This is the best T.J. Maxx in Pennsylvania. It has excellent value for money. This store has a huge selection. The store is very nice and clean. The saleswoman at the checkout is very professional, well-mannered, cultured and kind. She does her job great! Here we found what we could not find elsewhere. The prices are very reasonable. Clothes from famous brands. We are now regular customers of this store.Thank you for a great job!

Well stocked store with a huge variety of items. If you’re looking for a specific piece of clothing you might get lucky and find it, and if you have a lot of patience to look through everything you can probably find it. Also a decent selection of housewares and small furniture but the selection rotates and you never know what you’ll find. Good men’s section too, and the store looked clean and easy to navigate. Signs hang from the ceiling and are easy to read.

I love this tjmaxx in Jenkintown,pa.. I always come across great buys here.Everytime I am there the staff is so warm and pleasant. Especially Debbie💕 her kindness goes a long way. We need more Debbie's out here!

This TJ Maxx location has a great selection no matter what you're looking for. The cashiers are fast so you never have to worry about waiting in line for long.

Please clean/sweep your dressing rooms. Every time I’ve used them, no matter the day of the week, they are filthy. I go in with a clean pair of white sock and leave out with them dirty from the dirt/dust on your wooden floors. Do better. I used to be a Maxxinista and come here a lot but not anymore.

Got a great parking spot. Found exactly what I went for at a fraction of the price. Great selection in clearance. No line at the register. Very cordial and professional but friendly male cashier. The store was neat and did not have too much out of place.

I liked the selection of clothing at the store. The only downside is that none of the pants I wanted were in my size. I did see that one could order merchandise online to be sent to the store which could be helpful for some, but for me I know I would mess up the order and have more of a headache returning it. Still very nice experience and I thoroughly appreciate the towel selection which has soft towels for reasonable prices (less than the price of Target towels).

I stood in line for ten minutes and no one was in front of me. Four cashiers were behind the counter gossiping and not paying attention. I decided to walk out. They need to fire all of them.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars rather than a one is because the prices are pretty good. Selection not always that great. Its hit or miss. And the undercover security needs to be better. So obvious when guys are in the women's section looking at odd things then keep looking at you. A little uncomfortable and feel insulted!

It was clean and well organized. Wasn't very crowded. However, they only had clothes for young kids aged infant to toddler. Not a lot of children size 6x to 12, which is what I went there for.

First time in a "real" store in over a year. Store was clean, carts sanitized as we entered, employees wore masks, check-outs protected. The line went smoothly, and checking out was quick and easy, even though there was a line.Lots of merchandise in stock...except what I needed. I was looking for nice pants and a top. Plus department had very little inventory, even less in my size, 3X, and not many choices from what was offered. I did buy a casual shirt that will be a back-up, but I was disappointed.Otherwise, it was a good visit on a very windy day.

The “manager” on duty me I couldn’t return an item because it had a yellow sticker on it and that it was final sale. No where on the tag, receipt or website does it say final sale. Took it to another T.J. Maxx and they returned the item with no issue or hesitation. Poor customer service at this location.

Is just ok. In my opinion the store set up is over crowded, it gives me the feeling of too much merchandise for the space. The cashier was a little impatient. I press that I want my receipt emailed as well and she made a gesture of discontent. As soon she gave me the receipt she left the register.

Lots of lovely fall items which were on-trend. Prices are competitive. They always have really cute active wear and gym clothes. Shoes are hit or miss. Good beauty items selection includes high-end beauty products.

I would have expected the staff to be more frazzled considering it was the day before mother's day. Not the case at all! EVERY employee was friendly and helpful. The woman at the jewelry counter was very helpful and pleasant even though she was being pulled in 10 different directions.

I usually really enjoy shopping at TJ Maxx, but today felt like something was missing. It may be that they just didn't have what I was looking for (bathroom shower & rug sets) or it could be the smaller size of this store... I don't know. Nice, clean store and helpful staff.

My trip to T.J.Maxx was great. I returned a pair leggings. I found a bathing suit size 16 paid the difference $13.00. When I got to my car the suit was $129.00 in Macy's they have the coverup for $95.00 no way. I'm very happy with my find

I only gave it 3 stars because there wasn't much in there. I did ask the stock person about the variety. She did state that due to covid they weren't putting out as much stuff for people to comb through. I understand that but it was slim pickings.The people were very nice from the front to the stock lady. I would give that a 5 star for taking the time to explain it.

Checkout took forever because sales associate and manager, Ricky, were very rude and giving me a hard time about a return that had the receipt and a tag on it. It was missing the tag with the price but had another tag on it and automatically told me I couldn’t do the return. I had the receipt with all the info. Ricky went to print a ticket after I said a bunch of times that it’s on the receipt and printed he the wrong tag, one giving me more money back. So when the cashier tried to scan the receipt and tag nothing came up. This whole thing was a mess and took 15+ minutes for me to do this return after being told I couldn’t even though I had all the info. I felt like I was more knowledgeable about the policies than they were. At one point after my other return was completed Ricky comes over and looks at the receipt for no reason and say loudly, “you only gave her store credit right?” I had no problem receiving store credit and made no fuss about it. Unprofessional.

Wow! We haven't been to this store in a long time and boy have things changed... for the better! Clean, organized, with friendly service that was on-point! Details: a friendly, masked gentleman greeted us as we entered the store. I was so surprised that I asked him to repeat himself! Two steps into the store another young man wiped down a cart and asked if we'd like to use it. We gratefully accepted as we wrestled our feisty two-year old son into the child seat. As we strolled around the clean, inviting store I marveled at how well-run this TJ Maxx is! After selecting our merch, there was a friendly, energetic woman who wiped down the counter before EVERY CUSTOMER approached the registers! I don't know who's managing this location, but they deserve a raise and a free vacation! BEST retail experience in a LONG time! Thank you! We will be back soon!

This TJ Maxx location is awesome. The store was kept very clean, and the staff was very helpful. We found everything that we were looking for, and the layout of the store is very simple and easy to follow. There is a wide variety of clothes and products to choose from. Very satisfied. Staff is always pleasant. They also do a pretty good job on attempts to up keep a store where items have no constant. It’s easier when it’s cookie cutter. Things look neat and orderly.

I was in ArtWare and decided to stop at T.J.Maxx to browse around. I picked up a soap dispenser for the bathroom, and a friend asked me to see if they had any 14k gold small hoop earrings, and if they did, she was interested in purchasing a pair. After sending several pictures of earrings, she saw a pair that she liked, and I purchased them for her. Money was transferred to my account through Zelle and it was a win-win for everyone.
