Love this place. It is so refreshing to watch the staff treating our 4 legged children with Love, Kindness, & Understanding.Plus, the staff is gifted with making "beautiful" out of "messy & shaggy"They sure know what needs done to each customer they work on.I have only heard GOOD gossip about this Depot.

We've been taking our golden retriever here for a few years. Although she is a very nervous dog and doesn't enjoy her grooming appointments, they do such a nice job and her haircut always turns out beautifully. We are now taking our mini bernedoodle here as well. The only downside is it sometimes takes quite a while to get an appointment (especially for larger dogs), so plan ahead. It's worth the wait though -- a few months ago my golden was overdue for a cut and I tried another popular local groomer, only to get inferior results at a higher price. So we're sticking with the Grooming Depot!

They aren't willing to work with dogs who may have just been having a bad day. Especially when they habe been a regular client with no issues. Unprofessional.If you can not handle all breeds of dogs you should not be in the dog grooming business

I told groomer not to put holding rope around my Yorkie poo neck- she has collapsed trachea. When I got home I seen 2 black and blue fingerprint marks on each side of her trachea. S he had to be squeezing quite hard.

I was so happy with The Grooming Depot. It was my dogs first visit and the staff was amazing. They did an amazing job. She looked adorable and was totally at ease.

Love this place I can't begin to tell you how great everyone is. I have big 110lb King German shepherd that's 8 and when he was younger he had a girl clip his nail too short at our vet and it traumatized him. Even being sedated once with oral medication our vet couldn't do his nails he would panic and tongue even turn purple he was so stressed out. These ladies definitely know what they're doing and you can tell they love what they do and take pride in making sure you're 100% satisfied with the work their providing. They also listen to your suggestions for example Diesel doesn't like to be up on the table for his trim, he prefers staying on the ground. So between listening to their customers and using their own technique and expertise were usually in and out in 15 minutes or less with no medication given,no stressed out dog and he actually seems like he's enjoying it now. I truly can't thank these ladies enough as they spoil our baby each and everytime we bring him. Forever a customer and we highly recommend them to anyone needing a fair price and quality work.

Very good. My dog is huge, old and hates having his paws touched... let alone having his nails clipped. Or for that matter his ears cleaned. Both happened so quickly that he didn't have time to kick up his normal fuss. Quick and reasonably priced. What's not to love? :)

They took good care of my kitty who had to have a sanitary grooming. They did a wonderful job, and the price was great! I would definitely go back andwould highly recommend .

Erica always is a friendly face when Roxy and I first get there. There is not a single groomer better than Sue. Roxy looks to be a show quality Airedale after her appointment. Not only are the dogs groomed amazingly well there, but the ladies show every animal love that comes in.

My two German Shepherds Zeus and Bear have been going here for awhile now. They are truly the best. The nicest staff and I have seen how they treat the animals they are awesome. I always recommend everyone go to them they are so gentle with my big babies.

Wonderful place. I have used a few groomers over the past 14 years but my guy has never been excited to go until we started using The Grooming Depot. Christy does a fantastic job. My sweet guy is excited to see her and always goes willingly. I appreciate that we always have the same person so my dog gets to know her and feel more comfortable. Fair prices and always happy with the service. It’s been 6 years and would t think of going anywhere else.

I usually don't write reviews but I'm pretty upset with the job they did on my yorkie. I asked that he be shaved down due to severe matting. He was definitely shaved. What I'm upset about is the the fact that his little face was not touched. His hair was in his eyes, his ears were not trimmed, his feet were not trimmed. You can tell that no time was given to complete his grooming. This was not a 48 dollar grooming. Don't get me wrong, the girls were very nice but I will not be taking him back.

The ladies are always super patient and helpful with my english mastiff.. everything fromaccepting the face she'll have a accident each time she comes in to getting onto the floor to cut her nails. Everyone is amazing and wonderful.highly recommende
