I have never taken my husky (Nova) or my pomsky (Loki) to a groomer because they get too stressed out just riding in a car! But I was finally tired of all the hair everywhere and decided to try the new Chaar. Jessie did the most amazing job on both of them. She not only did a great grooming but she made sure that my dogs were comfortable and not scared! I will never go to any place else with my babies! I will always hit Jessie up when it's time for a groom or nail trim!

Jessie is amazing!!! She was able to trim the nails of Tank the pug and keep him calm the whole time. Tank is notorious for hating his nails touched. We gave up on pet stores (as many groomers were unable to handle Tank) & started having the veterinarian trim his nails. We saw a sign about a new pet store in Trexlertown called “Charr”, and we decided to give a pet groomer one more try.Jessie had the situation completely under control and really calmed tank. Her professionalism and level of expertise is impressive and it is incredibly apparent that she loves animals. She is a living St Francis!!!Thank you Jessie 🐾

We just recently started getting our golden doodle groomed here after a recommendation from my mom. Jessie, our groomer, has done a wonderful job both times on our dog and with both of my mom’s dogs. She takes her time, is pleasant to work with, and even sends a picture towards the end to see if there is anything else we would like done to our pup! Great customer service and reasonable pricing! We highly recommend!

Jessie is amazing with my cat, Leo. I was even given some samples of hard food to help stop the ear gunk. Which he loves by the way! Thank you so much for helping and taking care of him!

Jesse was amazing!! Highly recommend.. I first took my Newfy for a nailTrim and then decided to take him for grooming as well... I can just tell how much she cares and loves animals.... Moose just loved her and the staff. Thank you Jesse see you in a few months🐾🐶💗

We used to take out German shepherd to another pet store for grooming. But it got to be too much for him and the groomer. Loki was always very anxious and the girl doing him couldn't handle him any longer. We took him to Chaar and met the best groomer, JESSIE, she took the time to talk to him and let him get to know her. She does an absolutely amazing job. We love taking him to Jessie at Chaar . JESSIE WE TOTALLY APPRECIATE YOU AND THE GREAT WORK YOU DO.

Jessie is truly the dog whisperer. For almost 3 years our staffy who is the absolute sweetest girl would give us so much trouble if we dared to touch her nails (not aggressive). No exaggeration, with in 5 min of walking in for our appointment. She had our good girl clipped and ready for her mud bath. Appreciate you Jessie!

Our rag doll cat hates to be groomed. He gets very stressed. He was so matted we had to have him groomed. We took him to Jess. Jess did an amazing job. She even had our cat calm and relaxed when we picked him up. She’s a great cat whisperer. Highly recommend Jess.

I took my cat Rosie there and Jessie did an amazing job!!! Could not be happier! I took her somewhere else and they did an awful job! Didn’t even finish her at the other place. Jessie was so loving and gentle to our cat and had no issues with our cat! She is awesome and will suggest her to everyone!

I take my poodle here to get groomed for her nails although she does not make it easy out groomer Jessie is great with her and always makes it a good experience. They remembered her by name and were very kind in my entire process. I've taken her other places and have been told she was too much. So it was a great experience!! Especially as a dog sport handler the selection is great for my working dogs high quality items and great staff overall this will definitely be our go to store for my working pups!

I was extremely nervous about taking our beloved Smokey to be groomed. She looks like her old self again! There is a shortage of cat groomers in our area and we are blessed to find Brittney!Brittany at Chaar in Trexlertown, Pa was absolutely wonderful! She was very sweet and our kitty is so happy! My 11 yr. old goldendoodle saw Jessie today for a grooming appointment. We were greeted with excitement and she explained the process. I was impressed with the great job she did. Great skills! Tulah looked so good and was pampered with a fall bandana! I look forward to our next appointment!

Lack of good inventory especially after going in there several times to get dog food, chaat has our brand but not the puppy formula we’re looking for. We’ve asked several times and nothing! I mean you have the brand, why not carry the whole line?You guys make it very difficult to shop there where as Chewy makes it extremely easy to shop there. What’s wrong w this picture?
