Walked in on a Thursday noontime for a birthday gift. Was greeted warmed by an associate when walking right in. Looked around and found most of their merchandise 50% off! Face masks is still reinforced here. The associates here are kind about it. I tried on several jackets and checked myself out by using their available mirrors around the store. I could definitely feel the quality in every jacket I put on and we’re surprised by their deals for the month of November. The lady who checked us out was quite friendly and warm with us. It helped that she was bilingual so we could communicate better with her. Will highly recommend buying these rainproof and wind resistant jackets for this winter season. Really liking the added bright coolers to their merchandise instead of the boring black and gray we see many use most of the time.

Some serious bargains to be had here, excellent sale rails and good discounts to be had elsewhere in the store and there is a huge selection to choose from. Staff member who served me was friendly and professional and gave me an extra 10% off for signing up with my email.

I WILL NOT BE BACK HERE!For the first time I was in this store, having bought a blouse for my daughter, when I arrived home it turned out to be large in size for her.In 7 days! I returned to the store for a refund or exchange. But I was refused (MIRIAM-selling supervisor), pointing to the stamp “all sample sales final” .First: when buying, I was not warned that I could not return or exchange.Second: the check says that my last day of return is 8/30/23…VERY UPSET

HE went above and beyond by checking outlets arround town looking for a certain jacket I'm thanking him for the effort. I was very pleased by the way he handled myself and my wife. Love to shop here. I always find good deals in comparison to big chain store for the brand name North face. The staff is always polite. Bonus they accept Apple Pay. It hard to find places that do take Apple Pay as payment.

I have been coming to this store for years now since they opened. Super lucky to have The North Face outlet 30 minutes away. I have found great deals over the years, staff is very friendly and almost everyone is bilingual. The keyword is that this is an “outlet” and stock varies a lot. So the more you visit the better the chances are you will find great deals. Also they get shipments all the time, so you might go in one morning and they are sold out but a few hours later restocke. My biggest complaint is the rude customers I have witnessed at this location. Have some class. I take negative reviews with a grain of salt as someone is much more likely to leave a negative review than a positive one. Esspecially from accounts who only leave negative reviews. My experience has always been positive here. Doing a great job The North Face Woodburn team, happy holidays 🎄

I would give high rating on this store.I used to visit Woodburn every month. And this store is one of my favorite among all. Team is very friendly and helpful. Shop floor is very organized. Ordering is pretty easy. And there is good selection of the SKUs, although not as good as ones in LA or New York.The only complain I have is occasional customers. Jammed in check-out contain and complained about shop policy (no idea why...). But I felt the store is under good management cuz staff were doing their part to help those customers.I wish I would visit here again soon.

Asked to buy a jacket off the mannequin because they did not have anymore in that color. I was told they wouldn’t sell it because it was too difficult to remove it. Oakley had no issues doing exactly that when it was the last item. I left and spent the large budget I had planned to spend and happily shopped at a more customer focused store.

Usually I really like this store but this time when I went the fitting rooms were closed. I live over an hour away from the store and don’t want to have to return items if they don’t fit. Hopefully they open the fitting rooms again soon!

It was okay despite how uncomfortable I felt to even look at what they had to offer due to the fact they had some not so welcoming employees there following and staring at you to a point you're uncomfortable while there's other people in the store they shall feast their eyes on that actually needed to be checked out etc. The next time if I were to go back there and it occurs again I will report them.

Highly recommend to shop in woodburn northface although it takes about 40mins driving. Nice products and good promotions. People are nice in the store and give me good suggestions, help me to make right decisions. I’ve bought a down jacket and a raincoat in this month, both of them are really good! Wearing them almost everyday! Thanks for their help again and will go to the store again in Christmas!

Wasn't super impressed with the selection of men's jackets and sweatshirts. They have the basics but not many options as expected for non snow jackets. Wife bought another rain slicker, they make a very good reasonable priced one.

You can buy just 2 things one one of the cashiers will forget to remove a tag and then their asset protection guy will stop you demandingly and strip search every item in your bag turning them inside out every which way just to say nothing and hand back clothes thrown haphazardly into the bag. The North Face is one of the only actual outlet stores at Woodburn, along with Icebreaker. They sell real premium goods that are overstock or going out of season. The other stores in the mall mainly sell lower-quality merchandise, made specifically for sale at discount stores. This is one of the only places worth shopping at Woodburn.

I prepared myself before this trip because I needed to exchange but unfortunately I didn't have the receipt because it was a gift and didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings but to my surprise this was the easiest and most pleasant experiences I've ever had returning/exchanging something. Staff was super helpful but they were out if most sizes! They primarily had small and medium in both men's and women's. My boyfriend and I both couldn't find our sizes which sucked! They had some pretty great deals but were also understaffed at the registers and the store was in complete disarray and messy.

I used to be a Columbia guy but the customer service I received at this store won me over (and also the product but mostly the service). Adrian is a man of many stories and helped me out a ton. Laura was both speedy and also really friendly while I was at the register (she deserves a raise). Angel... was an angel. I'm looking forward to putting my new gear to use in the coming months thanks to those three amazing employees: Laura, Adrian and Angel! Definitely recommend seeing them!

One of the best places to buy your North Face jackets from. Perfect for all your needs. The price is way cheaper than what you get in Macy's or other stores. I keep visiting this store often. Best time to buy jackets from here is during the summer, they have huge sales. I absolutely love going here during the summer.

Amazing store great prices problem is selection wouldn't be limited except for the fact that tags on the clothing seem to be mislabeled everything for sale says size medium which isn't the case if you compare them by size so it looks as if every sale item is a medium for their sample clothing but it's not
