I had an awesome experience here with Raegan. She properly sized me for boots, explained why I wear the size I do, and what to look for when selecting a pair. She helped me find a pair of boots when two other stores could not help me. If you need boots of any description, I cannot recommend this place enough. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! I ordered online and they charged $7 for shipping from PA to MA for 2 SMALL cat toys that probably weighed 4oz. When the post office delivered it they said the sender didn't pay enough in postage so we had to pay another $3...so now we're looking at $10 in shipping. The best part (sarcastic) is the label showed they only paid about $2.60 for shipping. So they profited almost $8!! Freaking SHADY!! I do not know how they are in their stores, but BUYER BEWARE, do NOT order online!!

Return policy needs to be addressed. My wife bought boots at the Allentown store with cash. After a few days, she decided to return the boots. When she returned them, she was told by the sales associate that they would mail her a check because the refund was over $50. Now we have to wait a week to receive our refund via a check, NOT CASH! I have NEVER heard of such a policy before. I will not be going there again!

Took my Himalayan cat to Kelly. My longtime groomer retired a few years ago and have had some bad experiences since. Kelly was great with him. I am so happy to have found her.

Very nice staff that is very knowledgeable. The person waiting in me took her time with me. She listened to my issues and tried to solve them. She didn't push any boot just to make a sale. Instead, the one that was most comfortable was in clearance. She found my size and let me take my time walking around to test them. There must have been 12 boxes of workboots that she pulled for me laying around on the floor. She happily got me the clearance boots in my size. I went home with new workboots and happy feet. Thank you.

Very nice and clean pet store. It's a great place to find items for your pets that you can't find other places. Only problem is that many things in the store can be pretty pricey.

From the beginning when we walked into the store, until then end when I picked up my boots, this was one of THE BEST shopping experiences we have had in a long time. The boot salesperson, Amber, was super-knowledgeable and very kind. Every other staff member we encountered was friendly and the manager really cares about the store. I won't hesitate to shop there again.

My go to work boot store.Had a boot come apart after only a few months of use. They called the mfg and were able to replace my boots under warranty. Been a customer for years and that just reinforced why I keep going! Good products and service. Don’t get that too many places anymore

Stopped in with my bf I was in shock and totally enamoured by the incredible quality and quantity of western designer boots. I'm totally going back and cleaning up. Fantastic location for men and woman. The prices are understandable for quality. The clearance shelves had amazing deals.

Always a great place to go if you are looking for Western wear. They have a huge selection of work boots and socks. They carry the Darn Tough sock brand which I highly recommend if you are looking for a sock that will last a lifetime. The also have a huge selection of outerwear and half the store is pet/animal supplies. If you are in the area its worth the stop! The store is always well staffed and they are friendly and always willing to help.

Love Kelli over in grooming. She does a great job with my two dogs (husky and shepherd) and they're always happy to go there. I would high recommend Kelli for grooming whether it's a bath or a trim!

I brought my Cat Buddy here to this location and I can tell you my groomer Kelly is wonderful she does a great job on my Cat nails all the time and soon I will be taking him to get his cat bath with Kelly I highly recommend you take your pet here for grooming and pet supplies and also The other staff are nice as well .😊

Went to Chaar to get a new pair of work boots. I need steel toes, and prefer waterproof boots which limits the normal range of available footwear, and on top of that I typically wear a size 15... almost no one seems to carry that size, so I was honestly not expecting to find anything.Not only did Chaar have several styles in my size in stock, Zany was super helpful and patiently attended to me while helping me find boots in my size. I must have tried on 10 pairs of boots, and was able to find a pair that fit. On top of that, I didn't have to pay as much as I had budgeted.Thank you Zany, and thank you Chaar!
