Their prices are great, they ship super fast and it makes me feel good to give my dogs the best (Carna4) dog food on the market. Kudos to WDB.

Good prices, good stock in inventory, bad choice of delivery services though. My dogs food has been stuck in limbo because a lazy FedEx driver has been chilling in his van instead of going to the office staff for the mail room.

I have used White Dog Bone for the past 2 years to secure raw dog food our Dog's breeder recommended that I could not purchase locally. As others have said this company has the best customer service, ever. There is not a thing I have asked for they haven't been able to accommodate (order quickly, hold an auto ship, opps I meant to send to a different address) Truly the customer service is outstanding - other companies could learn!

Have used them for my dog’s Carna4 food for a while. Always ship fairly fast. Seem like really nice people. My experience with any sort of customer service type interaction with WDG has quite possibly been the best interactions ever with a company. Truly care about their customers and their customers’ pets!

Was super happy to find what I was looking for a great shipping price. Couple days after my order was placed, I got an email saying they have to charge $10 more in shipping (19.99) unless I spend another 47 dollars. Not sure why the website couldn’t figure that out, but made my experience unpleasant.**edit: This was nothing against the customer service. They were very professional, polite and handled things in a timely manor. Just a heads up when ordering less than $99, shipping cost is subject to change.

I typically don’t post reviews, but their customer service was phenomenal. I had placed an order online and when it arrived I was disappointed part of the order was incorrect. They had mistakenly sent me the wrong variety of a brand of dog food I ordered. I contacted the company late Friday evening after business hours via Facebook. They immediately responded despite being closed. They apologized and assured me the next shipment out would contain my items. Not only did they send me the correct items, but they also refunded my entire order. They went above and beyond for to fix their error and ensure customer satisfaction! I will definitely be ordering for them from now on.

I’ve ordered from White Dog Bone a few times now shipping is always extremely fast and the prices are decent for the high quality food they offer ! It’s also easy to find those hard to get brands , I found I was never able to order raw frozen food because PA was too far to ship frozen but they always have what I need !

Ordered once and the raw hide twists were fine. Got another bag of 100 and the bag had a label marked “made in India”. They didn’t even look like raw hide and threw them away!!
