I like Dollar Tree, but not this one. It's very disorganized, dirty and lots of the shelves are half empty. I don't know where the problem lies, but Dollar Tree management needs to pay attention and fix the issues.

Filthy store. Rude employees. Filthy bathrooms. They raised their prices to $1.25 but you get .25 service.Not surprised.Still filthy bathrooms, no toilet paper. They bag without asking if you want a bag, so you have to stop them and they get upset about unbagging.I was told there's no manager in this location and it shows.Disgusting.They shouldn't get one Star but you're forced to give something...

This in one of the most un-kept Dollar Tree stores I've been to. Yes its great to find a bargain but it's like shopping in a garbage dump. Trash strewn all over the floors. Looks like the floor has not been swept, vacuumed, or mopped in years. Service was rude and unfriendly. We got our gift wrap and got out. Just becuase your cheep dosen't mean you need to look like trash.

I just left dollar store after waiting in line for 20 minutes and the line never moved. I put my stuff on shelf and walked out this is about the third time of doing this . Another person did the same Woodburn dollar store is the worst. There is only one checker and lvery long line. This checker did not know how to do anything. Can't you hire people who know how to read and write? Terrible store. Life is to short to waste it at dollar store!

If I could rate 0 I would. Horrible experience. I waited in line for over 10 minutes while the employees just socialized about tik tok ft away from me and the other people waiting in line some of which were in line when I came into the store. Some people have the dollar store as an only option for basic needs then to have to stand in line for unreasonable amounts of times while the employee talk about the latest challenge crazy. Not to mention the entire store was a mess and nothing was stocked I get that under staffing is effecting many businesses. This is not the case here there were multiple workers within eye sight that could have called for back up or helped the customers. 4 years as a cashier there is proper etiquette and it was definitely not being practiced

I walked in the door to see a family waiting in line no cashier maybe the cashier stepped away for a second. As I'm shopping I'm seeing customers put back their items and walk out weird i thought but could also be normal after 20 minutes in the store I go up to find that same family waiting in line just trying to purchase toilet paper and they are probably still waiting cause they can't afford it anyplace else and the line had built up behind them. Meanwhile multiple workers are just talking 10 ft away and seemingly just for the purpose of socializing. It doesn't take 20+ min to check out 4 items

I just love Dollar Tree. The one here in town is getting back on it's feet after losing all but one cooler. Dollar Tree is always my first stop when I shop for other items at other stores. If I find it there, I don't get it else where and I especially like their shelf storable milk. I only refrigerate one at a time. Once opened, it's good for two weeks. Perfect for milking up the coffee with real dairy. Shop there and you will be surprised and as I got this much for only____? It's always a good surprise at Dollar Tree.

Love the dollar tree store. Save a ton of money shopping here. They have improved in staffing and less cluttered than in the past. They have a good range of products for a dollar twenty five.

I worked here for 2 and a half years. Every single day I organized the area I was stocking. In the time I was organizing it I would straight watch people dig through and make it a mess. As I'm standing right there. It's not the employees fault. Organized an entire department to come back the next day and it's all over the ground. The customers are the issue, not the employees. The company itself is also the issue, they refuse to grant extra hours for more employees. The manager wasnt the happiest but she did what she could with the hours she was given to work with. Just posting so everyone realizes it's not the people who work there. They're all extremely underpaid, and have to put up with people not caring about the store.

The store was well stocked for upcoming holidays. We were buying storage baskets, and the whole section was as if a bomb went off. Checking out took a long time. One cashier and more than 9 customers waiting.

Hello! I am a cashier at this dollar tree and yes, the store does need to be cleaned but what most don't know is WE DO! If you had time you'll notice that CUSTOMERS have no respect. Some do but not enough. We try to keep our store cleaned and stocked but with no respect it's hard to keep up since we are short staffed. It is not our fault. We respect our valued customers but it is frustrating that people judge by what it looks like. People will spill drinks and not tell us. People will leave their trash rather than asking politely where they can dispose it. They will take items and put it some where else or just leave it on the shelf below where it was supposed to be hung. Some just throw it on the ground. So we apologize and it saddens us that we can't do enough. It would be nice to have some respect, dignity, and honesty in our store from others. We are pleased to have you but please, look at every perspective. It's not the staff. We work hard as we can. APPLY AND HELP MAKE IT BETTER! We appreciate anyone who does and that will be reliable. Thank you so much. *Serving you all since 2015. :)

I work here. And yes, the store is a mess. But when you have customers let their kids run around unsupervised touching everything, dropping things, even adults doing the same thing, its hard to keep it cleaned and organized in our 5 hour shifts on top of what we have to do regularly. People think, Oh its just the Dollar Tree. We can do whatever. So they dont care.Also, the carpets and bathrooms get cleaned at the end of the night. Dont like the issue, apply and help out. We have some awesome people and the manager is doing her best with whats given to her. We do appreciate all your business. Just be compassionate.

I was so disappointed with this Dollar tree. I was looking for a dollar tree in my area that had the new crafters corner. I was told that the Dollar tree in Woodburn had the crafters corner so I drove all the way out there and this place was a mess. It was not clean and everything was just thrown everywhere and some of it was just laying on the floor. I will never go there again. Unless they change the management and clean the store. I noticed the manager walking around outside the front door talking on the phone. When I was walking out. I asked if she was the manager she said yes. I told her I was very disappointed in how dirty and messy the store was and she just laughed at me and walked away. So if you want to drive out there don't waist your time!!! I have red some of the reviews the employees have complained about people not watching there kids. There was only 3 adults in there and none of them have kids. I am sure all the other dollar stores have kids come in I went to 5 different ones that day and this one was the only unkept one I saw. I went to Wilsonville,Canby, Milwaukie, 82nd and off of old 82nd non of them have the privilege of having the crafters corner and those stores are organized and clean and very busy stores!!

The people complaining about the mess... then don't make a mess??!! Don't let your children run a muck ripping packages open, throwing them on the floor. Ive even seen adults do this!! You don't want problems or a mess, be proactive and be a good human being and part of the solution instead of the problem. Can't say the associates go around making that mess.. as far as everything else, the store is great. Like any other dollar tree there is. And if you don't like this one, go to the 50 other stores located in Oregon state 👍🙄

Filthy store, where’s the pride in ownership by the managers or employees? Every aisle is full of trash or crumbles even if it’s caused by a guest you still need to clean up. Places I’ve worked at made ya grab a broom or a vacuum to clean up not ignore it and maybe it’ll go away. They don’t even stock their shelves properly leaving boxes in the middle of the floors.Rude cashiers one even gave an elderly man a hard time when I was there.

We went in to this dollar store at different times to see dirty floors that haven’t been cleaned for day! The people that work at this store are very rude to their customers! The last time I was in there only one checker was working . The poor girl called for another checker to help and everyone working had no ears at that time! The line was so long that people were leaving their carts and walking out. I made it through the line and went and knocked on the office door, ( while everyone standing in line watched to see what was going to happen),two people were in there and one takes off to the checkouts and the other I go off on ! They always have an excuse why the store looks like it does and there is no checkers !!! How this dollar tree stays open is be-on me . The store manager should be fired for having a store like this !!!! This store would NOT be a good store to work at !! I have worked at a dollar store and never did the store look like is one !! And let me tell you the customer service is to be the number one thing !!! ( this is how you have a job !!).

Best place in town for cards, wraps, bows, etc. They are sprucing things up and trying to keep it nice and tidy, too. Maribel, a cashier is a real plus, as she is friendly and quick. Giving it a 4-star as they have a woman employee on the floor that is always complaining about the work, what's expected of her, etc. That's just not a good thing. Won't keep me from shopping there; just too much fun!

Dollar Tree is so much better of a store than it once was. The price might be a $1.25 now, but they have much nicer craft items. Go check it out!🙂

If I could give less than one star I would. The dirtiest store I have EVER been in! I have pictures too prove it. Also their carts are so dirty and broke down. The owner should lose their chance to represent the Dollar Tree name. You should be ashamed.

My problem with this location is its always a mess when you walk in. Seasonal merchandise always seems disorganized, carpet strewn with trash, merchandise etc. It looks like it hasn't been vacuumed or straightened in months. I could be wrong, but it seems to have less variety than I see in other stores. All that said, the staff is friendly and courteous.

The store is filthy and never taken care of. The aisle floors are littered with products and are not easily shopped because everything is mixed together. There are never enough people working and the atmosphere is very negative. I have shopped there 3 times now and the conditions are always the same.

It was a busy day with 1 checker with its light on and a line backed up with like 10 plus of us. When we inch up there was another check stand apparently open with No light on. They were doing pretty good there for awhile but maybe they are back to their old ways

This store looked like it had been rummaged through by heathens. Garbage all over the floor. Items shelved higgledy-piggledy with no care. Most of the carts were nonfunctional. It's obvious that this store has some terrible management going on. I will not be returning.

I like the dollar store but the last two times I was there one of the workers made me feel like I wasn’t welcomed I’m not trying to play the race card or anything but there was a lady who had a little attitude towards me and my daughter who is black and autistic because my daughter was touching a few things and I totally understand no one wants to continuously pick up after someone touching stuff but my daughter is only 3 There were many other people touching stuff and not putting it back where it belongs so I just didn’t understand why she had a little attitude with us and I saw her talk to a coworker looking at us and laughing and while checking out she approached me and I just didn’t like her vibe and I had asked her if she had an issue with my daughter and she just walked away.... I am very sensitive when it comes to my kids because people can be very cruel so I felt like I needed to write this review next time I’ll just keep my daughter in the cart 🤷‍♀️

I shop there, it's close and inexpensive. It's so dirty and filthy though, the thought of shopping in that place makes me cringe. You would think they might have a little dignity and respect enough for their customers to make the place presentable. I get in and out as fast as possible.

if I could leave 0 stars I would, this place is a joke, it is always a mess, and there is hardly anyone ever working, plus last week I went to get balloons filled for my sons party, we have over several years gone here a few times to get our balloons done, and as I was waiting a lady asked me if I needed help with balloons, I said yes, than she left no help or saying she would get someone than from the other side of the store came another later who was doing something than asked if I needed balloons help, I said yes than she very rudely argued with me about getting my balloons filled its known even looking it up online dollar tree says they do fill other people's balloons, she was rude to me in front of my child who got scared, I said we got balloons filled her before and than she changed her story that she wasnt sure but she wouldnt fill my balloons this was last Friday morning. I'm done here and so is all my family, and I will be letting friends no also. Silverton one is so much nice so clean and have way more stuff!

The place is always trashed. Items all over the floor and unorganized. Been multiple times and always looks like a horde of toddlers are in charge of setting up and organizing the displays.
