Great local store with a pretty good grocery selection to save you a drive to McMinnville when you forget something on your main grocery run.They have lots of antiques, ALL of them are for sale. It's Nice to see that it has kept its classic charm over the decades!

This place has been open since I was a baby, and has progressively gotten better and better. Not that they were ever bad to begin with.The food is usually decently priced, not Walmart cheap but they ARE a small store. They have a huge range of products! From food in all forms, to toiletries and pet food. Part of the store is an antique shop too, which I've always loved browsing. The staff is usually very polite and kind!I love getting their corn dogs and other deli food. Their corns dogs are the best me and my partner have ever had. Not sure what they do but man they're tasty.

Wonderful little store! Has groceries and some antique furniture items, a little bit of everything. The workers there are always happy to have a conversation with you or assist with anything needed. Deli food is fast and pretty good quality for a cheap price! I love everything about the store. 10/10 would recommend.

T & E is such a great "small town" store! While prices are certainly not warehouse prices; Bob and his staff keep the shelves stocked so if you don't want to drive to the big city - you assuredly will find what you need.For a special treat, be sure to cruise into the south side of the store and check-out the amazing estate finds Bob has for sale. Throughout the last 20 years, I've bought musical instruments, books, paintings, chairs, kitchenware, hardware and more! You'll lose track of time and get lost looking at it all!

The maple bars are so Fresh and They are very helpful and Friendly. I Love their antiques too. Great treasures at great prices. They have fresh fruits at reasonable prices. Centrally located in a nostalgic town. Every time I visit Yamhill I shop there.

This little local general store is a treasure! They carry groceries, LOTS of beverage and ice cream treat options. Coffee drinks and a deli case (hot), too. They also sell random antiques and collectibles. Hardwood floor, old timey feel, fun place to stop whether you're a local or just passing thru.

Bought this awesome vintage steam engine for my dad today at T & E General Store! Awesome vintage treasure and they gave me a steal of a deal!!!It's a regular ole fashion general store, PLUS it's filled with AMAZING treasures! Like an antique store, that you can afford! One of the perks of living in Yamhill is this amazing shop. Reasonable prices, cool antiques, some bomb burritos in the hot deli, and the people working here are awesome. I no longer live in Yamhill, but always make sure to stop by when I'm in town.

Always love stopping in and looking at all the furniture and neat items in the store. The last of a breed, much more than your low brow quickie Mart, but a true one stop shop for many of us around the local area. Good Deli and great morning coffee!

Cute little country store selling a little of everything, even Western Family brand! A great selection of hot deli food, the people are great, and lots of cute antiques to see! It's a little pricey, but you should expect that of a small town grocer.

Absolutely amazing!! I had to stop there to pick up garbage bags for a birthday party. My 8mo old Chihuahua, Maxwell was with me. It was too hot to leave him in the car, so I called them and asked would it be okay if he came inside with me since it was so hot out. The gentleman I spoke with told me that that wouldn't be a problem and to come on in. I just to say Thank you so much!!!

Best chicken strips ever! Small town grocery store with a thrift store in the back. Prices are expected to be a little higher in a small grocery, so that's no detriment. Get your lottery tickets here, too. Always a friendly face behind the counter.

This is one of my favorite old stores. I love checking out all the cool old items there. It's a little bit of drive for me to get there but worth it. I almost always get an order of chicken gizzards when I'm there.

I grew up with a Faberware electric broiler used many times a month. I had been looking for one to purchase for a long time. These were first made in the 1950's but no longer. In the back of the store, there are two large rooms filled with second hand items. I found one of these not used all parts for $10.00. They sell on Amazon for about $400.00. Lots of good buys in this place.

Love the antiques covering the walls,its like being at an antique sale.For us its a required stop on the way back from the lake; clean bathroom, friendly staff, hot deli and a nuts and bolts section.

Eight at night is a ridiculous time to close when a little community depends on you and gasoline is so high priced. It's actually rather rude and ungrateful if you ask me. We tolerate the crazy high prices you charge knowing that you can because it is so far into McMinnville, and the gas and wear and tear on vehicles needs to be factored in before we can justify the trip. You take full advantage. Fine. It's business. But in return you can't stay open another hour for us to be taken full advantage of?

I had to go through two doors to get into the store and they were nice and lite which is always a good thing for me since I walk using a walker. So, kudos for T & E General Store! Walking into T & E General Store I was cheerfully greeted by the man behind the counter. In their main part of their building it was set up like a grocery store. They had milk, cereal, candy and they even had dog food and cat food. They had a section for fresh produce even. There were the usual chips and dip isile ., basically anything you might need for your house was there.But stepping into another part of the store and it was like stepping back in time. There was a big brass bed and a wooden chest by it. There were little nick-nacks all over the place. They even had an old piano and an old armoire .They had more modern furniture for sale also it was all over the back room of the store. They had pictures of all different kinds for sale. They had tools and a wall full of plugs attached to cables. And they had another room full of furniture and dolls still in their boxes for sale they looked pretty old T & E General Store is a nostalgic place to go to and a fun place to visit. If your looking for something specific , im sure you will find it at T & E General Store and if your just looking to pass the time by looking at some really cool stuff then T & E General Store is a good place to stop by and take a look around!

The first time I took cans there to return the manager basically told me that my questions I had to help me understand their systems and policies were stupid. He told me he didn’t want my cans. I asked why he was getting angry and his response was because, it is not sinking in. I then called to speak with the owners about the situation and the manager hung up the phone on me. I called back and then was given the owner after a woman employee said, “Oooooookkkkaaaaayyyyy”, the owner backed his attitude and had no response when I said he hung up on me. She said, sorry. Very embarrassing!! He acted out in front of other employees and customers treating me like I had no right to try to understand.

Best chicken strips I have had in my life, and even better if you catch them fresh out of the cooker... I assume unnatural and taboo rituals were conducted to the elder ones to make them that good.
