We have been shopping at this store for over 7 years. We have never been asked to show our Bi-Mart card until Sunday, 4/7/2024 by a very rude employee I have never seen before.The poor man in front of us with his young daughter understand her request and ended up leaving. She asked if I had my card. It was on my other vehicles key chain, so I said NO, but I have one.Didn't matter to her. I asked why are you checking today to which she responded "We check every day", which was a blatant lie. Turning away customers is not good for business and I won't shop there again.

Had a purchase that died and needed a receipt for warranty... They were very helpful (as always) and got our transaction reprinted, no problems. Wonderful people working at this location!

I love shopping at this by mart out here in Aloha. Everybody is so friendly and the prices are really reasonable and you get a good amount of stuff. They have great gun choices, plenty of bullets.We live not too far. So it is very convenient, and it's a fairly clean store. Sometimes the parking lot can get a little dirty. I usually rate Bi-Mart higher but after my last experience I was extremely bothered. They will not honor price matches on near identical (only difference was color!) same brand products in store after the product shows in stock online and I make a special trip to get. Even in the store the product was showing in stock! Seriously, Do the right thing and match the price of a sale item that was a different color otherwise identical. This was the Woodburn Oregon store.

Great store. I really like Bi-Mart and I am happy we have one in Woodburn. Everyone is always very friendly here. I came in and must of looked lost or something, but the Manager Samantha came over to ask if I needed some help. She helped me find a few things out of the ad I wanted and took me straight to them. She was a very helpful and friendly young lady.

Bi-Mart isn't a super Wal-Mart but they have what you need and affordable pricing. I swing in here on a regular bases for quick stop, without worrying about big crowds or long check out lines. Staff here is super friendly and customer service is great. Oh and can't forget about their "can't pass up" sales, on items throughout the store.

Always a pleasure to shop at Bi-Mart. Don't have to have a membership to shop there. They do not allow you to bring in your own shopping bag right now. They have flowers outside already for a good price. Went there to purchase a yearly state park membership. Also can buy fishing and hunting licenses there.

For 9 years, BiMart in Woodburn has been lucky to have me as a customer despite their top prices for average quality, because for medical reasons I cannot drive to better stores further away. I am clean, well behaved, law abiding and courteous.But Woodburn BiMart has a manager who had a personal disagreement outside the store with a friend of mine over a year ago, and he couldn't ban my friend from the store because my friend doesn't shop there. But he found out today that I am friends with this 3rd person he's been nursing a personal grudge against, so now I'm permanently banned from the store to spite this 3rd person. It's no great loss to me, only a mild inconvenience to me, but they're likely to go out of business with management like that. When all the customers like me are gone, do they expect shoplifters to keep them in business?

Was at the other shopping center in Woodburn, OR. Every TV I said I'd like they didn't have it in stock. The floor models can't be bought until they got merchandise to fill that spot.Went to Bi-Mart and it was so nice to walk in and see what they had which was on display. I got the floor model and the manager gave me a discount. Everyone was so nice and prompt.

I had visited a Bi Mart location in Stayton, OR hoping to find a specific product. Unfortunately, not only were they out of stock, but they also said that they were unable to locate said product at other locations due to inventory limitations. I was advised to call other locations, and to ask that they review their on-hand inventory for the product I wanted.My first call was also the last. Spencer at the Woodburn BiMart went BEYOND above and beyond--so much so that I felt it necessary to recognize his effort. Spencer placed me on a brief hold and did his best to locate the product. When he came back on the phone, he apologized as he was also out stock. In desperation, I asked him if it were possible to check the inventory of other locations--he placed me on another brief hold, then came back with answers.Spencer went so far as to take down my contact information, and outlined steps he would take to get me the item my wife so badly wanted. As a former retail employee and manager, I know first hand how difficult it is to find associates who would go to the lengths Spencer did to help a customer, let alone one on the phone. At 6pm on a Friday, Spencer went so far out of his way that I will spend the rest of forever recommending the Woodburn BiMart to friends, family, and anyone who will listen.I sincerely hope that this review is seen and read by BiMart brass--not only because Spencer should be recognized for his tremendous customer service, but also so that upper management knows they have the blueprint for customer-focused training and service in Spencer.Thanks again, I couldn't be more grateful. Had I still been in retail management, I would've given him a card and open invitation to come manage and train for that organization.

I love Bi mart. Pharmacy. They have a good selection of everything from food to clothing. Good automotive and yard and paints and sports sections. Well stocked household needs etc. Good reasonable prices and good quality. Nice helpful people.

I go there once a month to buy ammo and other things I may need for myself or home. But every time I go to the sporting goods counter I get side eyed and glancing looks by the associates that work there. Like I'm being an inconvenience to them or something. Not sure if they even understand how I'm helping them receive a pay check? Some times they just walk away when I'm ready to ask for an item behind the counter. Kinda rude and they have a fake it till you make it attitude. I know I could shop else where but this place is the most convenient for me. So I deal with it.
