I just had the worst experience at Walmart with these employees and the manger didn’t leave us satisfied either after we talked with him. I had 5 employees stare me down like I was stealing before I even had the chance to fully purchase my cart of groceries the little lady with the brown boots comes up to with me a huge attitude going through my cart as if I was walking out stealing when mind you I hadn’t even scanned my whole cart of groceries nor had the chance to get my debit card and then proceeded to tell me I didn’t need to give her an attitude when she came up to me BEFORE I EVEN HAD A CHANCE OF PAYING and then walked away laughing about it so I went to talk with the manger and he himself didn’t have much to say for his employees very disappointed in this Walmart and will not be returning. All the employees you see in these pictures were the problem and I felt very targeted with my family for no reason but us being paying customers and my bill when I left was over $100 and I always pay for my groceries like the rest of the people in the world. Also mind you after little miss came up to us with her big attitude she had the other younger female employee stand right next to my register until I asked her what she needed and she stated she was waiting for me to finish my order when mind you I did the same thing I do every Walmart trip and just scan my groceries and paid for them just like I did tonight and every other night.

Terrible idea moving the pickup. No one let's the poor workers cross. The new pickup area takes up the closest spots and people just use it for parking. Build a walk way for the workers or flashing lights! Someone is going to get hit!!

Pretty good shopping experience but not enough disabled person shopping carts 4 for the whole superstore. But my 90 year old mother managed to shop.The door people were more interested in checking receipts than helping to find an electric shopping cart for a senior citizen.

Another Walmart location that's doing away with self-checkouts, blaming it on "shrinkage" rather than trying to operate a retail store with the least employees possible. It's really no problem at all if this is your ONLY social engagement for the day, and you want to spend an hour talking with people in line, and the store employees, but by the time you finally get checked out, all of your fresh food has SPOILED.

I came to go shopping tonight and I was using the scan and go method and just as I’m getting into the store I feel the presence of somebody following me and it lost prevention. Nothing against them. They’re doing the job, however do not treat people who are not criminals as criminals. I had items in my car that I wasn’t for sure going to grab so I had to scan them yet cause it was still gonna go through and get my necessities and see how much I left over And they had me escorted from the store. We’re not explaining anything that he knows what he’s doing. It’s his job that’s all they would say to me.

The best part of this store is the greeter. Staff is not helpful. They are rude and can't help you with anything they act like you are bothering them. Shelves are always a mess. Checkout is a nightmare. it takes an associate forever to come help you if you need assistance during checkout. I would rather shop in Tigard. I only go if I have to

THE BEST BREAKFAST RESTAURANT IN THE REGION! YEAH I SAID REGION! HIGH QUALITY BREAKFAST MEATS AND THE MOST DELICIOUS EGGS NO MATTER HOW YOU HAVE THEM COOK THEM. THEY'RE HASH BROWNS ARE BUTTERY CRISP!FYI THEY ALSO HAVE THE BEST FREAKING BURGERS IMAGINABLE! YOU LIKE SOUP? YEAH I SAID SOUP IT'S THE BESTLUNCH SPECIALS YEAH THEY GOT THOSE ALSO. AND THEY ARE ATTRACTIVELY PRICED AND THERE'S ALWAYS A GREAT ASSORTMENT.JUST BE PREPARED TO WAIT IN LINE, YOU HAVE TO GO INSIDE TO SIGN THE LIST AND THEN YOU GO OUTSIDE AND GET IN LINE. Same as usual, seems like they pay employees to stand guard and watch you like hawk. But then employees don't want to show you where something is or they don't know/ don't even know if they sale it. Which to me is dumb. Teach employees to know your floor & the products you sale.

This is for one of their managers, J. Smith. This manager is so disrespectful to my parents, shame on you Walmart for having a manager like her. This manager did not want to help while the other two managers or supervisors were helpful and gave useful instructions. I might not be as old as this J. Smith manager but I know what respect is and I know what a good customer service is. I don't know if this person had an awful day or what, but keep personal attitudes or moods away from professional settings. If this is how Walmart want to be represented, then so be it. The two stars are for the two supervisors/managers who actually treated my parents with decency.

I'm highly appreciative of the truck parking! Not many places to get groceries over the road.That being said, the fact that you have to ask for bags, and the fact that you need to self checkout because more than half the registers in the store are like that now, just irks me.Eat the cost of having nice things for everyone you corporate scum and I'll give you an extra star.

Apparently, this Walmart (Woodburn, Oregon) is tweaker Capitol of the world, now. Much of the items are now locked behind glass walls and I practically had to have my own personal employee walk me around to unlock cases to get to things like screwdrivers. I left without half the stuff I needed because it was such a pain

Bakery was able to take mine in person ... But then changed policy between Jan 28 and Feb 8 and made no ADA reasonable accommodations for over the phone orders. Runining my son ability to have cake order for birthday.

I went through checkout and got some thing three times in a row because I kept turning back at the exit and going back in because I lost my girlfriend, I had the money, she was gonna need me. The greeter guy didn’t give me any flack about it and he didn’t seem to have me followed. Which was nice.

Less busy and cleaner than the Salem stores or the Tigard one. Sherwood is comparable. Close to home and online shopping has been successful for me. Friendly and pretty quick, with the exception of the day before Christmas, go figure. 😁

I have had several bad experiences with an employee named Olga. She targets me when I go there harasses me I get it’s her job to make sure shop lifting but. I pay for what I take. And yet she is always next to me watching me scan thing and correcting me if I scanned this or that when I did. This really upsets me since if I take something is what I have paid for. I am going to stop going to this store since I don’t deserve this type of treatment. Going to a supermarket.

They don't carry iced coffee in the two quarts size. No cold brew either in the large size. I'm getting able to find stuff after the remodel, no DVD's they did something with the Redbox machine, I couldn't find it. The area is predominantly Mexican American and Walmart caters to them.

So I attempted to call Woodburn Walmart to ask what time Customer Service closes. Seems like the time changes depending on what department you can reach; if you can reach a department at all. There is no listing for Customer Service. They have a number for Pharmacy, Deli, Electronics, Bakery, Human Resources and the Operator. I called each of the above mentioned departments at 6:00pm on 12/9/2023. No one answered a phone in any of the above mentioned departments. I wanted to save a trip there if Customer Services wasn't going to be open. By the time I called each department is was nearly 8:00pm. I figured by then there would be no one at Customer Service. Our town of Woodburn is rapidly growing and this community needs a better store to shop at. Maybe a Fred Meyers . Walmart has become too complacent as far as a competitive store that really has the customer/consumer best interest at heart. I don't care if the store is under going a floor design change in order to enhance the shopper's appeal. The best appeal they could offer me personally is to answer the damn phone. Poorly managed. Walmart is on auto-pilot with no intention of direction aimed at the customer. Very sad for our community.

The dude working the register by the razors is the reason why people choose to shop elsewhere. Asked him for help and he didn't utter a word to me. He looks annoyed as tho I was bothering him. Maybe he should be working in the back away from customers.

I'm just not a Walmart guy. Meh, quality is low, and prices aren't as low as you would think they would be. The self-checkout trend is not very people friendly, and making customers do the work and then checking their receipts to make sure they aren't stealing is insulting. Bring back service and friendly checkers. Meh is a good day...

Today I visited the Walmart Supercenter on Main Street, intending to purchase an iPhone SE. I sought assistance from the electronics sales associate, Luis. Unfortunately, Luis provided very dismissive and unprofessional service during my inquiry.I had a simple question about whether the iPhone SE was in stock. However, Luis repeatedly insisted I reexplain the model details and asked irrelevant questions, despite the fact that I stated it clearly upfront. It became evident he had misheard me, but instead of asking me to clarify or double checking the details, he made me explain multiple times.When I finally asked Luis explicitly if the iPhone SE was available on the shelves or in the storeroom inventory, he curtly told me “Just a minute” before disappearing to seemingly check but in fact service another customer. I waited around for nearly 5 whole minutes before he emerged empty-handed with a drawer full of iPhones. Luis then bluntly informed me that there was no stock available to begin with.It was incredibly aggravating that he failed to confirm this important lack of availability at the start, instead wasting my time while pretending to verify in-store stock levels. The rude and dismissive approach demonstrated a complete lack of respect for my time as a customer. I believe staff at major retail chains like Walmart should display far more professionalism and courtesy.I sincerely hope management addresses this behavior with additional customer service training. Shoppers should feel welcomed when asking questions, not belittled.

This store is always a giant mess. Everytime you think you know where something is they change the aisles or quit selling what you are looking for. Even waiting for placed orders takes like half an hour. If I wanted to be at Walmart for half an hour I would go wander the store for what I need. It is no longer convenient shopping, they are trying to hard to be like target or Fred Meyers.
