I dropped off my film to be developed and waited over a month for a call that it was ready and they never got back to me. Then when I came to pick up my 24 photos, there were only 5 in the bag. After waiting over a month without getting contacted, all my photos were gone as well. Waste of time and will never be coming back here.

They made my moms prescription up the same day but they only put enough in for 5 days not 30 days! They said they would fix it but it was not done on Friday. Today Saturday they closed early. So now my mom will be out of her medication. I guess they think it’s fine for my mom to have diarrhea till they get around to making up her medication. They should have a system where you get a text when your medication is ready and a notification when you need to reorder before you run out! They need to hire more people to run there pharmacy since they ran out all the other pharmacy’s in Woodburn. They Walgreens have a responsibility to Woodburn and they are not being responsible. Pay your pharmacist and helpers enough so you have enough at all times. It is Walgreens responsibility because they ran all the other pharmacies out of town.

They ONLY start a prescription ONCE you've arrived to pick it up. Everytime. & the clueless child they have working at the prescription counter.. I cannot comprehend how someone with so little knowledge & unable to answer even the simplest of questions is allowed to work at any medical facility

Terrible, hours everywhere state they're open till 10pm, walk up at 915, I was right behind a little old lady just as she's about to walk in and they closed the store and just shut it down as if they didn't care that she needed her medication, they didn't care what anybody was there for as 9pm runs arent exactly parusing.. Nope, it closed a full 45 minutes early, and doors locked on folks, they didn't care . take your business elsewhere folks this is not the place to do it. The least they could do is update their hours so the people aren't wasting their time trying to get things that they need... Am I wrong?

The Woodburn Walgreens is the worst pharmacy there ever was. They lack communication, tact, customer service. They are only in business because they ran all the other pharmacy’s out of the area. We miss Bi-mart, Safeway and others. If they have an issue, it is up to you to figure it out and do their job. It is a sad day that we have to deal with them.

I received excellent advice from the Pharmacist on duty today. He was able to explain how the prescriptions worked and my wife is feeling much better now that we are back on track. I really appreciate his concern and the time he took to answer all my questions.

If I could do zero stars I would. A very good friend was on her way home from surgery and stopped in the drive through to fill her prescriptions. Pharmacist told her that he was unable to fill the meds until the following day, yet these were meds prescribed by the hospital for her to start taking right away. When questioned why he was not willing to fill the prescription he told her “It is people like you that cause us to have to wait to fill the prescriptions”. People like her? How does he know her? She just had major surgery? Has a valid prescription from the hospital. I have never heard such a thing and for him to belittle her and her significant other, not acceptable. This will be escalated as far as we possibly can. Not all people needing meds can be classified as the same, if there is a valid prescription in the customers name no accusations should be made. Is it truly her fault that your pharmacy has been fined and you have filled prescriptions incorrectly. And none the less to tell her to drive to Beaverton to get it filled when she stated she was on her way home in Salem after major surgery. I hoped you are fined again and not able to ever treat any customer this way again.

Apparently tasking comes before helping a customer at this location. I waited for someone to help at the photo counter and no one ever came. Finally the only person I saw in the store said the other worker was in the back and couldn’t come out for between 5-15 minutes to help. I asked if she was off the clock and she said no. I said well a customer is supposed to come before tasking but according to her that was not the case. If I wasn’t picking up a fedex package at this location I would not come back. Very poor customer service!

The pharmacy staff are rude and condescending. If you even try to make a complain they get super defensive and talk down on you. Terrible customer service from this pharmacy. It's not just the wait time it is the tone and the lack of professionalism the staff exhibit.

Kinda lame. Cashier was nice enough but inefficient. She seemed to be without back up I waited 10? minutes to buy a 6 pack. Avoid unless you speak Spanish.

System down so it costs people more.End of my limited lunch break, I want to get some drinks and snacks before my afternoon workday in this bad rain storm. I keep receipts for all things purchased for work.So, cash only, only Walgreens system is down, nothing else is affected, I don't have time to go elsewhere so I have to pay the $3 for the ATM. Not happy I am charged more for Walgreens problems. I ask for a receipt, sorry their system is down and that is the excuse why I can't have a receipt. If I recall, they promise $5 if they can't provide a receipt, I mention that, they say sorry, our system is down.So, their system is broken but the ATM and everything else works, I have to pay more because I don't have time left in my lunch to go somewhere else, I don't get a receipt for my records, and they basically say since their system is broken and they can't provide the receipt, their $5 promise does not apply.Goodbye Walgreens, not going to visit this store for a long time, possibly never again.

Do not go here... I had no personal interaction with the pharmacist but sat for over an hour for an appointment and the interaction he had with staff and customers alike was absolutely horrible. Disrespectful, condescending, downright rude.. Manager also doesn't care and if asked a question will be just as rude and condescending.

Fabulous customer service from Tim. Lost my receipt from a month ago and he generated a new one for me. And.......sent it to me because I don't live in Woodburn. Thanks for going the extra mile! And saving me a 60 mile trip.

I love my walgreens store the people that work there are amazing curteous respectful and mostly helpful. They go the extra mile to help you in any way possible they are always happy and never rude (like other stores). They are cupon and raincheck friendly wich means that if they see you have cupons they dont treat you any diffetent or get upset thinking your there to cause problems. They happily write you rainchecks for items they are all out off before you even ask them. I LOVE MY STORE AND WOULD NOT CHANGE ANYTHING ABOUT IT ITS PERFECT THE WAY IT IS!!!!

I have only one complaint about the pharmacy lunch break shutdown. This isn't Mayberry, alternate lunch breaks. There are people lined up for days and their frustrations will lead them to a dependabe pharmacy.

I called for something simple just to check if my prescription was ready. Been calling 5 times and waiting 15 minutes for somebody to answer. Walgreens pharmacy never picks up their calls. Unprofessional. Worst service.

They need more people wat understaffed go to drive thu.. and have wait in line for 45 min or more because there is only one person working this is ridiculous a there is no reason they can't do a lot better also they should do there lunch break in shift.but that makes sense so probably won't ever happen

do not get your prescription filled here pretty sure the the pharmacist is stealing medication I went in and had my medication filled they filled the wrong amount and then when I came back in to get the right amount they tried claiming that they already gave it to me but they could not show any evidence of that there was nothing in the system's saying that they filled any more medication than the 15 tablets when I asked for documentation that they filled the full 30 pills they refuse to show it to me I'm telling you now watch out I'm in the process of filing a police report as well as a report with the Board of pharmacies as well i am looking into legal litigation against them

They have a RX Tech who uses her position to interfere with, cancel, change personal information regarding your prescriptions because she has taken a personal dislike of you.
