stay here again , next time through.Food & drinks: Lounge and breakfast on site.

We checked in around midnight and were given a late checkout. The person on the phone was very nice and helped me make a reservation, and the person at the counter was nice as well while we checked in. The room was on the 3rd floor, and the hallway smelled a bit damp, but otherwise, everything was very clean and quiet.The breakfast was great as well. Typically, within the last hour of breakfast, there's no juice left, and all the food is down to bare bones. We didn't have that problem here. The fruit, yogurt, muffins, and juice were all stocked up, and there was still plenty of the hot food as well (cheese omlettes- which were delicious, Canadian bacon, and hashbrowns). The woman working on the food was very nice as well.The exit to get here isn't lit at all and was very dangerous. By the time you see the sign, you have to swerve the car over to turn with no time to slow down. The main road right next to the hotel has tons of traffic as well when you're trying to leave. I know these aren't the fault of the hotel, though, just something to consider when stopping here. I'd definitely stay here again.Rooms: The rooms are very clean.Food & drinks: There are vending machines on each floor and free breakfast in the morning.

Room was clean, but bathroom needed a lot of maintenance. Sink and tub did not drain, toilet paper holder was metal, and spotted with rust all over.Breakfast area was good. Staff was friendly.

Stayed in this hotel 12/30/22 - 1/1/23It was a two bedded room. We had no pets. Our room (527) was so clean. They do charge an incidental $50 if you’re over 50 miles away and I believe if you’re a local $250. Because we all know locals damage anything nice. Front desk was fine along with breakfast that we missed due to sleeping in our comfy bed. We where able to walk bare footed. There was a microwave with a fringe. The room was humid a bit. But once you put cool on and set it to I think 65. The room is a great temp. I have no complaints at all. We had a bunch of towels a thick comforter. A nice huge mirror and the had a chair on wheels. So we where all able to go use the bathroom to do our makeup. Thank you for providing us with a great stay! If I ever rent up there I would definitely go here. Also you’re in the middle of everything and in the elevator they do have a menu with food and beer. OH YEAH!

I have been staying here for over 16 years and can’t say enough good things about it! Nancy with the breakfast in the morning is SUPERB, always taking care of her working folks that leave early in the morning with awesome coffee. Cathy is the friendliest GM I have had the pleasure to deal with directly. The evening crew at the Bar/restaurant are always pleasant and great cooks I might add. You can’t go wrong with staying here for a quiet like home experience!

My husband and I got married over this past weekend and had a block of rooms there for our wedding guests. The hotel wasn't too expensive and had incredible service! There were about 50 guests, including us, staying in the hotel, and the front desk employee allowed us to hang out in the lounge area at night and continue to spend time with each other (as long as we weren't too rowdy lol). All of the staff we encountered were extremely polite and accommodating, and everything was clean. Also, 12:00pm checkout time was AWESOME... you can imagine how most guests were feeling after a wedding!

I hope I have the pleasure of going back to this place management employees etc etc very professional very accommodating and so personable they truly make you feel as if your family thank you for your professionalism and personal touch I stay in a lot of hotels and go state to state this one has been one of the best and if you're a truck driver I highly recommend staying at this facility

This is the worst Comfort inn I have ever stayed at.. I had to rooms for me and my help my room the TV was broken and the refrigerator froze everything at any setting they said they would fix them the next day but never did. Then the 2nd room which both were king rooms that I paid for and my Helper goes to his room and opens the door and it's already occupied so he goes back down to the desk and they give him a full size bed room and the heat and ac didn't work so at checkout I go over all this with the lady and she was very sorry and said she would have the manager call me Monday morning well its Thursday and still no call. Avoid this Hotel
