Terrible. 0 Stars!! Had my prescription for 3 weeks and still no medication. Told me they ordered it last Monday and would be available a day or 2. Lie! Went in 1 week later which was yesterday and was told it wasn't in yet, would be in at 2pm...LIE! Stopped in again this afternoon and guess what..still not in. Lady says I have no idea where it is. That is unacceptable. No call, nothing. At this point don't you think you would call me so I can go elsewhere. Never again. This place needs to go out of business as well. Staff is so unpleasant as well.

Morgan was so nice today. We realize from recent experience that this pharmacy will NEVER let you forget to pick up your prescription, which is a good thing! But if you’re away for any length of time….beware that the robot will hound you about it lol

I find it so rude that I was let a previous time to take my son who is 4 to the bathroom with no problem and when I just came in today I was told no. TO A FOUR YEAR OLD. It was the pharmacy staff. He really had to go and ended up going in the parking lot because they’re ignorance. Also keeping people waiting 20-30 minutes is ridiculous. I’ve never had a worse experience at a cvs and I love the pharmacy but never will I pick up here again.

Store is nice, as are employees. Love the girls back in the pharmacy.But literally never opened til 10pm. So don't try to stop for medication or anything else important after 7pm. You'll be lucky if they're still opened.*I suggest changing hours of operation, so it saves people from making a trip for nothing.

Never have my sons prescription and will tell me they should have it by a certain day just not to have it again. I have never in my life used or been to a pharmacy that never has any medication. One’s been pending for probably close to a month. The other almost a whole week.

The pharmacy is a wreck most of the time. I have gone to get a prescription at noon then told to come back in an hour, just for them to all be at lunch and tell me to come back in an hour and a half after they get done with lunch. The store itself is a wreck. They don't have proper prices on items. Especially floral. For example they will have a tag for "violets" for 3.49 but they ring up at higher price and when brought up to the cashier they have an attitude and say "well they are all different prices" and when asked why they don't have proper prices they just say "I don't know"

They mess up my perscriptions, every single month. No matter what I do, who I call and talk to, I always end up with a lapse, going 2-3 days without my medications. Not to mention the times I have gone in and had them randomly fill a perscription that I haven't taken in years. Mistakes happen I get it, but it is literally every month, and I have never seen an ounce of concern out of any of the staff that I am going days without medications. How do you even get into medicine if you don't see any issue with that? Just go to Rite Aid instead, it's right down the street, and the store is much nicer.

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The cashier was stressed because it was 5:55pm and clients were still coming in. She was screaming at everyone who was entering that they were closing soon. When I paid with a $20 dollars bill, she gave me the wrong change. When I told her I paid with a $20 dollars bill, she was rude and loudly argued that I gave her 20 dollars bill. She said I had to wait 20 minutes for her to check and prove she was right. I left my phone number and waited in the parking lot for about 45 minutes. She never called me back. It’s not about the $10.00 I lost, it’s about the most unprofessional attitude and experience I’ve ever had to endure. I will never come back but for those who still need to go, be sure to take a selfie with your money to avoid this horrible experience I had.

Tried to get a flu shot. Was told I need an appointment. Their web site only showed Covid vaccine appointments. The man behind the counter didn’t seem interested in assisting me. Started to show me on his phone but ended up walking away and apparently did not give a hoot about helping me.

I cannot speak for all of the employees, but the ones who work for the pharmacy have been some of the rudest individuals I have spoken to. Whoever answers their phones needs a class in etiquette and customer service. In just one instance, I spoke with them about a prescription that should have been cancelled and two different companies advised me that this cvs filled it. I advised the girl on the phone of this and she proceeded to yell at me “we do not have your prescription here.” Then tells me my order is on hold with them and if I wanted it to go to my new pharmacy, they would need to call CVS. She was of no help and was outright rude. This again, was just one instance of many. I would have hoped I wouldn’t have to deal with them since I have moved, but I haven’t been so lucky.

I remember why I never go to CVS. The pharmacists are extraordinarily rude and give terrible CUSTOMER service. At the end of the day, we are customers and deserve to be treated with respect. Being on hold for 15 minutes then calling back to be place on ANOTHER 10 minute hold is ridiculous. Just remember this... A white coat and a college degree don't make you a good person. At the end of the day you're still a drug dealer.

This pharmacy is a joke. My provider faxed my prescriptions to them. I called to follow up and was told they were having problems with their fax machine. Are they serious?? So how am I to get my medicine. Last time I go there for sure

Went in to pick up my son's prescription I stood at the counterFor 7 minutes while 5 people were on the other side of the counter on computers... And not one of them wanted to wait on me...When they finally did she said his meds were 3 miles up the road at another CVS. When ask if they could fill it here, she said they all were going to lunch 10 mins... NICE

Medicine was promised at 2pm day of vacation which was later than wanted but whatever I have to wait. At 2:45 medicine wasn't ready was told it would be ready in 30 mins. Well 30 mins later it's still not ready I was told maybe another 30 min so I guess I'll just sit in your parking lot for an hour thanks alot CVS the rudest pharmacy techs also

Absolute worst pharmacy! Pharmacist and some staff here are the absolute rudest pharmacy staff I've ever encountered. Must be the culture at this location because been like this for years. Have went there many times because close to home but I will drive any distance just to avoid now. Opposite of accommodating. Wait times are always over an hour, and you get attitude and false information if ask any questions. I recommend medicine shop in Aliquippa, or the other location, just save yourself the stress from going here

Theyll me wait almost 2 hours for a prescription i sent in the day previous. After waiting half my day away i ask about a bathroom and they tell me they dont have a public restroom. Going to have me wait all day and not even have the courtesy to let me use the restroom

So my wife has a massive ear infection a dr called in a script to this location at around 1830 hrs so we called the store it was claimed to be filled we arrived at this location around 1745hrs my wife walked into this lication and her script wasnt touched they said their cut off time is 1700hrs then the male at this location told my wife her script may be done by next friday this is bs we will switch or scripts elsewere.Oh and by the way ever since their Pharmaceutical lead by the name of Marla left this location they are horrible

LOVE the Aliquippa CVS on Broadhead Road. The pharmacy staff is beyond friendly and professional. Any issues I've ever had (which have been minimal) have been resolved quickly and thoroughly. I would recommend this particular location for anyone needing great service and a well-stocked clean store.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. The ignorant pharmacy tech whom was in the medicine section said "what?!" When I said excuse me. Then I went to pay and I stood there and no one came to ring me out. I ended up just walking out.

I've been going to CVS for 5 years. The pharmacy clerks used to be friendly and helpful. I don't know what happened but this keeps happening, I'm going somewhere else.

I personally don't do any business here anymore but I have family that does and when I pick up their prescriptions I am always surprised by how rude the employees are here. Disappointing to say the least.
