Assuming the guy who owned it in 2020 is gone so I'm sure it's greatly improved. At that time it was a necessity for locals but poorly maintained. I sincerely hope it under new management who understands how valuable it is to the community and who values their employees

We went there to grab lunch from the deli, everyone was so very helpful and kind and the food is very good. We would highly recommend stopping in!

Many a day I spent outside of here with my dads girlfriend. Shooting dice, playing with trash, staple of my childhood while my dad was next door drinking with my mom. Ha one time my pop made me buy some eggs from here he started cracking them on the steering wheel and slurping them down on the drive home. Recently revisited it and found it was just as as it once was 👍🏿

This is the absolute cleanest store I've ever seen. And it is consistently neat and clean. Shelves are always neat, floor is always clean. They always have a good variety of products. I should shop there regularly!

Clean store, helpful staff. Just make sure to check prices on the shelf when picking out items. Sometimes items will ring up more expensive than the shelf displays, but if it happens to you and you catch it while the cashier is ringing you up they will do a price check and give it to you at shelf price.

Helpful and friendly cashiers. Food is priced well. They open early, so no crowds. Clean, shelves are well stocked. A good variety of name brands to choose from.

This grocery store in conveniently located so I don't have to drive far, but it's not even worth it anymore! Although, deli & meat prices are way cheaper than other grocers, especially cheeses! Compared to Girard Giant Eagle, sometimes a $10 difference per pound!! Employees always very friendly! A+ to them all! Whoever runs this place tho, has absolutely NO management skills in running a grocery store.Other reviews recommend checking dates & looking twice at your purchases, which I've learned to do, but I STILL end up wasting my time & changing my dinner plans, having to return rotten fruit or veggies that weren't obvious until they were unwrapped or opened. Almost seems intentional, hiding moldy strawberries in the bottom of container, facing up. Or spoiling green onions conveniently located in the center of the bunch so you don't notice them until you are in the process of washing them.I returned a package of bagels that I purchased last night. After taking 1 out & cutting it up for my recipe, I reached in the bag for another, only to pull out a bagel half full of green mold! I returned them this morning & thought I'd grab some yams at the same time. They were completely out. Last week I wanted black beans. The label was there, but the shelf was empty. SO tired of the repeated issues with different items.From now on I will save myself the aggravation by doing my shopping at the Orlando Bros. Golden Dawn in Conneaut, OH. It's an additional 3 miles out of my way, but then again, I won't have to repeat the trip to return spoiled items!

Had what I was looking for, but closer inspection yielded many other items that were past the best buy or sell buy dates. Some were 6+ months off, had to check everything I purchased and still was unsure of product handling since turnover on some items is likely real low. May be good in a pinch, if the item is still good, but more likely to make the trip to Walmart or Aldi

Very nice little grocery store with friendly staff. Great deli with their own home made potato and macaroni salads. Also they make an excellent ox roast available in their meats department.

A lot of their items have recently jumped in price. There is only one local grocery store so people who are on a fixed income are forced to pay the price. I have found several outdated items on the shelves and produce sometimes is not very fresh.

Prices are extremely high! A lot of elderly & disabled people use this store as it is the only one in Albion & they are robbing them blind with their prices. I have seen them treat people with disrespect also. Not a fan!

Its ok if you don't want to drive very far. I've had good experiences and bad ones here. Just make sure you are paying attention to the dates on things.

Very nice small town supermarket. Contains full variety of items. Pricier than some but with gas prices it's not so bad.
