Why have 12 spots open for curbside pick-up if you only have 1 person wheeling out the orders? I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes. Some cars that came after me got their stuff and already left. Why??? The guy bringing out the orders couldn’t walk any slower. This service is supposed to be convenient. I could have gone inside and shopped myself for the entire order in less time. The sad part is I’m sure I could walk in and find several employees doing absolutely nothing. Ironically, after waiting over 40 minutes, I went inside and the managers response was that there’s just a lot of orders and no one else can help. I guess the three other people I saw standing back there don’t count right? A real manager would have jumped in and handled the extra work, but instead all he cared about was getting in his car and driving away. Great service, huh? I made sure the other cars that were equally as frustrated knew about the service or lack of service provided inside.Management- please pay attention and do better. Don’t offer a service if you can’t provide it.

Really nice Target. Big aisles and lots of stock. It’s pretty tidy and clean. The only issues would be more parking options and it’s a bit awkward getting the cart on that lift up to the next floor. But overall, this is one of the nicest Targets in the area. I’d recommend going there.

I needed a new carafe for my coffee maker but couldn’t find any so reluctantly decided I’d have to buy a complete new machine.I mentioned this to the cashier Lauren and not only did she tell me that they did sell just the carafe but she left her cash register and went up to the 2nd floor to look for one! When she couldn’t locate one, she gave me a discount on the coffee maker! She was so pleasant and helpful that what could have been a frustrating situation actually turned into a lovely interaction! Thank you Lauren for excellent customer service.

Drive up for my purchases is a major plus. My orders have never been wrong I love the Starbucks feature. Also I like that the most convenient hours to pick up orders are made known. If there is a delay in receiving my order a text notification is sent. The drive up to pick up my order and getting my Starbucks order has really made life more convenient

Whoever was working electronics on the second level tonight was absolutely horrible. I simply asked for help on finding which charger would be best for my iPhone and he just gave me an attitude the entire time and just had a face on that you could tell he didn’t wanna be there or talk to me at all because after he finally pointed out a charger for me he never came around to register to ring me up. He instead chose to talk to a co worker in the aisle so I simply left because nobody should ever be treated like that when simply asking for help. I’ll definitely just go to the Apple Store tomorrow at the mall and get somebody’s help that actually feels like being at work that day. Thanks for nothing.

I love target so much. It is literally my favorite place ever to go. I go there at least once a week sometimes more. They have everything you could need and are pretty affordable. Most of the people working are super nice too. I just love the vibes target has and I really recommend going there!!!

This target is nice, not 2 crowded and intriguing layout. Bathrooms are clean, returns were easy, not too crowded. The pros are selection, prices, lack of long waits, staff. Interesting 2 floor layout with cart escalator and elevators.Mains cons are they took away a place to sit and relax and eat for long shopping visits. Minor cons are no paper towels in bathroom, just blow dryers, parking and driving in lot can be a little awkward.

This Target location just switched to self checkout being for only 10 items or less - which WOULD be fine but they usually have only one cashier at the front on a regular checkout. Lines are usually insane as a result at both regular and self checkout. They need more cashiers. Never had a problem with product availability or cleanliness - the rest of the shopping experience is fine. Also the parking lot is typically pretty crowded.

Honestly the worst target I’ve ever been to. The layout is poor and confusing. Hit or miss if you’re even able to get a cart (the carts don’t always fit through awkward pillared aisles). Shelves are often bare throughout the store.Went in today and none of the things I needed were stocked, wound up leaving empty handed. A big change from my normal MO of leaving with more things than I came in for.

So today I came here for a few things which I checked to see if they were in stock prior to going. Website said it was but when I got there they did not have the items that I originally when there for. Strike 1!! The employees aren't very friendly (mainly there to just do their job, whatever that is. Employees saying hello or can I help you find something goes a long way). Customer service is very important and I didn't find it here. That's strike 2!!! Strike 3 was the cashier running her mouth so much that she forgot to give me all of my bags. I got all the way home and realized I was missing $26 worth of hair care products! I tried calling the store over and over since 4pm today but no one picked up the phone. It's pouring down outside and I am not traveling back here so I was calling to make sure that someone could put my items up until I get back there. It is now 6pm and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone at the store. I will pick up my items tomorrow morning but I will NOT come back to this Target again!Sincerely,LostMeAsACustomer

The drive up here is horrendous. I should not be waiting in my car for 20 minutes for a small bag of items to be brought to my car. This happens every time I do drive up. If you know 4-7 on week days is a busy time, why do they only have 1 person doing the drive up. At this point it would be faster to just go in and get what I need….

Stopped at Target for a few things around 5:30 pm. About 50 people in the self checkout line and not a single register with a cashier open. Great idea during rush hour. Not to mention self checkout is only 10 items or fewer now. Very efficient. What a joke

You can't comfortably shop without the AT&T service folks harassing you. Even if you politely say "no, thanks, I'm good", they still keep pushing. This is the 2nd time I had to walk out of the store after being stalked by their salespeople. Its obnoxious. I'm never going back.

Super long lines, all self checkouts closed. Two cashier open and LOTS of target team STANDING around, talking, and laughing (especially to yellow security with curly hair and glasses). We need supervision to stand in line to have someone check us out? Self-checkout is a little understandable but come on, open more lines or leave self checkout open.

Store associate was annoyed/flustered when I walked up. Scratched the back of the gift card so hard she damaged it. While I understand mistakes happen she didn’t apologize or offer any solutions.I t was clear the cashier and the other gentleman worker clearly could care less.

Two story building, easily accessible with elevators and escalators, even for your carts. Ground floor seemed conjusted but upper floor is far more spacious. Kids section, upstairs, has good collec4ion of all kinds of toys, dollhouses, soft toys, bikes and others. There is also drive thru pick up, which is ofcourse super convenient. Ample parking spaces. Good collection of home decorations. Great cafe options, including starbucks, pizzahut etc.

So disorganized. I have been in line for over 30 minutes and they only had one cashier. I asked several staff if there was anyone to help and they said that there are not enough staff. I won't be going to this location anymore. Such ashame. We pay so much to get so little .

Always love shopping at target. They never disappoint in terms of product but checkout at this location is horrible!!! With self checkout being 10 items or less and only 2 cashiers working I’ll have to find another target to go to.

Horrible store to shop at. Long lines and slow check out. Frequently over charged on items. Recently order one item online and was given the wrong product. Had to waste my time returning it. Wasn't even asked if I wanted the item I ordered. When I inquired about what happened I was told maybe they packed the wrong product. Captain obvious. The clerk forgot to give me a return receipt which I had to come back for. Management should be ashamed of the way this is run and it only seems to be getting worse.

I used to really like this Target location to the point that I leave the location at Cheltenham to go to the Abington one. But recently, the self checkout is 10 items or less. That is a real bummer since I love self checkout and I can see how much the items are on my own and bag my own items. The lines are SO long and there was only one, maybe two cashiers available. The other Target locations I went to (e.g., Cottman and the Boulevard) do not have this issue with self checkout. Why this location?

This particular Target is a smaller two story facility. This is not a Super Target! Groceries and clothing are located on the 1st floor. Housewares and all other items are located on the 2nd floor. The store overall is clean and staff is friendly. The parking lot is not too large so parking maybe a little challenging on the weekends.

Starting 10 or less at self checkout and only 3 self checkout registers. Only 1 over 10 items register so be ready to stand in long lines, and no more bags in 10 or less so you have to carry your 10 items in your arms! I switched to Walmart.

This place is a joke. They never sufficient registers open and now self checkout or for less than 10 items. But they will let you stand in line until you get to the front and then make you switch. If it’s a new rule, you should be telling customers in line. The lady at self checkout was so rude. After multiple terrible visits - I’ll go to another Target!

The prices are good, but the lines are horrible. I'll never be a fan of self-serve checkout, having worked in retail myself, but even with them, management continues to refuse to hire more people to help cut down on the backlog.

They now only allow 10 items or less in self check out. But often only have one or two lanes open while self check out is empty. I will no longer be using this location for large shopping trips. Check out is far too long.

There literally were two cashiers aka staff pulled from the floors to check out a line of 50 people. Don't come here unless you have 30 to 40 minutes to stand in line
