We adopted our pup, Mylo, from SOS Beagle Rescue where Cold Nose was fostering him. I believe he enjoys his time there as he leaves excited and exhausted from his day with friends. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would paws-atively recommend Cold Nose Lodge 🐾

Cold Nose Lodge is my pup's favorite place, he's always excited when he arrives! The teachers and managers are always friendly and helpful. It is a reassuring to know my boy is safe and happy while I'm away at work.He's been attending since he was a 4 month old puppy and I believe that the CNL team have helped me tremendously with shaping Frankie into good boy that he is. Their staff are always attentive and are also very knowledgeable and friendly. On many occasions I have expressed concerns that I've had for Frankie and they often have excellent solutions. What is even better, is having a well stocked pet store available at pick up and drop off. They often have just the right thing for Frankie's problems, whether it's something to help him cope with neighborhood fireworks or booties for the salt/snow. They are a great resource for treats and holiday gifts for all the dogs in your life. A fantastic added bonus, that I absolutely love, are all of the photo sessions that are available around the holidays. I was so happy that I had the opportunity to take pictures of Frankie with Santa, and was amazed that CNL provided this to us for free! (Paid photographs are also very reasonable and always come out great! I sign Frankie up for these every time it is available). It's almost 2 years later, and I'm still so grateful for everyone Lodge!

My wife and I are fairly new to the area, and we were referred to cold nose Lodge by a close friend who has used their services for quite some time. our one year old golden retriever Libby was in need of some dog interaction ,as we live in a rural area and Libby was not exposed to many other dogs, or even people for that matter. The staff at Cold nose lodge was very professional and inviting when we made our first visit with Libby, since then Libby has been going about twice a week for half day doggy daycare, Libby was apprehensive the first day or so, but since then she is excited when we get there , and the experience has been wonderful for her. It is always difficult leaving your dog with people you do not know, but I assure you the staff at cold nose Lodge are truly dog people. They are dedicated to making sure that your dog has the best experience possible, I would highly recommend them. They will certainly love and care for your dog as you do.Thanks for all you do,Joe, Kelly and Libby ❤️❤️❤️

We’ve been taking our dog to Cold Nose Lodge for the past 18 months. She’s done training, day care and overnight boarding. I can’t thank them enough for providing such a wonderful place for her- whether it’s for the day or two weeks! She is in safe hands with staff that know her and truly care for the best interest of all dogs. The staff are friendly and professional, greeting her affectionately by name at drop off and providing feedback as needed during pickups. We never worry about her wellbeing while we are away and look forward to seeing her happy face while socializing with the other dogs via the daily Facebook posts. We’ve had the best experience and would highly recommend Cold Nose Lodge for all of your doggy needs!!

We have two labs and they LOVE their time at the lodge. It’s like a doggie vacation for them! The staff is so attentive and they love the pups. They get a ton of play time and delicious treats at nap time and bedtime. Our dogs especially love their baths and facials before they come home. So thankful to have such a great place with an incredible staff who we can trust with our fur babies!

First time taking my doggie there for grooming and the ladies were so incredibly nice. This was the first time Abby went back with a groomer and didn't need to be "pulled" to get her back! When we came back to pick her up she was excited of course to see us but loved girls there as well! I highly recommend them. Will definitely be back when she needs to be groomed again!!

Dropping off your dog for the first time can be super nerve racking, so I would watch the puppy cam and check in on my pup a couple of times a day. After a few weeks, I'd check the camera maybe once a day, and now to be honest, I am confident knowing my dog is safe and having so much fun I rarely check the camera while I am at work. He LOVES coming to Cold Nose Lodge. The days we don't come I can tell he misses the staff and all of his doggy friends!I took advantage of the playschool during the day and can tell he is learning a lot and his mind and body is being stimulated. I LOVE how Cold Nose Lodge will post pictures of him on Facebook during the day running around or while he's attending school. I am very grateful of this place and all the staff. I appreciate all that everyone does for my dog Tanner.

Cold Nose Lodge is the best ‘doggie daycare’ around. They go above and beyond every day there. We adopted our pup Cedar from Caring Hearts and Cold Nose Lodge was his foster home. There is a real value to having your dog spend time there even if you are always home. The dogs get to interact and play with other dogs and bond with each other and the handlers there. Lots of outdoor and indoor play time and enrichment activities. Great place with great folks. Highly recommended.

We've been going to Cold Nose Lodge for many years now. We have used their daycare, boarding, and trianing services, all with great success. Our pets are our family and we get such peice of mind knowing our dog is in good hands while we're away, or when she just needs a play date. The staff there is always so friendly and knows our dog every time we bring her in. I cannot reccomend Cold Nose enough to anyone who is looking for a safe, fun, and reliable place for your furbaby!

I took my dog there for 2 nights boarding and she did well. I didn't like that I had to take some time off work to get her introduced to the "pack" a few days prior, but I do understand why she had to. All in all it went well and was worth the time, and she had a good time too!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Cold Nose Lodge! Our boy loves his time at CNL and is always so excited to see his friends there, both human and canine 😊. Everyone is so nice, knowledgeable, and kind and you can tell that they really care about the dogs. It's super convenient to have the store onsite to pick-up treats, toys, etc. In addition, CNL offers boarding and grooming services onsite. We have utilized all of their services for our boy and have always been very happy and satisfied. It truly is a one-stop shop! Plus, it's so fun to see the daily pictures posted on Facebook of all the smiling, happy dogs. We 100% recommend Cold Nose Lodge and feel very lucky to have found them!

For such a niche service, you would think being polite and respectful to your 1 year+ customers would be vital for business success in a rural town. Not here. Condescending attitude was the norm with female staff and female owner (the young man was very nice) It is more expensive than other daycares and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Best daycare ever! I worked there for many years. We are trained extensively in animal behavior and body language. I have since moved on with my career but Cold Nose is still the only place I feel safe leaving my boy. I know he is in safe hands. Also they have an amazing trainer, Lori!

My 13 year old dog, "Bear" attended "Puppy Kindergarten" here when he was a puppy. Now my parent's puppy, "Honey" goes to daycare here. Bear had fun at Kindergarten, but was kind of a bully until he was put in his place by a bigger, older & wiser dog than he. It was a very good learning experience for Bear & the staff was so understanding of him & his personality. Honey has a blast on her days at Daycare & sometimes doesn't even want to go home to my parents. The staff at Cold Nose are fun & dedicated to these dogs & their needs.

Cold Nose has consistently taken excellent care of our dogs over the last ten years. We've used day care, boarding, grooming, training and the boutique. I highly recommend each service. The friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff makes it easy to leave our four legged family members as needed. And the dogs love it there!

Edie and Frankie love going to Cold Nose Lodge. They go 2 mornings a week. When they come home, within an hour, it’s nap time!!!! The staff is great. The Lodge is very flexible about changing what days they go to play.Who knows? You may even find another dog to add to your family, as CNL works with local rescues. Frankie came to us through daycare!!!!We’re very pleased with our experience at the Lodge.

I just wanted to give some feedback on a kennel I took my dog at. I would never send my dog to cold nose lodge again. I gave them three chances. My dog got bit several times and they pushed it under the carpet and acted like they didn’t know what happened. They said they would look into it and they never did. The owner begged for me to try them again so I did. She stayed over night and the was accused she bit another dog. I asked to see the camera or picture and they said they were in the process of putting cameras up, which is a lie because they have cameras and take pictures of dogs instead of watching the dogs more closely. They also put my medium dog with large dogs. I understand dogs can be dogs, but my dog should not be coming home bloody and cuts. They told me my dog no longer can return. My dog is super loving and loves playing with dogs and people outside of this place. The pictures clearly show you they let dogs bite each other. I highly recommend you go somewhere else, don’t waste your money!!!!

Cold Nose Lodge has truly been a lifesaver for our dogs. Rayne and her staff are attentive and loving. I trust them implicitly with our fur babies. I've had friends who have had awful experiences at other daycare facilities and I always recommend Cold Nose. They are reasonably priced and their staff is experienced and well trained. Our dogs love going to see their friends at Cold Nose!

Our Yellow Lab love this place. Staff is very friendly and they really care for your dog. We always board our family dog here especially when we need to go on a long trip. While we’re on vacation our dog is also on vacation because here they have play time and nap time and shower time by the time you get your dog (by your request)😄

One of the best daycare / boarding places in the area. I always feel secure leaving my pup here during long days or trips and he always comes back happy, tired, and looking fresh due to their grooming and bathing opportunities. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Sometimes they do fill up and don't have room for boarding and they have strict pick up and drop off times. I've tried a lot of different places and this is my favorite so far!

Cold Nose Lodge will forever have a place in my heart for so many reasons. I have been an employee for Rayne since the summer of 2013. I was just a teenager, who found what was like a "too good to be true" job. Cold Nose has become my family. I have grown so much here, and experienced so much love. The dogs are the most important thing to all of us, and we do whatever it takes to be sure all the furry friends are having the most fun, comfortable, and safe time when staying with us. (Like come on they get room service!)Rayne works so hard to be sure the ones caring for your pups are dedicated, educated, and loving to all who come through. Your dogs deserve the best, so she expects only our best care for them all.
