Took my big cat and new kitten in for a check up today. The team was incredibly kind. They thoroughly explained all the options and their recommendations for care.My anxious big cat started getting quite aggressive at the end after he was poked a few times however the team was still very gentle with him. The facility offers topical alternatives to the dewormer shot which was awesome for my anxious big boy.Prices seemed very fair for work done. Will absolutely be establishing our regular care here for our pet care.

Seems like a knowledgeable clinic...Lady answered my questions. Next day I called ,forgot to ask question about prices on smaller dogs neuter. Lady said they dont give out prices on neutering because I'm price match shoping. You bet I am! Id be paying out of pocket! Is your clinic going to pay for my dog when gets neutered? I don't think so... so I have all the right to ask and recieve the answer. You guys so far the only clinic that declined price answer for neutering. I don't think you are supposed to do that. Even if I'd start brining my dog there, and find out the price is expensive you bet I won't get my dog neutered there...

We can’t say enough good things about Woodburn Pet Hospital. They have always been so helpful through our many cats some who have special needs and others who are emergency rescues and have given the best care to them. Came here with our senior Kitty after another vet office ignored questions about a mass in his ear, kept trying to tell us he needed steroid shots and more time on the antibiotics they were giving him. For the first time in a year, our poor boy's ear is finally looking better. They tested to find out what was causing the issue, got the correct antibiotic, instead of just guessing like the former vet. Definitely earned our business.

We use Woodburn Pet Hospital for all of our pet needs; we have our dogs examined, kept up to date on their shots AND we use them for boarding. We don't have to worry about our pets while on vacation; we know they will be well taken care of. The convenient reminders help us keep the boys up to date on everything, AND it is always easy to get an appointment when we want.Wouldn't think about taking the boys anywhere else!

Hello my name is Lorenzo and I want to say that I am very Sad/Disappointed.. my Dog passed away 3 days ago and I don't know what to say for this place, the manager I talked to (She) was supposedly being very nice with me by saying sorry about my Dog, but I started explaining her that my Dog began acting strange after I took him to Vet with them (that same day), she got offended and started defending herself that her workers do a good job when it comes to handling the animals and I was just telling her to let the workers know to be more safe with gloves and handling everything else, because my Dog died of who knows what (I took him to the emergency hospital in Tualatin and they couldn't find anything wrong with him)- It makes me real angry tho the way the lady who is supposedly the "Manager" of this place handled my situation, she started saying I was offending her and threatening her for telling her workers to be safe with dogs because my Dog WAS very friendly an would like anyone, He was 3yrs and about to be 4 in 2 months... He was Healthy, Young, Strong! I trusted this place for over 3 years!, My dog had all the vaccines he needed to be healthy, I would always take him to this Vet here in Woodburn next to McDonalds. So I took my Dog because they had a vaccine discount for who knows what but it was recommended.. So I didn't hesitate on doing it especially because it was a discount thing they were doing.. Now I regret ever bringing my Dog to this Vet, I spent a lot of money with this vet place and I kinda feel like it's just a mask they have on to make you feel like they care to make you feel comfortable but in reality no one else would care more about your pet besides you, I also thing they changed the whole work team there because I don't see the old people that used to work there last year also I mean you can't go in cause of Covid but all the faces that come out to take my Dog in aren't familiar. I want to spread the word.. I have proof of what I'm talking about so don't think im going crazy towards this place and saying nonsense, I will never EVER bring another Pet here just for them not to care and speak with an ignorant manager telling me "you know what I was trying to be friendly with you by saying sorry about your loss, but I've had it with you telling me how to do my job, are you a Doctor?, Are you A Doctor?!?"-- If interested on listening to more of my story reacg me out to me by Gmail lebaf007.lb@gmail.com SO YOU DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY FOR A PLACE THAT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PET, Rest In Peace Jake

This was a wonderful experience at the vets! Our baby Moki is a teacup poodle, and he gets scared sometimes at the vets, as alot of dogs do. In his case he has a bad knee and when he has to stand on his back legs it hurts. Staff were so very loving and careful with him...it changed everything.There also was a "house cat" that actually came over and comforted him! Reasonable prices, and people who really love animals....we found our vet clinic, and groomer!:) Yeah!:)

Friendly and helpful. They have a parrot that lives there, and his name is pirate, and sometimes he meows. He is a bite-er if you stick your fingers towards him. He's really pretty, and so is the building.

I have been going to Woodburn Pet Hospital for shots and grooming for 3 years now. I never have to wait very long. The staff there has always been extremely courteous and attend to any concerns I have had promptly. Only once did I have to use them for an emergency, and it was handled effortlessly without an appointment. My dog, Indy and my husband and I thank you for your continued service. Nice to have someone who cares! :-)

We have boarded both of our dogs here multiple times here when we go on vacation and take them for their check ups and shots and the staff is always very kind and thorough in everything they do. I absolutely love this place. The staff is very friendly. And my dogs vetDr. Annette is so caring and kind and very informative. She is Amazing, and Very Pretty. You know your getting old when my dogs Dr. looks like she just graduated high school. I would highly recommend this place. They are very reasonable with their prices. And to top it off, the 1st Friday of the month is 1/2 off all vaccines.If you don't have a Vet for you pet, please go their. You won't be sorry.

We have brought our dogs here since we rescued our first one in 2007. We have received excellent vet care and boarding services and love the staff. They are so great with our dogs who can be challenging. We also received so much support when our old dog passed away last year. I love Woodburn Pet Hospital and especially the care and time I receive from Dr. Beth. She is wonderful.

My pets are well cared for at Woodburn Pet Hospital! The doctors take time to listen to me and really check out my cats' situation. They are always patient and respectful with both myself and my animals, which I really appreciate. They have been able to address some tricky situations totally successfully. They tell me all the alternatives and are not pushy about anything.The office staff is great! No matter that I have to bug them once or twice a month for meds and other things, they are always, cheerful and helpful!I really appreciate the whole staff!

Woodburn Pet Hospital provided excellent emergency care to our dog when we were visiting from out of state. The staff was attentive and responsive. The doctor treated her expertly and alleviated our anxiety. Compared to our home state the prices were very reasonable. Our dog is now doing well.

The curbside employee assistance is pleasant and very helpful. My 12 year old was having digestion programs that were cleared up promptly for her physically and with a backup RX to take home. My dog and I are both happy.

Can’t say enough good things about WPH and Dr. Beth. I’ve been taking my pets here for 8 years and I have always had a level of care that exceeded my expectations. Dr. Beth is informative, realistic and most of all she is compassionate.She allowed me to come in when the hospital was closed, on Mother’s Day of all days, to put my beloved cat Blue to sleep. There is no doubt that she does this kind of work because she is passionate about animals and cares about her clients.The prices are beyond fair for the level of care your pet will receive. I will never trust my pets to anyone else.

I was referred to Woodburn Pet Hospital from a friend and I couldn't be more happier with all my experiences at the vet clinic. Although COVID 19 protocols makes it challenging as I cannot be in the exam rooms with my dogs, I know they are in great care. The staff are very polite and answer all my questions. Dr. Beth is phenomenal and she has always responded to my inquiries and concerns about my dogs. If I had any criticism about the pet hospital, it's the travel (since I live in SE Portland). It can be challenging to get an appointment but I've only experienced that challenge due to COVID in the last year. I don't regret the long drive, knowing my dogs will be in great care at their visits.

This was my first visit to Woodburn Pet Hospital. Erica and Dr. Annette were fabulous. They gave me written treatment plans for a couple of options, answered all of my questions, and encouraged me to consider the treatment possibilities for as long as I needed before getting back to them. They shared information such as when certain procedures would be "on sale" and were sensitive to concerns about costs. I have scheduled my cat's procedure and am glad he has a new doctor who inspires trust.

My dogs have been patients at Woodburn Pet Hospital for almost a decade and I won't take my pups anywhere else. I've never had a negative experience with any of the vets, techs or receptionists. They've always treated my dogs as their own and my dogs aren't always the easiest. Even with covid19 they've been rockstars. Last year I adopted a senior Yorkie while I was on vacation to California, I knew she was in rough shape but I was determined to give her the best last year of her life. Thanks to Dr. Beth and her team she got just that. Even after several other vets recommended euthanasia, Dr. Beth never gave up on our little Devin. And because of that, Devin lived a happy and comfortable year. After years of neglect, Devin got to see what life for a dog is suppose to be. She got to enjoy all the holidays, she got countless pup cups from Dutch, she saw the beach, the mountains and many waterfalls, all things she wouldn't have been able to do without the help of Dr. Beth and her team. I seriously can not thank them enough for that. And I can't recommend Woodburn Pet Hospital enough! If you are looking for a highly skilled clinic with staff that care about your animal's health and well-being above all else, than Woodburn Pet Hospital is the clinic for you.

Woodburn Pet Hospital has been supporting our dogs for over 25 years, and during this entire time, they have treated all our dog with utmost care and professionalism! We have boarded all our animals there from time to time and found the shelters clean and well maintained seven days a week. In fact, my dogs are excited when they realize they are going to see Woodburn Pet Hospital. Unfortunately, we have had several dogs euthanized at the hospital when all else had failed. Each time, compassion and care were at the forefront during this trying time. I give them my highest recommendation!
