The manager and a young female clerk refused to check me out. They made me wait for the clerk walking across the parking lot.If you work in retail you should be happy when you have a good spendor. Your paycheck depends on on it.This is often the practice of this manager..It is not a pleasant place to shop.

Rude Rude and more Rude. The employees open the store late and have an attitude. One employee always smells like weed. And the older lady with the glasses always has a rude remark, says a racial slur, and literary told a customer this is America speak English. I will never shop here again better yet refer someone to this location. I’m confused on why people who apply for these types of jobs are miserable working at them. Hire new employees. They’re plenty of people whoAre looking !!! It gives Abington a bad reputation. As for the young man who works here your doing great it’s always a pleasure when your working

Showed up to this family dollar. Walked up to the door to try to go in. Door was locked this is about quarter after 2 in the afternoon. No indication on any of the doors or window that the store was closed. Had a worker tell me they were just doing what corporate told them to do. I said they needed to have a sign out to let customers know it's only common sense. Obviously the employees at the store has no common sense will never be back to the store again

Rude workers. Arrived at the store at 6:20 and at 6:25 employees decided to close the store early. No signs and no warnings. Was unable to finish shopping.

Customer Service is deplorable ❗Good customer service is almost non-existent these 🤦🏽‍♀️My husband was in the store Saturday April in a suite and tie, after Just leaving a long day at his store where he has managed for the past 15 years. He was shopping at around 8:35 p.m.❌LINDA : makes an announcement and says bring your items to the front the store will be closing soon.My husband who is alread close to the register turns and politely asked her "Ma'am what time do you guys close.❌ LINDA responded and says and this is a direct Quote "whatever time I say we close"Husband:Responds and says ma'am you don't have to talk to people like that I just asked a simple.❌LINDA replied " well I have to clean the store" (which after reading another post on here a year ago she stated the same comment about her having to clean the store. and then says"You wouldn't be talking to me like that if my man was here".The level of ignorance and the lack of professionalism & training is simply Sad.You large corporations must do better with choosing employees to represent your company.An individual with this attitude my husband would never have on his team representing the company.I will be calling corporate with with my complaint on the way my husband was treated.

A Year ago great customer service. Today the cashier told me to put my basket back that I used to purchase my goods. After all she informed me, she has too clean up.I never saw her say this to the other shopper whoJust got rang up. I spend allot here. I was not making a mess. I won't be back.

Great place with extremely friendly workers. The cashier Brandi was friendly and helpful she knew her store better then most workers at other stores. I recommend this location to anyone wanting to grab a quick snack or do your household needs shopping. A one stop shop for just about everything.

When I walked in they asked for my book bag which is my purse that I hold my wallet cashier yelled out they need my bag and to put it behind the counter I see people with handbags and fanny packs walking around who could steal but didn’t take their bags just mines when I asked why a sign wasn’t posted they said they aren’t allowed asked for corporate phone number they said they didn’t have it I was embarrassed I’m paying customer that lives in the area. Manager was African American and very rude and threatened my boyfriend with her father on the phone Will never give my service here again.

Stood for five minutes while someone was playing with the safe and then someone came in at 9:20 and finally rang up the one item we were paying cash for. The one playing with the safe just kept playing. No management to speak of.

Always found clean fully stock. Of course since this virus certain disinfectant and hand wipes will be hard to find that's all over. but you can find other things that are not as high as you would find in supermarket.

I love going to this store. This Family dollar is better than the ones in Philly! It's quiet most of the time and has a lot of merchandise. The store is clean and the staff are super friendly when you first walk in.

Poor management. Reads 8:00, they're at register counting money at 8:15 while door is locked. Only 1 register open & line is about a mile long while staff is at back doing nothing.

their food is almost always past the expiration date. i complained four times before the removed the four month old coffee. employees are super rude. no one is ever at the cash register. just an awful business.

The people are friendly and don't their job well. Some of the stuff wasn't marked with the right prices though. There is handicapped accessibility. As always there was lots of selections. I found everything fast.

some variety of merchandise. but variable quality. Family Dollar brand often poor. e.g: ,"microwavable" that cracked just boiling water 1st use. poor return policy.Shop instead @ Walmart Aldi's. Amazon which allow returns on faulty products

If you want a ghetto experience and rude customer service, then go there. Some of the staff are really nice and friendly, but the majority are just plain disrespectful and don't give a s**t about you nor their job.

For a dollar store I think this place is over priced. You would do better just going to Walmart. Other than that staff was friendly but the store was a mess. Would definitely suggest having the floor cleared of clutter with the lawsuits these days.

Staff is usually friendly but you have to check prices all the time. Shelf prices often differ from your check, guess the direction :) 1.90 becomes 1.95, 3.5->3.75 etc...
