If you’ve never been to Artware you need to go! And if you have been to Artware you know exactly what I saying is true! I get compliments constantly when I wear a piece from Artware!

I absolutely love this store. Everyone who works there is so helpful & nice. Plus they have a shop cat named Pippa who is so adorable & will let you pet her all day. They have very unique stuff. There is something there for everyone. If you're looking for a different piece of jewelry for a special person I would highly recommend stopping in. Plus they have some jackets. Shirts. Odds & Ends. Just a great place & experience

My husband bought me a piece of what he thought was gold plated jewelry. No one told him differently. Within 5 days it was tarnished and brown. When I tried to exchange the item the staff was nasty and belittling. I was literally shocked that they refused to stand by their product and told me that since there was brass in the jewelry (a daft not previously shared) I should have sealed it in plastic every night. The fact that it turned BROWN in less than a week was of no concern to them.

If I could give them a zero, I would. I purchased thousands of dollars worth of product from these people and I bought my friend a necklace in February as a birthday gift. She wore it a week, it broke. They repaired it. She wore it a day, it broke again. So I took it back and they sodered it AGAIN. It broke again. The third time they said they wouldn't charge me and they did. The fourth time I returned to have it fixed, they blew me off like I was garbage and put it in YET AGAIN to be sodered in the same place it keeps breaking. If I would have known they only treat you nice when you spend thousands of dollars on their, apparently, knock off jewelry then I never would have shopped there. Don't shop here if you want to be respected and treated fairly. NEVER AGAIN!

I recently brought my engagement ring to Becky at Artware. The ring was damaged to the point I couldn’t wear it anymore. Becky gave me options and when we agreed on how to proceed she got right to work. The end result is my ring is gorgeous and I am beyond thrilled! Everyone was super friendly and the quality of work is superb. I highly recommend this company!

Great customer service and items to be found! My "go to" place for repairs and such. Always a great place to shop for gifts! Recently just got my watch repaired there as well. PS....the cat sleeping on the display made me laugh....great "security system" :)

Bought a watch in April 2017 after 2 weeks I returned the watch because it kept running slow. She exchanged the battery and 2 weeks later it was running slow again. I returned the watch for a 2nd time and was told that they were going to talk to the representative. I returned today to pick up the watch and was told that it wasn't ready because she had been on vacation for a week. I asked for a credit, refund or a new watch and was told "no" because the watch had been bought discount so it was a final sale. However she told my wife at the time of purchase that if I didn't like the watch that I could exchange it. My family and I have been doing business with this establishment for over 20 years! I think that the handling of this situation is poor custimer service. My receipt was not marked final sale and now I am out of my money and still need a watch!

Rebecca is the owner, and she has been very accommodating in helping me with my purchase of Skagen watches (two to be exact). Her selection for men's jewelry is limited, but for the ladies who like different and unusual, this is the place to shop. Thanks Rebecca! I went to ArtWare Saturday because I needed batteries for my watch cufflinks, and one of my Skagen watches. Mission accomplished!

I bought a ring in this store and paid a lot of money, for this ring.I wore the ring maybe 3 times and most of the stone come off.Because of Covid store was close, and when I come to store and was asking if the can fixed it, they gave me an attitude and told me that I have to pay for the repair.I will not recommend any one I know to buy in this store because of the worst customer service!!!!!!
